"Procurou um motel que era ”amigável com animais de estimação” e tinha outras características que incluíam um preço razoável para a noite. Este motel veio e eu a reservai. Não havia nada online relacionado com a existência de qualquer ”taxa de animais de estimação”. Quando cheguei, a assistente perguntou se tinha cães e eu respondi: 'Sim, tenho 2...a 40# e um 8#. Então ela continuou a dizer-me $35/each. Eu questionei isso e ela disse 'política'. Eu pedi um jantar, foi informada que ela estaria lá às 7h e quando voltei às 7h30, Foi-me dito, 7 da manhã seguinte, falei com o gerente de manhã, e o gerente também afirmou ”política”, e perguntei se podíamos dividir (35 dólares ainda seriam demasiados). Perguntei se era a política de ter convidados felizes e ela respondeu ”sim”, então EU disse que violou a política.Minha sala de 109 dólares, que me costou quase 200 dólares quando se acrescentou 70 dólares de taxa de animais de estimação. Eu já paguei $20 por MEU cão no passado, MAS isso é ridículo!Eu não vou ficar com esta cadeia para a frente. Eu deveria ter trazido MEU cão para o pequeno-almoço, para que EU pudesse ter algo pelo MEU dinheiro."

"Hotel is in perfect location along the river. Lake view room also has river view. Buffet breakfast is top notch and the food at the Big Bar is pretty good. Wings and nachos were a hit."

"Location is good especially 5mins walk to the Grand subway station and it’s in the Shopping Loop. Room facilities is not that good, hair blower plug is shaky unable use. Towels not provided as per paid occupants. Need to request. Unable to do the make up for ladies as the Sensor entrance light is too dim."

"We were worried it was across from the airport but it didn’t affect anything at all!! Staff was friendly- disappointed no free breakfast- and I had 4 kids but couldn’t schedule a room that way which made no sense! I had to put 6 adults. Overall it was clean, comfortable and everyone was nice and helpful "

"This place is excellent if you’re a stressed out business traveler, looking for a good rate, and if you’re willing to manage your own transportation from the airport and back, but the amenities after a long late night arrival waking up the next day, sitting in the hot tub having a swim in the pool and a steam and a sauna along with an icy cold shower afterwards just recharges you after a long business trip, especially if you international like me I wouldn’t necessarily call it family friendly, but it’s definitely good for entrepreneur business travel if you can get a good rate otherwise there are other hotels out there if you can’t get a good rate. The rooms are not specifically special compared to the competition, but it’s an a quieter area and the fitness and aquatic amenities are what makes the difference for me as I have back problems and after a long international flight all I wanna do is get in the hot tub or take a steam or sauna. I’m needing an airport shuttle. I would not recommend this hotel and if you aren’t willing to risk having to pay a premium for a car service or Uber then do not book here. I wish I could stay at this hotel long enough to enjoy all of their amenities as they are really good, but as breakfast is not included, it can be a pricey for what you get when you compare it to other hotels in the area and hotels closer to the airport. Yet as long as I can get a good rate on this hotel, I will keep going back as I frequently travel international for work and just having the peace of the secluded area and the steam room and sauna make it a huge selling feature for me as they really assist my rejuvenation after a long day or more of travel. "

"The hotel was very clean & the bed was super comfy! Check in was easy & they let us check in early which was very helpful. The door man at the bottom of the elevator seemed a little judge mental. We just wanted to go to the bar after attending the baseball game but he treated us like we weren't guests of the hotel, that was a little off putting but the bartender was wonderful!"
