This is my second review for this hotel, first one is that they send us to other hotel, but after returning here the next day almost everything was fine, room was super pretty, had a small balcony and a window, small kitchen even microwave, it was new and clean, shower was fine, staff was friendly, manager treated us with wine and fruits. Only minus was the poor breakfast that we were unable to digest first 2 days then didn't eat at all and that during one week stay they never changed our bedsheets...overall experience was good, thanks for your effort and please improve we will come again.

Excellent hotel in the very center of the city. The staff is attentive and responsive, all questions and problems are solved quickly and efficiently. Located on the 7-10 floors of the building. Rooms for every taste from a hostel to apartments. Very clean everywhere. Good full breakfast including scrambled eggs and omelette. Convenient coworking area and dining area where you can take a break and/or work. We stayed in an apartment on the 10th floor, large and spacious. The room had robes and slippers, which was very nice, a full kitchen, large living room and bedroom. Designed for 4 people. Literally around the corner from the hotel there is a supermarket and even a 24-hour supermarket 250 meters away. There are many different restaurants, cafes, taverns, etc. around.

Everything was great. Very central location, the staff is helpful and speaks English (front desk), descent breakfast. The room is comfortable, just the walls are a little thin maybe.

Not bad location.There is a good food court within a five minute walk. Clear enough room. Very quick check-in/check-out process. But: no cleaning room service; very noisy (road noise, poor sound insulation); sometimes there is no hot water or it is lukewarm, it is impossible to take a shower (we stayed there in winter time); the room smells a bit like sewage; no teapots in the rooms

An excellent chain hotel in the very center of Yerevan. Great price. The only negative is that they have a large security deposit, which is twice the cost of the room itself.

We chose this hotel based on price. The room had all the amenities except TV. But we got by without the wave. The only thing missing was boiling water. But we were embarrassed to mention it. At the same time, the hostess is very welcoming. She even offered us a higher class room, but we refused. Very soft and comfortable beds. Full set of towels. It’s a pity that there aren’t enough shelves in the bathroom and room. Before entering the hotel, the hostess helped save our things, as we were flying out and returning to them. It’s convenient that you can always order food and have lunch/dinner. The hostess cooks it herself. There is a small supermarket and bakery nearby. In addition, the hosts can arrange a tour to different regions of Armenia. The location of the hotel has both pros and cons. It is located quite close to the city center and there are many buses going there. Opposite is the intercity bus station. But from there you can only go to Russia and Georgia. Market. On the other hand, it’s a bit far to get to the center without a bus. And it is not so easy to find this hotel if you are not friends with Google or Yandex. A road with broken pavement leads to it, because... Dump trucks pass through it from time to time. There are other hotels nearby.

Единственное, что не все такси знают этот отель, если встречаете такси - лучше выйти из арки. Завтраки хорошие, все продукты свежайшие и качественные. И главная изюминка отеля - вид с террасы 15 этажа. Кофе с видом на Арарат - лучшее начало дня.

It's a good location, but the hotel is a little bit old, there's no elevator, so we need to carry our luggage through stairs & it's quite difficult for some with heavy luggage. Also, we didn't like the food for breakfast, maybe they have to improve next time. Anyway, the housekeeper is kind.
