Our guide Fab made it a very enjoyable day. She was passionate about Malta and the places that we visited. She was knowledgeable and kept the narration interesting. The lunch at the fishing village was actually decent. I've been on other trips where these lunches are not so good. The fishing village itself wasn't very good. Basically a tatty market next to the docks. The quarry, temple and cave were all interesting though.★

Such a great experience to see the island and learn about the culture without feeling rushed. Roamed thru the empty streets in Birgu then made my way to the blue gratto before cruise ship goers flooded the area. We even stopped at places that weren’t on my itinerary and it made for a perfect day. Request a local Maltese driver to get the full experience as they also will share history about the island vs just driving you around.Trip.com picks
