Meu voo atrasou, então pedi à recepção que me buscasse no ponto de transfer do aeroporto. Ficava a apenas cem metros de distância, mas saber que tinha alguém por perto me deu mais coragem. Reservei este hotel com base nas avaliações positivas de hóspedes anteriores, e elas foram certeiras. A única melhoria foi que parecia haver apenas uma máscara de gás (talvez porque eu tivesse reservado um quarto individual com cama king size), e isso não constava nas informações do quarto. Além disso, o assento do vaso sanitário estava um pouco frouxo. Uma estadia segura, altamente recomendada.

The apartment is quite clean with modern style. The location is very good. The property is opposite the river. So many restaurant nearby. The owner is ver kind. I came early from train. She allowed us to check-in early for rest before a trip. That was very helpful. I appreciated her service mind very much.

給這家酒店打滿分都不夠表達我的滿意！✨ 作為對衞生要求極高的潔癖黨，這次入住體驗真的超出預期！房間一塵不染，浴室瓷磚縫都亮晶晶的，床品帶着陽光曬過的清新味道，消毒措施做得特別到位。 最戳中我的是酒店的人性化設計🌟居然準備了加厚款一次性馬桶墊（不是那種薄薄的紙膜！）和密封包裝的一次性浴巾！打開浴室看到整整齊齊的消毒用品套盒時，瞬間安全感爆棚，帶娃入住也完全不用擔心衞生問題。 從這些細節就能感受到管理團隊的用心，完全配得上高端酒店的定位。已經安利給所有閨蜜，來這個城市閉眼選這家就對了！

I chose it after seeing a good evaluation in Trip.com , but the actual feeling is that the recent travel accommodation experience is a poor stay. Let me talk about the facilities and the iron shelf bed. It creaks when I move; In the case of the bathroom opening the exhaust all night, there is still a strong smell in the morning. The air conditioner is useless, the refrigerator is useless, and other facilities are not moving. The sanitation is still clean, and disposable bath towels are charged. The hotel is in the building, it is not easy to find, the surrounding transportation is convenient, and the dining is convenient. There is no service or no service. I arrived at night and found it for a long time. I arrived in the hotel corridor and it was dark. I finally found the marked room 315. There was no one knocking on the door. Then I called and was asked to add WeChat. I sent the door lock password Wi-Fi password, and then self-check-in. At 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, I was suddenly awakened by the harsh electric drill. For a full 3 hours, the landlord’s phone and WeChat were not contacted. Finally, I found a pole to the roof and the decoration stopped. It was already 3:20. In the morning, I communicated with the landlord WeChat, coordinated and dealt with it, and I couldn't reach an agreement. Trip.com Customer service complaints are considered to be solved. The decoration is not a problem for the landlord, but the problem that the guests can't deal with in time to solve this problem is indeed a bit of a problem.

概ね満足していますが、外国人の宿泊はあまりお勧めできません。 一般のマンションであるため敷地への入口が分かりにくく、建物の入り口ドアは一か所を除きパスコードがなければ開きません。 どこでチェックインするのかも分からず、Trip.comアプリ内にのみ記載されていた3304号室へ行くと、オーナーと連絡を取ってくれる男性が出てきてなんとかオーナーと会うことができました。 オーナーがとても良い人だったのが救いです。 部屋は最上階で景色はとても良かったです。 ただ、設備に記載されていたエアコンは実際にはなく、夏の日中はだいぶ暑くなるのではと思います。 個室とバス、トイレは非常に清潔とは言えませんが、価格を考えると妥当なところだと感じました。 全体的に、同価格帯のホテルと比べてチェックイン以外は特に悪いとは思いません。 バス停がほぼ目の前で、蘭州西駅まで歩いて行ける距離。 飲食店やスーパーもすぐそばにあり、蘭州西駅を利用するならとても良い立地です。
