Because the epidemic took 3 years to return to this hotel again, I came to Osaka to live in the place, or the same high-end single room, because the exchange rate of the yen is cheap, the house price has become lower than before, it used to be about 1100 Taiwan dollars, now it is about 810 Taiwan dollars, the quality of accommodation has not changed, Therefore, the CP value is higher than before, the transportation is convenient, it is very close to the subway station and JR station, close to the New World Tsutenkaku, the cost is low, there are large lockers to be used freely, and it is very close to a man's holy place, although it has been said that for 3 years, it is still my first choice for accommodation in Osaka. As for the shortcomings, it is still the same, it is afraid that it is not suitable for single women. Nisei District is the most backward area in Osaka. The hotel is near the tavern area. Sometimes there will be a lot of drunks at night, but there is no difference for men.

You have to take the Metro from Osaka Railway Station. It did smell a bit when I first went in but the smell went away when I turned the air-conditioning on. Interesting sleeping on the floor! Nice lounge area on the first floor with microwave and hot water. Even got a bath area or onsen on the first floor for ladies. Ladies have to go down to the first floor to take showers in the 'only ladies' bathroom. Make sure to turn on the hot water heater when you get into the shower room!

The entire experience is petrified. I have never ever had so horrible experience in my entire life due to the foreign staff who is not Asian nor Japanese. The foreign staff is a guy with the cap on. As a tourist I forget to take off my shoes when I came to the hostel that made sense. Also it was the only and first time I made the mistake. He then shouted at me and pissed off by saying please Obey OUR Rule whilst other Japanese staff just said Oh she forgets only instead of shouting and being so rude. The Japanese understand I did not do it on purpose or have any intention of breaking their rule. The foreign staff looks so bossy as this is his hostel and he is the boss. He speaks fluent Japanese. I seriously don't understand why the hostel hire this rude person. Come on I know you want to make it international. He might brought his very rude culture from the middle east. The white people or Asian will not behave like this. I am not asking for a five star hotel service but at the very least treat your guest with respect. Obey is a strong word and I know he is not an English speaker but he is unbelievably rude. In the hospitality industry even though it is a hostel it needs service basic service and at the very least being polite. As if I owed him a lot come on I am a guest. Another staff like the Japanese girl and the owner Japanese guy are nice especially the girl called naka and she was very sweet to ask where would I go and giving suggestion. Apart from that the TV is amazing coz you turn up loud it's the same as silence Like other review said it is very noisy especially on Friday night. Staring from 4:30 in the morning someone was brushing teeth and locked and opened their door. It happened on every hour. I did not get a good night of sleep. I cannot wait to get out of this hell as I worried to make other mistake or forget something like take off the shoes and get shouted by the big boss from middle East. I will not come due to this guy. Taking to the local mere y who sold the skewer about the Japan is getting international. The old say is Japanese refused the immigration. There are not much white people only up to 2. But tons of the Middle East people who worked in restaurant hostel supermarkets or clothes shop. They are rude like the male Middle East staff in the hostel. The local said he welcome tourists not immigrant Japanese culture emphasis on politeness and repect. This rude staff ruined my trip and my good impression about Japan. Ask me to obey okay I will not be back to your hostel. And even in China have much better service then you. I will not come to Japan and spendinf money for such disgraceful treatment . Thank you Middle East staff you just ruined my trip in Japan. This is utterly unpleasant.

The hotel and the room itself were very enjoyable. Our room was comfortable, modern and very cosy. The staff was nice and helpful, and the location was and other very good point (close to the subway and at walkable distance from points of interest of the city). We would definitely come back.

Me and my two friends arrived here and we were warmly welcomed by the staff. We were too early for check in but they kindly let us leave our luggage in a safe place while we go out and explore the city! When we came back we were given our keys and free towels. The room we are staying in is very clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are very clean. Really nice foot bath outside that you can enjoy after walking round all day. The hostel has a traditional Japanese style which is a lovely touch! Would recommend to stay here.

High CP value for the good location and low price. Has everything I needed.. from the convenience stores. Able to purchase amenities from the counter as well. Friendly counter service. Women storey and men storey differ a lot in terms of quality and availability of services. Sauna from the hotel is only catered to the men. Women storey has doors with wide opening at the top, thus smoke smells travel easily. The bed curtain helps to reduce smell but the wrong and hallways always reek of cigarette despite being a non-smoking building 🤦🏻♀️ I do hope the management enforces this policy strictly.

The location is close to the station, but I was scared when I came out of the exit at 10 pm and passed the tunnel. There was a homeless person lying on the floor and it seemed like someone was chasing me. I walked quickly in fear for about 5 minutes and the door was locked lol. After 6pm, web check-in must be done in advance. When I knocked on the door, a man opened it and it was a complete savior. When you do a web check-in with QR, you will be given a password and you need to capture this. First of all, it's perfect for just sleeping. It's clean and private. But there are no employees, so if something happens, I'll have a meltdown. If I go alone, I may revisit for about 1 night. However, if you have no reason to stay here, it would be better to stay in Shinsaibashi, even if it is a little more expensive. It's scarier than near Shinimamiya... And further down before Guldari, there's a big supermarket, and it's a lot cheaper. But here too, there are people working hard and drinking on the street, so it is not recommended for women alone.

Very nice room with panoramic windows. Friendly and pleasant staff. But there was only one toilet on the floor, although the room had a shower. There was nowhere to wash your face and brush your teeth. On the 10th floor there should have been a pompously named Sky lounge, but there were just tables with a microwave and a refrigerator.

This is one of our most comfortable hotel/airbnb stay in the whole of our Japan trip. We have been to Osaka 3 times for 5-7 days stay and this is by far the best, affordable stay. Room is really clean and new. Towels are fluffy and soft. Great shower taps with micro adjustment for water temperature. Heated water comes out consistently. (Comparing with some reputable hotels), no cold water burst during shower. Awesome! separate shower and bathtub, big plus point. Washing machine function well, balcony for drying clothes. Room looks like what’s advertised and way better than expected considering the price. Big, comfortable, enough space for couples. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash are of good quality, not drying. Beds are really comfortable, comforters keep use warm enough. Pillows are not too high or hard. Curtains are not the total blackout kind, so bring eye mask if you’re a light sleeper but normal sleeper like my husband can sleep through the early morning sunrise with no issue. I slept really well even though I am a very light sleeper. Close to train station. Met the staffs on our first day and very friendly and helpful. Highly highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again when we visit!
