"Stayed at hotel 3x times over 2 weeks. Room # 3609 has obvious water seepage issue on the bedroom wall, from the shower water most likely, so do expect some wear and tear, seeing hotel has been around for couple of years already .. Also wish the main toilet was better thought out, with counter space and also space to hang used towels, etc..
Other than that, we are truly happy with hardworking front desk and house-keeping staff who took very good care of us and make the shortfall in the hardware aspect more bearable."

"Hotel location is good, you can walk from the jinan west train station. Service was not the best and not the worst. It was hard to find the check-in desk(there is no lobby only a desk at 22th floor) room was not clean and hot water pressure was very low that you have to shower with cold water. But price was cheap so don’t expect more for that price."

"The location was very convenient and great as it is connected to Wanda Mall.
They upgraded my room, so it was nice that it was slightly bigger.
Breakfast is delivered directly to only one person. I stayed for 4 nights, and the breakfast was exactly the same.
The value for money is excellent.
The air conditioning is cool, and although the refrigerator smells a bit because it was off at first, once you turn it on, its performance is better than anywhere else. The ice freezes well.
The hygiene needs a bit of scrutiny.
To sum it up, it feels like an old condo.
They said there was a microwave, but there wasn't one.
The elevator isn't used exclusively by this hotel, so it is slow and gets very crowded.
There was no cigarette smell in the room."

"This budget hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was just the right firmness – I had a really solid night's sleep. Even though the price was very affordable, it had all the necessary amenities: the air conditioning, hot water, and WiFi all worked great. The shower pressure was fantastic, washing away all the day's fatigue. The location is also excellent, making it convenient to get everywhere. I genuinely recommend this to anyone on a budget who values good value for money. I'll definitely stay here again on my next business trip!"

"This is the perfect place to stay if you love shopping malls! The transportation is convenient. Exit A2 of Wusi Square Station, turn left, walk for five minutes, and you'll see Yuexi Apartments on your right. The front desk is on the first floor for check-in. Nearby, there's a 7-Eleven and a Luckin Coffee, and a few restaurants further up the street. I'm giving it five stars mainly because the price is acceptable, and the staff at the front desk was friendly and polite. The in-room amenities aren't perfect; I recommend reading other reviews as many people have already pointed out key issues. However, these seem to be building-wide problems (like dimly lit corridors to save energy, slow elevators, etc.). Although the room I stayed in didn't have a stunning view (it wasn't a sea view room and was blocked by the building in front), the bed and pillows were very comfortable for all three nights, and housekeeping cleaned daily. For your first check-in, it's easier to enter from the first floor. Once you have your room card, you can access Yuexi Apartments from the 6th-floor Sky City Garden, which connects directly to MIXC Mall. The in-room washer and dryer are very convenient, and they provide a small packet of laundry detergent daily. The refrigerator is large and cold enough! I suggest adding a plate or two and some utensils to the kitchen, which would make it even more convenient for guests."

Guest UserI specifically chose a high-floor sea-view room for this trip, and it was wonderfully cool. Being able to see the ocean every day was fantastic! The room was clean, the environment was comfortable and cozy, and the staff were warm and attentive. The facilities were also safe and reliable! Highly recommend!

lm57The room was spacious and very clean. The washing machine had a dryer function, which was a huge plus. We booked a city view room, and while we couldn't see the sea, it was a very short walk to the beach. Getting to several attractions was convenient using subway lines 2 and 3. For our trip to Mount Laoshan, we didn't drive; we just took the subway up to the visitor center. Taxis were also convenient for other attractions. I really liked this apartment hotel; it felt just like home. Next time I'm in Qingdao, I'll definitely stay here again. Parking was easy, and the front desk staff were very warm and polite.

The rooms are well-equipped, and housekeeping keeps them clean. The service is also very attentive, and it offers great value for money. Nipada TongkumtaeThe location is really good, you can walk and connect the subway so easily. You can find food around the hotel, 7-Eleven and walk to the seaside and May 4 square in 5 minutes. And the staff is friendly, the room is cleaned everyday, just a towel is a disposable towel so if you don't like it, better take it by yourself. But they change it everyday so it's fine. And the view is impressive, I love it. I will definitely come back to stay here again next time, Thank you.

Guest UserThe location is fantastic! It's a short 5-10 minute walk to May Fourth Square and the Olympic Sailing Center. The hotel is right next to a subway entrance and a bus stop. Sometimes, taking the bus back from attractions is even more convenient than the subway. The room itself is very spacious and comes with a fridge, microwave, and a clothes drying rack, making it perfect for staying with friends!

pieroparigiI stayed at Tinglan Apartment Hotel for four weeks, and my experience was exceptional from start to finish.
The hotel made me feel completely at home. My room was clean, bright, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view. Another major advantage is the direct elevator access to the MixC shopping mall, which features an excellent food court and a wide variety of shops.
The location is outstanding, situated in the heart of the Shinan District, with a metro station just a two-minute walk away, providing easy access to the rest of the city. May Fourth Square and the beautiful waterfront promenade are also nearby and can easily be reached on foot.
I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to Mr. Guo 郭江军 for his kindness and professionalism. He was always available to assist and contributed greatly to making my stay so enjoyable.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would gladly stay here again in the future.

AquaNowThe Meiya International Hotel/Apartment offered worldclass service. The staff provides ample assistance and unending patience to foreign guests. Despite the language limitation, the hotel crew ensured that my requests are provided.
I booked the cheapest room available for my schedule. It was beyond value, loft type unit which gave a solo traveler like me a huge area to move around. the bed was big. the living area was a whole room by itself. there was a separate space for office work, a kitchen, and a spacious bathroom. Meiya is very generous with space.
My room had a view of the city, through its floor to ceiling window. It felt first class.
What was a bit confusing is the names used through trip.com: Meiya Hotel or Ramada Hotel or Fulitai Hotel.
The location was perfect for the conference I attended, just a few blocks away from Yantai International Expo. Commuting via train to neighboring cities like qingdao and weihai is also easy with the train station just 5 min drive away.
There are a couple of shopping malls nearby too.
Overall, I am happy with my stay at Meiya International. If given the chance to visit Yantai, I would definitely come and stay here again.

Anonymous UserThe location is definitely the biggest advantage of this property. It is conveniently located near the metro station, and you can easily walk to May Forth Square and the Olympic Sailing Center. MixC Shopping Mall is also just a short walk away, making it very convenient for shopping and dining.
Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing, especially considering the price. Although the rate was similar to a hotel, the room lacked the amenities and overall comfort you would normally expect. Cleanliness also needs significant improvement. We found blood stains on the blanket, and there was visible mold in the bathroom.
Another downside was the strong smell of cigarettes smoke. Even though our room was designated as non-smoking, the hallway smelled heavily of smoke. The elevators were also very slow because they were shared with the entire building, resulting in long waiting times.
On a positive note, the front desk staff were helpful, and did their best to assist us.Overall, while the location is excellent, the cleanliness and facilities need improvements to justify the price.

BabyKat CIOI am really happy to stay in this hotel. It feels like a hidden gem with affordable prices in Qingdao, and I really enjoy staying here. It is very convenient to reach the hotel by Metro (West Coast Line) from Chaoyangshan Station; exit from Exit D, then walk to the connected underground entrance of the department store, and continue to the hotel. The room is clean with a modern decor, the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is clean as well. All necessary amenities are provided in the room, including a kitchen area and a refrigerator. I am really happy to stay here for several days, and it is easy to travel around. I will definitely come back to this hotel next time.
