The hotel was very clean, staff was very nice a d helpful. The restaurant food was great last and hot, waitress was very kind , clean and on point with order. Rooms were very clean and nice, my experience was great would go again.

Aproveitei a minha estadia.Boa, limpa.Testemunha um convidado que se apertou com dois funcionários com cerveja Na mão.O convidado finalmente caiu no elevador. Eu informei OS membros do pessoal presentes. O pessoal de ID informou-me que ele ligou para alguém, MAS não deixou o emprego.Um terceiro membro do pessoal chegou quando entramos no elevador. Compreendo que o ID de verificação do membro não possa deixar o cargo, MAS o outro homem perto de elevador poderia ter feito algum esforço para ajudar.

The service of the Horseshoe was okay. The only thing that they miss doing is the little details of the room. They have no trash bin in the bathroom. The trash bin in the room has no plastic covers. The bathtub has drips of shampoo. They put in little toiletries. There was no welcome water or coffee sachets in the room. We only have 3 pillows in the room. We enjoyed our sleep. The bed was comfy. The room was lovely. I like the design of the hotel. They have different restaurants to choose from. They have a ceiling that is cloud-painted. The fountain at the facade of the hotel looked interesting.

Fabuloso Como sempre!Nós sempre gostamos Da nossa estadia.Zoey Duplichain é UMA excelente concierge e Muito atenta AOS detalhes.Nossa Ordem especial de chocolate é fantástica.A água é perfeita e o alimento é delicioso. Nós gostamos absolutamente dele e vamos voltar para a semana! Não podemos dizer o suficiente! Adoramos as contas na praia e Austin é um grande servidor. A praia é grande para andar à noite e a atmosfera é grande. Muitos trabalhos para fazer e muitos para ver para todos. Amamos o nugget dourado. O jack preto é maravilhoso e eles mantêm as bebidas chegando.Vamos celebrar o 21o aniversário DOS meus gémeos Na segunda-feira. Não posso esperar que seja absolutamente perfeito. Nós ordenamos um bolo de queijo de Vic e Anthony.Estou certo de que não será nada de estranho.

Everything was clean, great hospitality, the girls were very friendly, and the man that received me, he didn't have me waiting the room was quickly given to me. This is one of the best hotels i stayed in. Its very quiet too. It has A/C and heater that you can control. They have the best soap, shampoo, conditioner anf lotion from the brand Dove, thats a plus. The breakfast was good too.

The Marriott Hotel on Canal St was such a convenient location for walking to the major tourist attractions…Bourbon Street, St. Louis Cathedral, the Ferries and paddlewheel boats. I enjoyed my stay and the hotel front desk and concierge service was so helpful to ensure that i knew how to get to my destinations. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel muito limpo, bem decorado, leito confortável. Muito bem localizado, a menos de 10 minutos a pé do French quarter e do Mississippi. Perto das comodidades, cheio de restaurante e pequeno-almoço nas proximidades. Muito bom acolhimento, pessoal agradável. Recomendo vivamente!

ZZHENG YAOThe hotel is just above the casino. There is no need to say that it is magnificent. Just eat, drink and have fun in the casino, but the traffic to go elsewhere is a problem. You have to drive by yourself.

AAnonymous UserThe location of the hotel is OK, close to Pompeii Street in France. The breakfast in the hotel is very ordinary and very simple. The lighting is dim and the setting is also old. The street restaurant outside the hotel is still worth recommending. You must try the oysters. The Mexican food is not bad either. According to Americans, New Orleans is the best place for American food. I have been to many places in the United States and my actual feeling is the same. Raw oysters are worth a try.

GGuest UserGot a room at first where the AC was super loud and there wasn’t even a closet or a place to hang clothes. I told the front desk but they said the hotel was full and couldn’t do anything !!! So I contacted IHG directly and I got a new one was much better — quiet AC and a proper closet.
FYI: floors 9–10 seem to have some kind of machine room inf front the room X01 . The noise could be heard all the floor to room 906. If you’re a light sleeper, you might want to avoid this hotel.

GGuest UserI booked a 3-night stay at Sam's Town Hotel and Casino and my experience there was wonderful. The staff was professional and accommodating. The rooms were clean. The shower was huge although I had to look up how to turn on the shower head (Tip: Turn on the shower and pull the spout down at the end of the tub faucet). It would've been nice if the rooms had a microwave and I would've liked more restaurant options but overall I had a nice stay.

GGuest UserFabulous as always! We always enjoy our stay. Zoey Duplichain is a fantastic concierge and very attentive to the details. Our special order chocolate cake was fantastic. The water was perfect and the food is delicious. We absolutely loved it and we are going back next week! Can’t say enough about it! We love bills on the beach and Austin is a great server. The beach is great for walking at night and the atmosphere is great. Plenty of things to do and lots to see for everyone. We love golden nugget. The black jack is wonderful and they keep the drinks coming. We are going to celebrate my twins 21st birthday on Monday. I can’t wait it’s going to be absolutely perfect. We’ve ordered a cheesecake from Vic and Anthony’s. I’m sure it will be nothing short of amazing.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in a quiet location, only about 10 minutes' walk from the scenic spot. The service in the lobby is friendly, the rooms are clean and tidy, and everything is available. The gym is on the top floor and has all the facilities. There is a cafe opposite the hotel with delicious coffee and bread.

GGuest UserExcellent price, chic location. Clean clean every day. But the hotel is very strange, the room has no refrigerator (no refrigerator at all), had to ask the recipe to pick up the medicines that require storage in the refrigerator. There is no safe, there are no closets (instead of a pair of hangers on the wall). There is no sink in the toilet, the sink is in the room with the bed. At the same time there is a lot of room in the toilet, quietly would be placed there.

GGuest UserEnjoyed my stay. Nice, clean room. Witness a guest stumble past 2 staff members with a beer in his hand. The guest eventually fell at the elevator. I informed the staff members present. ID staff informed me that he called someone but did not leave his post. A third staff member arrived as we entered the elevator. I can understand the member checking ID could not leave his post, but the other guy standing closer to elevators could have made some type of effort to assist.
