Hotéis com Spa em Wellington Region, New Zealand

I wanted to stay somewhere close to public transport. The main train station is just a stone’s throw away. It is near the end of Lambton Quay- the main drag in Wellington. Also for my friends who live in the outer suburbs of Wellington this hotel is close to the freeway and an easy access to collect me. The room is really clean and spacious and there is a kitchenette with stove and microwave to heat up/cook food. The bathroom is huge and has an accessible shower which is quite impressive.

Eu tinha reservado três noites. O primeiro dia de estadia era Cerca de nove horas. A recepção saiu do trabalho. Preciso de MIM Mesmo ligar para obter a senha para o escritório deles. Depois, abri a caixa de ladrilhos à porta. Toda a experiência não é boa para dizer a verdade, o serviço não Pode seguir. Mais tarde, EU percebi que não havia muitas salas e não havia trabalho nocturno. Entrando no quarto, descobri que o quarto é diferente Da foto. Embora o padrão seja o Mesmo, o quarto real é Mais velho, e a Luz também TEM luz fria (a Luz de cabeça de cama não estava aberta há Meio dia). Mais tarde, EU pedi para me afastar, e o quarto não se moveu nada. A recepção e EU confirmámos que a primeira Noite é cobrada e depois podemos devolver.Em geral, se sentirmos ou agradecermos Ao hotel que está disposto a devolver, a recomendação é melhorar Na sala de acessórios e serviço de recepção noturna.

The room is very tidy and big, even there is no parking available but the staff showed me a free space along the road to park overnight. There is even washing machine which surprised me and it was working well. The breakfast is good but price is 35 nzd not 19 mentioned in the trip site. I booked the room reading others' comment about the breakfast but to be honest the types of food is not so much and didnt meet my expectations.

We have always enjoyed staying at QT Museum Hotel. We were given the option to upgrade to a Seaview room on the top floor with an additional charge. Seeing it is a more quiet room compared to my booking request on the 1st floor near road traffic and rubbish bin area, I paid the extra for the upgrade per night for 2 nights. Our room was not serviced well the following day. Rubbish bin in the bathroom being the only one was not emptied. The Bath and Shower gel was not replenished, we had to asked for it to be refilled. the cushions on the bed was still on the floor from the night before, the ironing board was still left out - I did not put it back as the iron was still very hot after ironing my dress for my conference that morning. The gym facilities was very tired with all towels being used and the used towels bin was overflowing. I was very disappointed with my stay this trip, using shortage of staff since Covid is a very old excuse now. Systems and procedures should be in placed by management to ensure the 5 star ratings is upheld. No point upselling or selling more rooms if they cannot keep customers happy to come back again. This was not only my opinion but that of my colleagues. very disappointing!

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. Check in desk was a little busy. Nice rooms with modern feel
