Good structure, good breakfast and excellent service. When I move to Arezzo I will return to stay there

Accept Serena reception with professionality and gentleness. Good level of cleaning and order. Good location 3 km from the city centre. Recommended.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and with maid service each day. I opted for a small room because I was solo but they have larger rooms for couples and small families. Less than a 10-minute walk from the train station with convenient service to Florence, Assisi, and Orvieto. Food options are plentiful. Up the hill from the hotel is the lovely Cathedral with more shopping and food options. The hotel is central, on the main roundabout/rotary, but sleeping was not a problem. I'll be back. WiFi available but I walked over to an internet coffee/pastry shop, sipping espresso while I did some work on my computer.

Very large hotel located at the exit of the motorway,very comfortable to reach Arezzo.Very nice staff,excellent reception,coming fast. Breakfast is excellent, with so many cakes and cornettes,the salad part is also excellent,abundant and varied,super gentle and available. I didn't like cleaning in the halls of the rooms, dirty and sweet moquettes, large room,but there is no box,it's all left out to the sight.The square sanitary are very uncomfortable,notably bidet, There is no room in another cover, nor any additional coats, as usual, are very thin,in return for the bed was very comfortable, no chair was present next to the bed and in our bathroom there was a bathroom,very uncomfortable. Pay €4 a bottle of water at the bar is a thief. Overall 4* to be revised.

Lascio in stanza, in una busta chiusa e sigillata con 3 scatole di torroni presi a Benevento (a 400km per omaggio per i colleghi in ufficio), che mi sarebbero serviti il giorno successivo. Torno la sera in stanza, appena apro la porta, trovo la busta aperta ed una scatola spacchettata e i torroncini mangiati per metà confezione. Ho fatto presente alla reception dell'accaduto, mostrando le foto, mi rispondono che avrebbero verificato con la responsabile del piano! Poi....il nulla, manco le scuse! non mi frega dei torroncini, alla fine li ho lasciati pure in stanza il giorno dopo (giorno del check-out) cosi li potevano pure finirli! Ma il fatto che, entrando per riassettare ed hanno aperto una busta chiusa e spacchettato le scatole coi dolci, lo stesso si potrebbe fare con le valige e/o borse chiuse che chiunque lascia in stanza quando si pernotta per più giorni. ! DELUSO, DELUSO DELUSO. Lo farò presente anche nella mia azienda per evitare di far pernottare noi dipendenti li. This hotel certainly needs a facelift on all fronts! From the decor to the levels of hospitality. Dated and almost dingy this place was barely manageable as we came in quite late in the night and checked out early in the morning. They had heated up the whole place like a Sauna. And all the quirky decor in the room creeped us out a bit too. If not for the excellent location, we would have never chosen this place! LOCATION: Excellent location within walking distance from the train station as well as all key points of interest DINE + DRINK: Didnt have a chance to check what they had to offer, co cant comment ROOM: We stayed in a room called ROSSINI, so this review is based on that; VIEW: Random view of the street ; SIZE: Very spacious room; AIR-CON: Barely functioning air conditioner, had to leave the window open all night!; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part to put me to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand in shower; TOILETRIES: random cosmetics, so do bring your own. FACILITIES: No gym or pool on site. SERVICE: Thank god we got received by the lovely lady who managed the front desk in the night. Apart from her everyone and anyone we interacted with here seemed to have an issue with delivering warm hospitality! Certainly not folks with a sunny disposition! HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free Wi-Fi that works well all over the property. Big Plasma TV screen dishing out dozens of channels spanning sports, news, music, movies and a wide variety of entertainment in multiple languages and also connected to Smart TV Apps like Netflix, Amazon prime!
