Grande hotel Na localização perfeita.Pequenas suites e cozinha equipadas são um adição agradável à confortável quarto deste hotel amigável no Albert Dock. Grande pequeno-almoço também. De certeza que ficaria de novo.

Very helpful staff who respond immediately. Great location at the edge of the Liverpool city centre. Remember to try both key pads on arrival.

Excellent location and a very spacious room. Theres a gym too. The service provided by the lady who checked us in was bad. She didn’t brief us on anything at all. Just processed it. Later that day, we sat at the cafe and noticed another Recep lady briefing a couple she was helping to check in. Talking about the gym, laundry area, nearest Tesco etc. On the first day at about 6 pm, I noticed my room was still cold and called the Recep. Unfortunately the same lady who checked me in earlier answered the phone. She just gave vague directions on how to on the aircon and I told her I already did that for hours and adjusted the temp to 26 but it was still freezing cold. She didn’t bother to help further even when I called two more time. Later at about 1 am, I woke up freezing cold and called the Recep. This time a guy answered and readily said he will come and check the air con for me when I told him the earlier gal didn’t help at all. When he came up, he realised that the aircon was on AC and not heating mode. And reset it for me. Thank God for him. Learnt from my phone that the temp was 4 deg that night due to some cold front and rain. I had suffered 6.7 hours of freezing cold because of the laziness of the other lady earlier. Not happy about it. Very unprofessional and unbecoming of service staff.

Studio espaçoso e completo. Cama grande e muito confortável. Atendimento excelente. Chegamos antes do check in e a equipe prontamente identificou e guardou nossas malas. Deram dicas da cidade e foram sempre muito solícitos. O hotel fica atrás da estação liverpoll james street. É muito bem centralizado. Perto da Albert Dock e de Pubs como o cavern club. Dá pra fazer tudo a pé. Super recomendo.

環境很好,位置也很便利，去唐人街市中心都步行可達，一家人出行首選這個酒店，非常乾淨便捷。房間面積很大，多住幾天也很不錯，唯一不足是wifi 連接方式不太清楚。

Apartment was very nice, it could have been cleaner though, room had a damp smell the whole time we were there which wasn’t nice, even keeping windows open didn’t help, facilities were good, had everything I needed. Definitely not luxury but nice.

O quarto é limpo e arrumado, com todas as comodidades de cozinha necessárias, incluindo secador de cabelo, ferro e tábua de passar roupa (embora eu não tenha cozinhado). Fica no centro de Liverpool, ao lado de Chinatown, e há muitos restaurantes e supermercados por perto, o que é muito conveniente.
