I rarely write hotel reviews but this one is a true hidden gem! My partner and I stayed for one night and we used this guesthouse as our little getaway from the busy center of Shanghai. It’s perfect for a romantic and cosy staycation, very quiet and private! The water in the private hot spring, surprisingly, comes from a real underground spring so it’s quite hot. Because it’s summer, we had to wait for it to cool down a little bit but it was perfect later on, especially during the night, we stayed in there past midnight and it was amazing. The staff was also really nice to us, with nice service! Overall, we were really amazed of the quality of this experience for this price, one of the best we have tried! ☺️

Ok so I have to say that the pictures of this property online are generous. The hotel is old world charm, and a bit run down if I am honest. I was disappointed from the moment I walked into the room, with the air conditioning barely keeping up with the warm Shanghai summer temperature.

位置真的很安靜，前面一大片稻草地，白天絕美啊～風景真的得天獨厚。我睡眠特別淺，這次睡在陌生的地方居然很踏實，床墊軟硬適中，窗簾都是遮光很強的雙層電動帘。
裝修不是千篇一律的網紅風格，而是帶著店家獨特品味的簡約設計。晚上坐在露台吹吹風，抬頭就是星星，老了退休一定也要起這樣一棟別墅來頤養天年。
居然還有兩隻可愛的🐕~溜了一圈心情更愉快了。
再見，期待下次再來～

De facto, não posso reservar o Povo Ao REDOR de Disney para desfrutar cedo no dia seguinte, e pensar EM encontrar um carro Mais próximo. Como resultado, ninguém pegou UMA ordem Na Noite com bagagem Na estação de metro, Muito remoto
O próprio Povo não TEM problemas, é esta posição, por favor, tome cuidado.
Talvez as crianças se sentem um pouco frias no quarto.

衝著泳池去的，孩子們玩的很開心！衞生很乾凈，住的是雙床房，床夠寬的，房間也很大！直接住了2晚，距離迪士尼有點遠但也沒關係，因為有班車早接晚送很方便的！帶娃的家人們一定要租一個童車，不然要抱着逛迪士尼可太累了！我在酒店裡租的童車也便宜！管家服務也很好！我們還沒入住酒店就提前給我們聯繫了，建了專門的微信羣溝通，讓人有賓至如歸的感覺！有點小問題就是隔音不太好，其它都很滿意！

【Serviço】👍O dono do B&B é muito simpático. Continuei incomodando-o por motivos próprios, mas ele se deu ao trabalho de resolvê-los um por um. Transporte gratuito para a Disneylândia e um bom café da manhã
[Ambiente] 👍É um paraíso na Terra. Atrás da casa há um campo de trigo e um balanço. Neste momento, meu anseio por liberdade se tornou concreto... Há também 3, 4, 5, 6 gatos, tantos que nem dá para contar... Cada um é gordinho, super fofo e muito quieto. O quarto também é muito quente, limpo e arrumado
[Transporte] 👍8 minutos de carro da Disney, o proprietário principal também oferece serviço de busca gratuito... Também fica perto do Bicester Shopping Center, que vale a pena visitar

Very cute and nice place, the host was very adorable and offered help the whole time we were staying, she was very kind and friendly toward us, the hotel is a very nice place to staying in, very home like and cozy i totally recommend.

特意找了個有帶早餐的酒店 阿姨做的早餐非常好吃有營養 酒店的環境也特別好 有草坪泳池，森林拍照很出片 而且酒店還有自製的咖啡，早晨起來來杯冰美式，非常爽哈哈 非常贊酒店的洗浴用品，全部都是使用一次性的 客房每個角落的衞生都非常非常的乾淨 我們第一天去的迪士尼，早上酒店會安排車子送過去，晚上我們結束了，店家還會接回 當天飛機晚點了，管家幫我們延遲到下午兩點了

O Lugar é bonito e confortável, especialmente as estradas e o edifício, as quartos são um pouco mais básicos.É UMA vila estrangeira de Xangai, então a atmosfera está lá.
Apesar de estar muito calmo, houve um ruído de drone para que eu não pudesse dormir, eles disseram que era do aquecedor de água no telhado.O pessoal era muito gentil e compreensivo e me moviram para outro quarto sem qualquer problema. Ao pessoal e à vibração do local, é um Grande ponto!
Outra coisa, se você ficar lá durante o inverno, o AC não era suficiente para aquecer a sala, era bastante frio.

Отель предоставляет трансфер до Диснейленда и от него, очень милый и добрый персонал. Бесплатный завтрак с 7-9 утра, чистое белье, бесплатная вода, в номере есть чайник, полотенца (7 шт на двоих), зубная щетка, горячая вода, кондиционер работает (спали в тепле)
В 50м от нас есть магазин, который работает весь день до 21:30, там работает милейшая женщина, очень вкусные булочки сладкие, за целый пакет мы отдали всего лишь 33юаня (меньше 400р)
Расположение отеля немного не там, куда привез нас навигатор, дом ниже, у воды, но сосед этого хозяина дома, быстро позвонил ему и нас забрали
В номере убираются, всегда готовы помочь
Не понимаю, почему есть несколько плохих отзывов, потому что за такую цену, тут есть все!
Хотим сказать большое 謝謝 за предоставленные удобства, рекомендую!

ККонстантин ГладконогихA small, cozy hotel in the Jing'an District, on picturesque Julu Road. The hotel itself consists of two mansions built in the late 1920s by the Asian Petroleum Company, as you can read at the information board on the corner of Chang Shu Lu and Julu Roads. The hotel complex is located in a gated community, where the quiet of the park and the chirping of birds are so unusual in the heart of the vast city. The hotel reception is located in the mansion closest to the entrance, where we were warmly greeted and quickly checked in despite our limited English and complete lack of Chinese.
We rented two rooms as there were three of us traveling, and my wife and I lived on the second floor in a fairly spacious room with two windows. There are some minor inconveniences, such as the steep steps on the narrow staircase, which might be a bit difficult for older people, but we had no discomfort, and the hotel staff helped us carry our suitcases. The room was equipped with a TV, refrigerator, desk, safe, and a very, very large bathroom with a window. There was both cold and very hot water, which was perfect, and of course, there was a hairdryer. Our bathroom didn't have a bathtub, but that wasn't a problem for us; the hotel offers a wide range of rooms to suit every taste. The rooms were cleaned and the linens and towels were changed regularly, and we didn't notice it at all. It was very quiet at night; we didn't hear anything, although I've read reviews that the hotel has good soundproofing, but we couldn't say that. Generally, staying at this hotel, you have a very strong sense of privacy, as if the entire mansion were yours, but in the morning, at breakfast, seeing your neighbors, you realize that's not the case. It's also a special pleasure to open the windows early in the morning and let in the sun, fresh air, and birdsong.
The hotel is remarkable for its undeniable historical value. You immerse yourself in the unhurried silence of a measured existence amidst a small park with its living inhabitants, such as birds and squirrels, where nothing disturbs your peace, either in your room or beyond. You undoubtedly enjoy the history as you admire the magnificent staircases, old mirrors, and Art Nouveau hallways, as well as the manicured lawns and trees in the courtyard, where you can sip your morning coffee and enjoy the peace and sunshine.
The hotel offers a small breakfast and excellent coffee. There are very decent restaurants in the neighboring buildings, and several coffee shops are within a three-minute walk, making it very convenient. The metro is a five-minute walk from the hotel, and when I called a taxi through the DIdi app, the drivers always arrived.
And all this is surrounded by quiet, cozy historic streets shaded by old plane trees, a pleasant place to stroll at any time. There are many restaurants, including Mediterranean cuisine, bakeries, bars, and wine bars within walking distance. Nanjing Road is about a 10-minute taxi ride away, and the main attractions are easily reached on foot, so it's best to enjoy the surrounding beauty. I really regret not having visited Sun Yat-sen's residence, which is also within walking distance.
All in all, if you love the spirit of good old Shanghai and appreciate peace and quiet amidst the vast modern metropolis, you should definitely check out this stunning hotel, which I'll definitely be eager to visit again!

LLingmuxiThis time, I went on vacation to Chongming with a few friends and chose the Colorful Garden Terrace room at Dasu Holiday Villa (Chongming Dongtan Wetland Park)! It was truly amazing! I had to share it with everyone!
- Ambience: The spacious and bright space immediately puts you in a good mood. The decor is simple yet warm, with every detail perfectly thought out. The furniture is strategically arranged, creating a comfortable, non-crowded feel. But the most captivating aspect is the Colorful Garden. It's large and beautifully decorated, with a charming pavilion where you can soak up the sun, breathe in the fresh air, enjoy tea, and barbecue with friends. It's a truly relaxing experience. The garden is filled with a vibrant variety of flowers, creating a vibrant atmosphere that feels like living here year-round. In this picturesque setting, I felt completely relaxed, both physically and mentally. And this place is pet-friendly! Really pet-friendly! Our four dogs had a blast running around in the grass, chasing each other as if all our worries were forgotten.
- Facilities: The room was fully equipped with everything, from the comfortable beds to the complete appliances. The hotel's thoughtful care was evident. Of course, my biggest favorite was the complete set of tableware and cookware, ensuring families with children could enjoy healthy meals during their stay! The beds were soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom was spotless and the toiletries were high-quality. The room also featured smart technology, including a smart toilet, which was incredibly convenient and comfortable (haha). The large garden terrace has a dedicated barbecue, perfect for hosting a barbecue party with friends. The hotel also offers free parking and high-speed Wi-Fi, ensuring worry-free transportation and internet access. Another point worth mentioning: Although the hotel is a villa, I was particularly pleased that there was only one parking space in the front yard, but it was enough for two SUVs! This was a very satisfying aspect for us.
- Service: From the warm welcome at check-in to the prompt response to all my requests throughout my stay, I felt right at home. The staff were friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to recommend nearby attractions and help with minor issues. Their professionalism and enthusiasm really enriched our vacation.
- Nearby attractions: The villa is located near the Dongtan Wetland Park, a migratory bird sanctuary, where you can admire a variety of rare birds and experience the wonders of nature. A bicycle park and an ecological park are also nearby, perfect for those who enjoy outdoor activities. Basketball enthusiasts can also enjoy the Yao Ming training base. The Smart Island Park and the Lanhai Golf Course are also nearby, catering to diverse leisure and entertainment needs.
This stay at Dasu Hotel was a near-perfect experience. 💯 The pups had a blast playing with their best friends all day! The environment, facilities, and service are all impeccable. I highly recommend it to everyone. Definitely visit if you have the chance!

They offer a shuttle service to Disneyland, and when we returned in the evening, the owner even had mung bean soup ready to help us cool down, which was incredibly thoughtful. We'll definitely choose this place again next time!

GGuest UserIf the full score of this B&B is 100, we estimate that we should give it 200 points! First of all, there is floor heating here. I didn't see this facility when I booked the room. After I came, I didn't have to worry about sleeping cold at night; secondly, although the bathroom in the room is next to the bedroom, I have a keen sense of smell and I didn't smell any odor, which shows that good materials were used in the decoration. The above two points alone have crushed many similar B&Bs, and finally, the cost performance is unbeatable. I am very grateful to the boss for providing such a good house and service.

GGuest UserThe price was excellent for what we recieved. I stayed here and at the Novotel Clover during this trip and my stay at Oak was much better for the money. I spent 1/4 the amount at Oak as I did at Novotel and my room at Oak was much bigger. Oak also provided free transport to Disneyland. When we missed the public Disney shuttle in the morning, the host brought us to Disney in their personal car. They we very nice and also offered to make us a simple breakfast of eggs, corn, buns and porridge. I was checking in very late, so I called to tell them, but they didn't speak English well enough to understand me, so instead we used WeChat to communicate throughout my stay. Unfortunately, many of the additional facilities such as the pool and KTV were not available during my stay and the property was in need of general aesthetic repairs, but our sheets and bathroom areas were very clean and the bed was much more comfortable than the one I slept in at Novotel. As a bonus, they had the sweetest cat who had super cute kittens. As a cat-lover, this was actually the best part of my stay.

GGuest UserLooks great from the outside, but the interior is a bit old-fashioned with creaky wooden floors. It's small but has everything you need, and the bathroom is just the right size for one person with good water pressure. There are thoughtful reminder notes on the walls, a nice touch. They provide all sorts of small amenities (though disposable cups weren't sealed, which could be improved). The other guests were quiet and polite. Laundry and drying services are available. It's very close to the metro station, and having shared bikes nearby is a big plus. Downstairs, there's a cafe with light meals, perfect for a short break. The swing had some random items on it, but it still felt pretty chill. It's super convenient to get to Julu Road, Fuxing Road, and Changle Road (JFC) – just a quick transfer from Line 10 to Line 2. It's also very close to Wukang Building, and the highly-rated restaurants there are all excellent.

GGuest UserThe room was basically the same as described. The handsome boss was very nice. He picked me up from the Disney subway station every day. Seeing that I had a child, he upgraded the room for free without charging me any extra money. The breakfast was also very delicious. The porridge was very good. It can be said that if you go to Disney, this hotel is basically worth the money. And they cleaned the place every day. The hostess was also very enthusiastic. She introduced us to what we should do in Disney. We just had to follow her instructions. There was basically no need to read the guide.

@@chunyangThe location is fantastic, very close to all the main attractions. The front desk staff, both the guys and girls, were super friendly and even gave us a small gift when we checked out. They thoughtfully offered a guaranteed late check-out until 2 PM.
The mini-bar was complimentary, and the welcome fruit and evening milk were a really nice touch. The only downsides were that the single room was a bit small and the shower pressure was low. Otherwise, everything was impeccable.
