"I didn't take pic of the room as it is just a basic room. The staffs are polite and helpful. They don't speak English very well. The surrounding is very close to places of interest in Bukhara such as Ark of Bukhara, Ismail Museum, Chor Minor. It is very easy to walk around. The proximity from the hotel is within 30min walk."

"Não vale o preço. O hotel como um todo é chamativo e fraco por dentro. Foi uma boa sensação quando entrei pela porta. O hotel é muito grande, mas é difícil comentar sobre o quarto. Os chinelos eram super finos, o sabonete líquido estava dentro do sabonete líquido, o xampu estava dentro do sabonete líquido, o condicionador estava dentro do desinfetante e a toalha de banho estava furada. Felizmente, todos nós trouxemos os nossos, então não foi um grande problema, mas, novamente, o preço não valeu a pena. Não sei qual é o padrão de outros hotéis em Bukhara, mas este provavelmente é muito bom."

”This hotel is a real eastern fairy tale! Once you open the door, you get into the amazing world of eastern color. The hotel is new, but at the same time decorated with great love for tradition each detail is thought up to tiny.
The rooms are decorated in authentic eastern style, with very comfortable and comfortable. Bed just excellent has slept wonderfully. The hotel has a cozy recreation area where you can just lie down, relax and drink a cup of aroma tea. And the pool is a separate bonus, especially in the heat!
A separate thanks to host an incredibly hospitality man, showed real eastern hospitality. He went to meet us and allowed us to stay at the hotel 3 hours after departure so that we could quietly wait for the train. Free! It is expensive.
The staff is also very attentive, always ready to help with advice and where to eat deliciously, and where to go to see the most interesting.
Breakfast is just delightful! Huge choice: a variety of east sweets, nuts and dried fruits, galva, pancakes, fresh fruit, cash, yogurt, twelve each will find something on the soul.
Especially striking attention: breakfast with a huge selection of eastern sweets, fruits and home baking. The host and his team soulful people showed us what such eastern hospitality is. We all advise this hotel. And we when we left even the coin threw to return."

"The hotel is beautiful and perfectly located, with many of Bukhara’s main attractions within walking distance. Everything is brand new, and I would highly recommend this hotel.
I visit Bukhara at least twice a year, and this is by far the best hotel I have stayed at in the city so far.
The hotel had only been open for about a week during my stay, so I believe some minor issues are simply because the staff are still getting used to the systems and procedures. For example, my reservation showed that the payment had already been made, but at checkout I was told that the payment had not yet appeared in their account. I had to wait for around 5–10 minutes while they checked the situation, but eventually everything was sorted out and I was able to leave without any problem.
Considering how new the hotel is, I completely understand these minor issues. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely stay here again."

"There are some low-rated posts, but it was a very good impression hotel without any trouble when I used it for two nights in 2026/10/4-6 and three family members on a trip. Breakfast is also delicious.
It is a little far from the old town, but it is a location that is completely fine as a walk after meals because it is about 500 meters. There were many hotels in the old town, but this hotel is quite recommended if you want to spend a quiet night slowly because people gather around 〜 night. I think it is good to use it when coming to Bukhara."

"The decoration style is like a domestic hotel 20 years ago. It is a little far from the ancient city. It doesn’t matter if the local taxi is very cheap. However, when I stayed, an unpleasant thing happened. Because I booked it early, and some team activities at that time, the price may be cheap. The store said that after I checked in for a few hours, I refunded this order online, so I can't live. If I want to live, I will pay at the price of the day and now. I ignored what they said, and communicated directly with Trip.com customer service. The customer service immediately responded to this order effectively. There was no cancellation. Let me wait. They went to communicate. After nearly an hour of multi-party communication, I accepted that we could continue to stay. The customer service said that we must ensure that we can live. If there is a price difference, they will bear it and let me live with confidence, which makes me very touched. Thank you Trip.com for trying your best to solve the problem for the guests. "The room itself was okay, and the location was decent, fairly close to the center. The floor was dirty (I was the only one there, so it should have been clean). They gave me a towel, but no bedding (the blanket and pillow were very dirty). I asked for a set and they only gave me a sheet. The shower and toilet had an unpleasant odor.
The staff speaks Russian and some English.
With such cleanliness, the high price is unjustifiable (I'm not even talking about repairs, which cost money, but maintaining cleanliness and at least providing liquid soap in the toilet is not that difficult). I've stayed in dozens of hostels around the world, and this is the worst."

AAlison’s Silk Road TravelsI decided to stay at Dunyo Palace as it had a swimming pool and was great value for money. Getting to Dunyo Palace was very easy on public transport as I caught bus no 33 from the centre of Bukhara straight to the outside of the hotel. It was easy. I have stayed at Dunyo palace before and I had a great stay. My room was bigger than expected with a fridge, air conditioning and a kettle. I was greeted by the nice reception lady she was very helpful. I had breakfast and it was a buffet with a large selection of Uzbekistan breakfast foods. An omelette was freshly prepared for me in the mornings. The hotel pool was really nice to swim in after a long day walking around sight seeing in Bukhara. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and I will stay again in the future. The images I share are of the room I stayed in on my departure, the air conditioning, and the bathroom area. I’ve also added the places I visited while staying there. I have already added a lot of images to my last feedback if you want to check it out.

NNanmingxiongThe hotel is located north of Bukhara's Old City, with most attractions within walking distance. The Saffron Restaurant on the 3rd floor serves excellent food, especially the fried eggplant.
However, the spa service was absolutely unacceptable. The therapist had an awful attitude and poor technique. Anytime we moved or were too tense during the massage, she would reprimand us with incredibly exaggerated, disgusted exclamations, completely ruining our day. On top of that, it didn't even provide the relaxation we sought. What's more, the time spent changing clothes was counted towards the massage duration, which would never happen in China. After writing a two-page complaint letter, the hotel offered a fruit platter as compensation and provided a written response stating that ”other guests in our tour group” were satisfied, implying the problem was ours. Yet, we were independent travelers who checked in alone, so the mention of a tour group was completely fabricated. Naturally, this was unacceptable. After a 30-minute standoff at the front desk, the final solution was a 30% discount, but then the fruit platter was withdrawn.
As an incredibly arrogant hotel, I do not recommend staying here. They didn't even replenish toothpaste during daily cleanings. However, the rooftop restaurant is still recommended, with an average cost of around 200 CNY per person.

AAyakaeruI stayed here for 3 nights on a solo trip. On my last day, my train schedule suddenly changed, departing an hour earlier. Even though it was early in the morning, I requested a transfer from the hotel to the train station. The staff member who checked me in was incredibly kind and helpful; despite my limited English, she made a great effort to understand me, and I really appreciated her hospitality.
The driver who took me to the station was also very safe, and I was so grateful for the early morning ride.
The breakfast was delicious too. The hotel had minimal amenities, so bringing your own toothbrush set is a must. Also, there was a distinctive scent throughout the hotel, but I got used to it after a few days. The shower had a slight sewage smell, but only when first turned on.
I really enjoyed listening to the beautiful violin performances every evening, and being able to watch YouTube in my room was a nice touch.

GGolandThe location on a busy street means there's occasional road noise, though it's not too loud with the window closed. You can walk to the main attractions from here. There's an on-site cafe where you can order room service and breakfast is served in the mornings. The service is excellent, and while the room furniture might be a bit dated, it could also be part of the room's theme. I would have liked faster internet. 🙏🫶

The Minorai-Kalon Hotel has a superb location in Bukhara, which is its biggest strength. Unfortunately, the service and guest support did not meet international standards. The reception desk could be much more proactive, and our booked hotel turned out to be different from what was actually offered. Be aware: the front desk did not bother to compensate for compromises that were clearly caused by the hotel staff. If you’re looking for a great location and don’t mind hotel compromises, this hotel may work for you.

GGuest UserLocation-wise, the hotel is not in the city center, but that’s not a big issue in Bukhara, the city is small and a taxi ride of around 10–15 minutes gets you anywhere.
However, there is a construction site right next to the hotel. Work starts early in the morning, if you’re planning a trip anytime soon, I would not recommend staying here due to the noise . And the breakfast is quite disappointing.
Most importantly, the hygiene standard was concerning. The toilet paper provided in our room appeared to be visibly stained.
