The hotel was very clean, staff was very nice a d helpful. The restaurant food was great last and hot, waitress was very kind , clean and on point with order. Rooms were very clean and nice, my experience was great would go again.

The service of the Horseshoe was okay. The only thing that they miss doing is the little details of the room. They have no trash bin in the bathroom. The trash bin in the room has no plastic covers. The bathtub has drips of shampoo. They put in little toiletries. There was no welcome water or coffee sachets in the room. We only have 3 pillows in the room. We enjoyed our sleep. The bed was comfy. The room was lovely. I like the design of the hotel. They have different restaurants to choose from. They have a ceiling that is cloud-painted. The fountain at the facade of the hotel looked interesting.

Great location near the heart of the city; decent facilities.

The hotel itself is fine and the location is excellent, but we had several awful service experiences. First, the king bed room we booked was not available when we check in, so they put us in a double bed room and said they would move us the next day. Then when we went to the front desk to move to our new room, the person at the front desk was not friendly and was taking so long to handle our situation. We were worried we would be late for our tour, so we asked if we could leave and they could move our luggage to the new room. She said no, we can't change rooms until we are ready to move the luggage ourselves, and that our luggage would stay in the old room. When we came back later that day, they moved us to our new room but our luggage was not in our old room or the new room! We were so worried they lost our luggage. Finally they figured out that they moved our luggage to a 3rd room, and they tried to blame us for it. All of these interactions took a long time because the front desk was so slow and the line was long. After all that trouble, they only gave us a meager $25 credit as an apology. Lastly, we accidentally left a small pouch of personal items in our first room and when we told them about this, they made no effort to try and find it. When we checked out, we also left a souvenir we had bought in the room accidentally. We tried calling the hotel to see if they could find the missing item and ship it to us. We waited on hold for a long time before the front desk transferred us to the wrong place, the automated reservations agent. So frustrating! It is clear the staff there do not communicate between shifts or departments and just don't care about treating their guests well. Simple things like contacting the lost and found about a missing item should not be this difficult. The only good staff interactions we had were with the interns who were there on a training program. Also the wifi is not free. How are big hotels like this getting away with charging for wifi in 2025? Tl;dr: staff are not helpful at all, their communication is awful. Wifi not free

Hotel muito limpo, bem decorado, leito confortável. Muito bem localizado, a menos de 10 minutos a pé do French quarter e do Mississippi. Perto das comodidades, cheio de restaurante e pequeno-almoço nas proximidades. Muito bom acolhimento, pessoal agradável. Recomendo vivamente!

Aproveitei a minha estadia.Boa, limpa.Testemunha um convidado que se apertou com dois funcionários com cerveja Na mão.O convidado finalmente caiu no elevador. Eu informei OS membros do pessoal presentes. O pessoal de ID informou-me que ele ligou para alguém, MAS não deixou o emprego.Um terceiro membro do pessoal chegou quando entramos no elevador. Compreendo que o ID de verificação do membro não possa deixar o cargo, MAS o outro homem perto de elevador poderia ter feito algum esforço para ajudar.
