The villa provides a cozy vibe and privacy which located near the community mall. There’s many food option to select but does not mean it is all available. The villa was very clean and staffs are really helpful.

Балкон с видом на задний двор с бассейном. На первом этаже огромный зал, можно угоститься чашкой кофе или поиграть в настольный футбол, стиральная машинка с сушилкой огромный плюс.
Магазин в 50 метрах, аренда мопедов, ресторан, массаж все рядом. Мы арендовали мопед и катались по разным пляжам.

My flight was tonight ✈️, and I booked a hotel somewhere between the airport and the city center so I could go to the city center for the water festival. However, please read carefully! The hotel location is wrong! The location is incorrect! It's 10 kilometers different from the location shown on Ctrip!
It's not on the way to the city center at all, and because it's a guesthouse, even local drivers can't find it. It's on a very, very remote street; there's a market near the entrance, and then you have to drive another 1-2 kilometers.
The room was just so-so; the key point is that without a car, you can't do anything there.

LLarilarrWe loved the respectful and attentive attitude of the hosts and the view from the accommodation. It was a very clean and cozy place.
The room was spotless, no insects, good sound insulation, and clean bathroom fixtures with new furniture. No unpleasant odors, dampness, or mold. The view was pleasant, with plenty of light. Yes, there's active construction going on, but the sound insulation blocked out all the noise. The air conditioner blew clean air.
The hosts were very attentive to the condition of the accommodation and were friendly towards us.
The most significant drawbacks were the extremely hard mattress and the lack of hooks/a drying rack for swimsuits. By the fifth day, our backs were in terrible pain. It felt like sleeping on the floor. The bedding and towels were clean.
There's a restaurant and a swimming pool on the premises. Housekeeping was done only once during our five-day stay.
The hotel's location is inconvenient. It's not in a tourist area but rather among local residential neighborhoods. We spent a lot of money on taxis due to the location.
The nearest 7/11 is a 10-minute walk away. The beach is a 20-25 minute drive.
The hotel is clean and worth its price. Once the neighboring buildings are completed, it will be a fantastic complex.

CChrisSmithThe hotel is located very close to bang tao beach so if you are looking for a chilled out beach holiday this place will work. If your interested in the club and party scene it is some distance from Patong Beach and Bangla Road.
The staff were good on the whole. However, it was not mentioned upon booking that a 3000 Baht deposit is required. This deposit needs to be in cash as paying by card I was told would take up to a month to return to my account. This wasn’t the end of the world but worth knowing.
The villa is stunning. Spacious, modern and well equipped with a beautiful garden. I can’t recommend enough based on the villa itself. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday to recharge, definitely worth a visit!

YYuanyuannnnI had an amazing stay here and it truly exceeded my expectations. The 4-bedroom villa is brand new with all modern facilities in perfect condition, and I honestly couldn't find a single flaw during my entire stay—it was spotless and super comfortable. The location is also fantastic, as it’s just a 10-minute walk to Kata Beach and surrounded by great cafes, restaurants, and a 7-11 all within easy walking distance, making everything so convenient. If you are looking for a fresh, high-quality, and worry-free place to stay in Phuket, this is definitely the best choice—I will absolutely be coming back!

LLexusWendyA great private homestay in Phuket with great service. You don't need to walk by yourself, the housekeeper will help you and your luggage to the homestay.
The floating breakfast was very delicious and rich, and it only cost 2000 baht. 
And as long as you need service, the butler will come to your room to assist you immediately, which is very efficient.
If I go to Phuket again, I will go there again.

GGuest UserA family of 5 stayed here for 6 days, the hotel location is a bit remote, but the distance from the airport is still moderate. The hotel's price/performance ratio is relatively high, and the electricity fee needs to be paid at 5 baht for 1 degree. We spent 3.6 RMB on six days of electricity. The hotel is about 10 minutes drive from the nearest VILLA market and 7-11 convenience store. The hotel staff can drive you to the supermarket for free (limited to 5 pm every day). If you want someone to shop, you need to buy something faster. (10-20 minutes), you need to take a taxi back when you have a long time. If you have a Chinese driver's license, you can rent a car from the hotel because the taxi on the island is super expensive and you can't get a car. The car is 1,500 baht a day (the oil has already filled you up, you can sit for 5 people.) If you want BBQ, you can also rent a grill to the hotel (1000 baht a day). The hotel will arrange cleaning every other day to help you change the basic wash. Wait for supplies, will also help you wash the kitchen. There are 2 young ladies and 1 little brother at the front desk of the hotel. 3 people are on duty in the morning and evening, and 3 people are very friendly. I don't speak Chinese, and the English level is very good. If you have trouble communicating with other local Thai speakers, you can use English to help the front desk to help you communicate with others. Overall, the price is very high, and the living is quite satisfactory. I will consider staying here later!

LL_OngI just stayed at this villa, and it was awesome! The living room and the master bedroom are huge and feels both cozy and luxurious at the same time. Plus, it’s super close to the mall, restaurants, 7-11, and all the good stuff. I felt really safe with the security guard around at night. I had such a great time that I’m definitely coming back!

Comfortable swimming pool and barbecue area. Good, responsive staff (they met us, showed us everything, and always answered our questions promptly in the chat). We liked it. We recommend it.

- The villa's pool only lets you catch the sun in the morning; it's too cool the rest of the time
- Two-thirds of the bedrooms have no door handles, and the bathroom doors are just full of holes
- At least one shower has a very poor drain; you're standing in water that never drains
- It's hard to get a taxi; few people want to go to this area
- When we checked out, they charged 1,000 baht from the deposit for a Coke-stained duvet cover, which I found incredibly expensive
- There was no cleaning at all. Only watering the plants

It was clean and tidy, the service was very attentive, and the breakfast made by the chef was very exquisite, changing every day. It was also very convenient to the tourist market. Yaya who served us was very considerate. The two girls wanted to go to the spa at night, and she was worried about our safety, so she asked her husband to take us there for free and pick us up. We were very touched. We paid tips as a return gift. It was really considerate. The villa is worth a try, I like it very much!
