We had a room on the second floor of the building where the reception is located, so I will evaluate it exclusively, as it was with people in their personal villas - I can’t say. The room basically looks like in the photo, everything is ok, but small.
The downside is the air conditioning. Its location - it blew directly onto the bed, it could easily have blown through. All you have to do is turn it off for 3 minutes and it’s already wildly hot again, the roofs heat up instantly. Therefore, it is quite difficult to stay in the room due to the heat.
The hotel is located in silence from the road, from all shops. Close by bike. We bought breakfast for 200 baht. - everything was delicious, breakfasts alternate.
As for the cleanliness of the room, I would like better cleaning. They did clean up, but the floor was a bit dirty and there were a lot of ants (they are everywhere in Thailand, but there was a record for their number here). We also had a problem with the water draining in the shower; they tried to solve it, a technician came, but soon the problem returned. The plumbing could probably use some updating. For a couple of days, you can close your eyes, but for a long stay, I would consider other options (or a villa, maybe it doesn’t have such problems with plumbing).
Overall the staff is very friendly and everyone tried to help. The pool is nice. There are a bunch of board games in the lobby where you can sit and play. WiFi is generally good, I could get it on the street.
