Location is a far walk from train station, its subjective but it’s about a 12 min walk. We paid about $950 sin dollars for a night to accommodate 2 adults and 2 teens. Two persons have to sleep on level 1, at living area while two others on level 2. The stairs up to level 2 is way too steep, especially when you want to get down. Be really careful. The wash basin area on level 2 was not cleaned properly. It was dusty and have mold-looking stuff in corners. It is otherwise quite modern as it has toiletries and stuff. I find the place tight with not much room for 4 luggage. The staff are friendly although you don’t know where they are stationed as you could only reached out to them over phone at a unmanned reception station. The lady whom came over to teach us how to make green tea was very nice and speaks good English.

Hygienic: Stayed for four days, there was cleaning service in the middle, rough cleaning, the wall vacuum cleaner was all uncleaned dust, not like the carefulness of the Japanese Environment: Next door is the funeral home, friends who mind carefully choose Service: Encountered the Chinese front desk, feeling warm Facilities: Although the pots and pans are complete, there is no seasoning. Tips: Stay at Kyoto Station, luggage storage is not at the homestay, it is recommended to check in on time, arrange the itinerary, read the email instructions in advance

It was about 20 minutes walk from Kyoto Station, so it was a long way to go. Google Maps seems to be not good at catching the bus to the hostel, but the bus from Kyoto Station to the vicinity of the hostel did not come often. But the dormitory is very good to think that I want to live again There are stations and bus stops near the dormitory, so the road to the tourist attractions is not far away. Check-in must be done at the main store (?) near Kyoto Station. I didn't know that, so I walked 20 minutes from Kyoto Station to the hostel, and then took the train from the station near the hostel and went back to Kyoto Station. But kindly, when I went back to the dormitory, I took a taxi and I was able to go back to the dormitory very comfortably. The staff were friendly.

Detached house. The small courtyard is very chic. The bathtub is outside and not cold at all. We ordered with breakfast, but someone would come here in the morning to make breakfast and watch the whole process. Drinks and coffee are free. In the residential area, the rooms are quiet

So if you enter and leave early and leave late, the problem of luggage check-in that does not match the check-in and check-out time can be solved very well. ～ There are clerks who can provide Chinese services when checking in, and communication is barrier-free. Both bedrooms are on the upper floors and the steps are high. If you are with the elderly, you can consider laying tatami mats on the lower floors.

The room is oversized, with two bedrooms upstairs, one Japanese style and one Western style. The location is convenient, a few steps from Wujo Bus Station, and it is also very close to Kamogawa and Shijo Kawaramachi. The fly in the ointment is that the curtains can't shading, and they will wake up at 6 or 7 o'clock every day. Then stay for four nights clean once for free, and there is no disposable items other than towels. After calling, someone will send them the next day. In addition, there is no body milk in the room, and the check-in place is very complete and you can pick it up by yourself.
