The hotel location is very near the airport. Also, the car rental company AVIS has a staff inside the hotel. I rent a car from.AVIS in Jeddah, I return the car in Tabuk. The AVIS staff can come to this hotel to complete the car return and use the same car to take me to the airport. It is very convenient. Other things of the hotel are good also

Friends thought I really came to Mars, Desert rock has done enough perfect but still constantly strive to improve, but also enough to make my husband and I not miss this trip, when really deeply understand the ultimate charm of blood and sand song! The staff service is also very attentive, everything is complete, the dinner is great, and the environment is elegant and romantic! The photo can't take the original shock of the hotel. This strange world, I really hope that more people will go there in person, May the force be with you^^

Hi, accidentally I made another payment when check in. Hotel kindly promise to refund the paid amount. However, after communicated with front desk, the refund status still remain unknown from 26-Mar till today…..which is quite disappointed with such service

We had a wonderful time in this luxurious resort. Every was thoughtful and perfection and it was an indescribable experience. The staff are professional and highly trained and have been a great addition to our experience. I would like to personally thank Mr .Mansour and miss.Renad for their exceptional service.

BBuYYYou won't know what it means to ”travel for a place, no matter how far, worth crossing the ocean again and again” until you've visited Shebara! Our Red Sea adventure in Saudi Arabia hasn't even finished yet, but my husband and I are already planning and looking forward to our next trip to Shebara. You can imagine how breathtaking this place, the closest thing to an alien world, is! The service was impeccable, and dinner was exceptionally delicious. I don't remember someone suggesting elsewhere that there wasn't much food here, so I should bring instant noodles. Personally, I disagree. I almost brought instant noodles and missed out on such a delicious dining experience in such an impeccable atmosphere! The shisha here is amazing. After dinner, my husband and I each enjoyed a chilled shisha until 11:00 PM. I was amazed by the wonderful Shebara Hotel. I'm also very grateful to Ctrip and my dedicated customer service representative, Yilun, for their tireless support throughout our trip! A memory will always be cherished. This is a wonderful place I'll definitely be returning to soon!
