During our recent stay at the Savoy Hotel, it was a good experience overall. At check-in, I had to wait for about 15 minutes. The hotel appears to have been newly renovated—it looks better in person than in the photos I saw on the website. The air conditioning was great and kept the room nice and cold. However, the water heater couldn’t be adjusted to make the water a bit hotter, so it felt more like cold water. The hotel is very close to Airport Terminal 3—I walked there and didn’t even break a sweat! That was very convenient. However, the hotel is a bit pricey, especially considering it’s not near any major tourist spots. You’ll need to take a Grab ride for about 20 to 30 minutes to reach attractions.

Hotel101 Fort is perfectly situated across SM Aura and walking distance away from Market Market and BGC Central. Very convenient for a staycation. Highly recommended. What I like more is their safe and well- lit parking area. Staff are friendly too

We had a delightful stay at the Grand Westside Hotel, perfect for our relaxing weekend escape. Despite the hotel being newly opened and still undergoing some construction, the facilities and room were both adequate and comfortable. A special highlight was the breakfast, featuring an extensive and satisfying menu. We also want to extend our heartfelt thanks to Kim, for helping us book our room. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

I recently stayed at the Kingsford Hotel for a vacation trip, and I was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. Located in a convenient area close to key transport links, it made commuting around the city easy and hassle-free. The hotel’s modern design gave it a sophisticated yet welcoming vibe. Check-in was quick and the staff were professional and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions I had. My room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essentials. The bed was very comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's rest after a long day of strolling. The highlight of my stay was the breakfast buffet. There was a wide variety of options, from fresh fruit and pastries to hot dishes and made-to-order omelets. It was a great way to start the day, and the service in the dining area was attentive and efficient. The hotel also offers a small gym and a business center, both of which I found to be well-equipped for my needs. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was essential for my social media. If I had to mention any drawbacks, the only issue I encountered was the parking situation. While the hotel offers parking, it can get quite crowded, especially during peak times. It’s advisable to arrive early if you're driving. Overall, Kingsford Hotel provides a solid, comfortable stay with excellent service and amenities. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, it’s a great choice in the area, and I would happily stay here again.

Very convenient from the mall, more food stalls and to the airport. Very friendly staff, however it was rainy we didn’t enjoy the swimming pool. But over all it was good.

Y2 Residence is a bit along Makati Avenue (about 2.5 kms from Greenbelt Malls area) and around the corner from Century City Mall. There are numerous small restaurants within easy walking distance along Makati Ave and surrounds. We stayed two nights at Y2 Residence Hotel on our way from Palawan and prior to departing the Philippines and wish we had found it earlier. On arrival were were immediately made feel welcome , met on the road and our bags taken and carried in for us. (We had stayed in a number of places in the Philippines on this trip and our previous far more expensive where this did not occur). Check in was seamless, Y2 offers an online check in however we prefer face to face. Our room a One Bedroom Deluxe Suite on the ninth flooor, while not large was easily spacious enough for the two of us. A two seater lounge, a single chair with coffee table. A small dining table and a kitchenette large enough to cook in if you wanted. The bedroom was small with one bedside table on one side wih a cupboard with safe on the other. But really what more was needed. The bathroom is small (narrow) however had everything in it including an intantatious hot water system that provided hot water quickly. Even though we faced the main entrance and a building site was adjacent to us we were not disturbed by noise. However this may change as building increases. The view from the rooftop pool and bar area are worth the extremely slow lift up and down then walk up the flight of stairs, particularly as one lift was out of service while we were there making it even slower to get to any floor/ foyer. The lift was the most frustrating thing with our stay. The pool area and surrounds are not large and would if busy you would be lucky to find somewhere to sit, however while we were there we had not problems with this. As stated the view across the city is spectacular, take a few minutes to soak it in. Pros Excellent value for money Very good service, particularly the young trainees. Clean and comfortable room Rooftop bar and pool area with amazing views. Close to some incredibly food Good breakfast Cons Very slow lift system

PROs Very close to Binondo/Chinatown; large room (though some parts of the carpet had stains; needs cleaning or replacing); quick checkin and checkout; secure; smelled good; value for money; really cheap CONs stained carpet (hallway and room); the room given to me had an adjacent room; there was a door (though locked) connecting to another room I suppose; I could hear the occupants of the adjacent room

Holiday Inn Newport offers a decent stay with comfortable rooms and friendly staff, but considering the price is similar to Citadines, I’d personally opt for Citadines. While Holiday Inn is fine for a short stay, Citadines offers more modern amenities and a better overall value for the same price. If you’re looking for more up-to-date facilities and a livelier atmosphere, Citadines would be my choice.

Service: Even though we booked and paid online, we waited for almost 30 mins. because 1) they said they are still cleaning the room 2) They misplaced my ID to verify our booking 3) Staffs ,duty manager , and security guard are not accomodating Facilities: Lavatory faucet is not compatible with the lavatory, maybe because the original faucet is broken so they change it with incompatible faucet. -They don't have table for us to eat just a vanity table. -Aircon is too loud and it is kinda distubing even when you are inside the comfort room, you can still hear the loud noise. Food: The buffet is just okay, it's just that I still need to request fresh milk for the cereals.

The place is near everything. A Nice place to stay before your flight. The place needs some upgrade and cleaning to make it spick and span. The unit they assigned me to has very weak internet connection. It drops off easily. Then a notice of delimquent payment from PLDT appears. After that, connection drops. The towels provided wont absorb wet particles on your body. It also has some feathers pulling away. The view from the hallway is superb. You can see the parking bldg just beside the property.

I stay here many times already i also recommend this to my friends but i was little bit disappointed in my atay this time the room is really not good and the double lock is broken the toilet is noisy because of the water coming from the toilet bowl..

It was fantastic experience for us staying in a hotel like shore, so many restaurants to choose from and convenience store was really a big help. The location is also near MOA, you can take a walk to reach there, nice. The only thing I don’t like is there is no free parking . But over all , it was very good.

We got free room upgrade! Thank you for handling us really well! We’re looking forward to our next booking! The room is really nice and huge for the two of us. We got this place cause we are watching a concert in MOA Arena! And it’s the nearest soool near that you can walk around 10 mins or less.

The comfort room is not so nice. But i like the room the aircon is good the tv is good the bed is nice it's just they don't provide toiletries.

Second time booking here and I just found out that we can request pans and cookware from the housekeeping. They even provided dish soap and sponge upon request. Good hotel location and amenities. Room was clean and with a good view from outside. Hubs and I enjoyed our staycation because we were able to prep meal inside the room. I also appreciate that they are now providing mats inside the room because that was my comment before. One pointer why I did not give perfect rating is because special request for complimentary birthday cake was not provided. While special requests are subject to the hotel, my boyfriend tried to explain the situation but sadly, it was not provided.

Rcomended Hotel, malls, convinience store, pharmacy ect. are easy to access. The staff are kind and respectable. Great stay! 10/10 ♡

Except for the hotel transfer which was a catastrophe, we can recommend this hotel. We were staying in a room with a separate bed and living room. We almost did not go outside for lunch and dinner. Mistro on the 35th floor offered superb views and nice dishes except few we did not really like (maybe different taste). The staff, starting from cleaning ladies to the waitresses and managers are friendly and really caring about their services. We can recommend this hotel compared to Hilton where we had bad experiences and Seda Residence is offering more value than Hilton.

I recently stayed at I’M ahotel, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. The check-in process was smooth, and my room was spotless, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The amenities were top-notch, especially the pool, gym, spa, or restaurant. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and was absolutely delicious. The location was also perfect—close to [mention landmarks or conveniences nearby], which made exploring the area so easy. I really appreciated the little touches, like [mention specific details like complimentary snacks, a handwritten note, or upgraded room features]. Overall, I would highly recommend I’M to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I can’t wait to visit again!

The Leez Inn Makati is a small hotel tucked away in a little side street and is a basic budget Hotel. The information provided about the hotel is limited and guests are taken by surprise when they arrive to find out the hotel does not accept any credit cards. This info is not indicated on any travel sites like Expedia Agoda hotels.com etc. The staff are lovely and friendly and are just working with what they have but it is clearly disorganised. I told staff I didn't have the cash and would have to go to a money changer in the morning. I arrived late at night which they accepted and the next day I went out and change my money to Philippine Peso and when I returned to pay my bill they said you don't have the exact money and we don't have any change. I was like ***!A hotel that doesn't accept credit cards and doesn't carry change. Extremely poor! Anyway they asked how much I had and told me to hang on to it and they would try and get some change and if I came back later that evening they should have change for me so eventually this was sorted. The rooms are small and old and very stark in the decor. There is a cabinet and also a wobbly old desk and a chair. There is a bar fridge which keeps things cold. They provide a safe, dental kits, tea and coffee making facilities but NO tea and coffee. There is one tiny bar of soap about the size of a 50 cent coin. There is a small TV on the wall with only two English speaking channels and the reception to the majority of the channels is terrible. The bathroom is very small and the shower only has a shower curtain which doesn't reach the ground so then water goes everywhere. The water takes a long time to heat up. Apart from that the water pressure is reasonable. They didn't give me the room I booked and provided me with two single instead of a queen-size bed and the air conditioning in the room leaked and made a huge puddle of water across the floor each night. The second morning I woke up and asked them could they send someone with a mop to mop up the pool of water, and they agreed, but no one ever arrived to do it. The hotel offers the basics and the beds are actually quite comfortable and the hotel is ok for a couple of nights stay but there are definitely better more modern better equipped properties in the area.

The elevator is very terible. They have a lot of guests but only one elevator is working. It will take 20-30mins of waiting as so many people ahead of us wer waiting too… the rm was give to us was flooding of water from the ceiling. The sink iwas clogged up. No hot water in the shower. The tv they have is not a smart tv and twith worst reception. The good thing is  the staff wer all very friendly and accommodating but the place is not recommendable to stay

Booked for the third time and the service was good. Rooms are big and decent. Good service attitude from the staffs and good hotel location. They also allowed us to stay in the same room for our extension for the next day and did not charge us from 12 noon to 2pm for the new reservation. We will definitely rebook here over and over again when families from the province visit us back. I really appreciate the hospitality of the hotel staffs. Kudos to the staffs and management. I hope you value your remembers and pay them well.

Checked in only to find numerous hairs throughout the bed (see attached photos). The bed was perfectly made - so the room had been 'serviced' as far as the hotel was concerned. I'd understand if it were a single hair as this could have fallen from the head of the person servicing the room, but 5 or so hairs, in numerous places? The Reddoorz website also states a refrigerator is present in every room as seen at the top of their page. My room did not contain one. The rooms are meant to be serviced daily - despite having the 'please make up my room' hanger on the exterior door handle as soon as I'd checked in, my room was never serviced. Probably for the best given they don't clean the rooms properly anyway. Photo attached for your reference. Emailed the General Manager for the property who hasn't bothered to respond - and - Reddoorz themselves are denying any responsibility and refusing to take ownership. Plenty of better, clean and affordable hotels nearby, and in Manila.

We had a comfortable and relaxing stay💕😇 although the requested room with city view for the window was not granted but it was a good one still.

This hotel is under management of a grander Manila Hotel. Rooms are large and modern, the servgice ipeccable, and breakfast is great. It also has a very good Chinese retsuaryrant. Curiously, it does not have the bar. I stayed two months until it closed due to covid. It is only about ten minutes walk form large SM shopping centre . Highly recommended

It is a hotel with excellent price quality ratio. The staff is extremely friendly and available. The rooms are modern and functional. There is even the topper above the mattresses! The room is cleaned every day. The tower's roof is very well-organised, with various locations to cook, if you want. The hotel is huge, so it will be easy to be satisfied. The outdoor neighborhood is not the best, but it is not their fault, all Malate and Ermita are not very much. So it is great when you come back, having such a comfortable hotel.

The staff here are incredibly friendly and always ready to help. Even though the building has an older charm, it's been well maintained. Our room was spotless, and we appreciated not having to request housekeeping, as they took care of it daily. We loved the newly renovated pools, which seemed to be heated, and the jacuzzi was the perfect place to unwind. The food was delicious, but keep in mind they have a dress code for the breakfast buffet and require proper swimwear at the pool. The only downside was the elevators — they were a bit slow on Sunday, but the wait times were fine on other days. The WiFi connection isn’t the most reliable if you're planning to work, so it's a good idea to have a backup like a mobile hotspot. There's minimal noise from the renovation outside, but it's not too disruptive. The hotel TV is an older flat-screen but has all the standard cable channels. The AC works well, and all the essentials like the shower, faucet, bidet, toilet, and phones are in good working order. The bedding, mattresses, and pillows are clean and very comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. *We stayed for 4D3N to unwind and celebrate my son's birthday.*

Iconic Filipino heritage hotel. Staff are very accommodating and always wearing their smile. The room is neat but kinda old. Breakfast buffet is good.

There was no linen blanket only their brown comforter which serves as bed cover as well. The buffet breakfast was a simple affair, the food wasn’t anything spectacular and the coffee wasn’t freshly brewed. By the way, prepare for a parking fee for they are now collecting one. A 1,000 Php is also required as deposit however, refundable upon check out.

The staff are so kind and accommodating. The room is clean. They allowed us to check-in a little bit earlier than 2:00 PM since the room was ready. Overall, it was a great stay.

We recently stayed here and celebrated our Birthday and Wedding Anniversary and had an exceptional experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and polite, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout our stay, their professionalism was outstanding. We truly appreciate Mr. Jason (pool area attendant) for taking care of us and offering drinks even though we were the only ones at the pool at that time. We also commend Ms. Marivic and her team, especially their dining area supervisor, for serving our food. Special mention to Ms. Sheila, who serenaded us during dinner. The rooms were luxurious, well-maintained, and offered stunning views. Every interaction with the staff left a positive impression, making our stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its top-notch service and welcoming atmosphere.
