The room was quite spacious and impeccably clean. Kudos to the hotel staff for going above and beyond! They specifically combined two beds for us and replaced them with a large mattress, creating a wonderfully comfortable super king-sized bed. 😊 The hotel's aesthetic design is truly impressive. The lobby also thoughtfully provided complimentary snacks and water. Guests have complimentary access to the indoor swimming pool, Turkish bath (hammam), and sauna. It's conveniently located less than a 20-minute walk from the heart of Bukhara Old City. The buffet breakfast was extensive and delicious, and the overall stay offered excellent value for money.

The facilities were good, as expected from the Wyndham chain.
The location is a bit far from Bukhara Old City, so it's not close to tourist attractions, but using Yandex shouldn't be a problem.
However, the front desk staff was unfriendly. Even during check-in, they answered the phone and didn't respond properly.
I tried to use the hotel restaurant, but it was closed because the entire hotel was booked for Sunday and Monday.
I sat alone in the restaurant for over 10 minutes during lunchtime.
No staff member offered me a menu or any assistance,
and no one was there to keep me company. So, I ended up leaving and having lunch at the lobby bar. The lobby bar staff were friendly and provided excellent service.
The front desk and restaurant staff need more training to be more attentive. I don't expect much, but I think the bar staff would be fine.

The room was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Its prime location meant I could easily walk to all the main attractions, and the area was lively and convenient in the evenings. It made for a truly wonderful trip to Bukhara.

The room was spacious and clean, and the staff was polite and helpful.
Breakfast is also voluminous, and you can eat rice and buckwheat seeds.
I forgot to clean the room, and sometimes the hot water doesn't come out.
Amenities are minimal.
It is a pity that it is a little far from the tourist area of Bukhara and that there are few restaurants where you can eat casually in the surrounding area.
There is a supermarket nearby, so you can buy drinks and snacks there.

The room is luxurious, elegant, generous and comfortable. The environment is elegant and clean with flowers and plants. The interior design is spacious, comfortable and breathable. The quilts, sheets and pillowcases are all very clean and white. The hygiene is clean and tidy. There are cleaners cleaning every day. The location is very convenient at the entrance to the old town. If you are an inn in the old town, you cannot access it by taxi, but this inn can be reached at the last minute. Also, when I took a taxi at Yandex Go, I forgot something in the car. The inn kindly talked to the Yandex driver (it is possible to call via the app, but the driver only speaks local language), and I was able to get back the forgotten thing safely.
