Amazing hotel in a central location (connected to metro Green line) with friendly staffs. Breakfast was fantastic with lot of variety and options to choose from. Staffs made a special arrangement with a cake since we celebrated our Wedding Anniversary during our stay. Only downside is the hotel seems to be understaffed which becomes visible during the peak hours especially during Check-in and Check-out times.

The hotel is OK, I stayed in 3 Fern hotels on my trip, this was the best. The rooms are OK, a little bit more effort in cleaning the bathrooms would help. Breakfast was a complete waste of time. The coffee was undrinkable and very little options at the buffet. It was OK for the 2 nights, but thats it.

Era difícil entender o que os funcionários diziam. Eles sempre pareciam impacientes, mesmo quando tentavam ajudar. Parecia que o nosso quarto não era o que havíamos reservado, mas não comentamos isso com os funcionários, pois era difícil nos comunicarmos em inglês. No geral, o serviço foi péssimo e existem opções melhores.

Good clean hotel with a small shopping centre next door that has food court and cinema on upper floor as well as a good Italian restaurant called toscano

The Hyatt Centric was a convenient choice of place to stay for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens). The best thing about this hotel were its people. From the wamr welcoming front office staff, the friendly and attentive staff at the restaurant, the housekeeping staff and especially the guards, we were surrounded by professional, friendly and cheerful staff! They went out of their way to acknowledge us, recognize us and make our stay a fun, pleasant and comfortable one.

A localização do hotel e o serviço em si são bons. Todos os funcionários são bons, exceto os da recepção. Todos têm uma atitude despreocupada. Não estão dispostos a ajudar, fornecem informações erradas e nunca se arrependem dos seus erros. Eles deveriam aprender com o pessoal da cozinha, da limpeza e do concierge a serem hospitaleiros. Desde o check-in até a saída, todos os dias tive problemas com a equipe da recepção, que era mal-humorada. Eles são muito bons em resolver problemas. O Amin, da recepção, foi gentil e resolveu os problemas sem problemas, mas não adiantaria se ele fosse o único. Espero que a gerência possa tomar medidas, enviando-os para treinamentos.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our first time in India, and what an amazing stay at The Chancery Hotel! I stayed here with a group of 6 students, and from the moment we arrived, we were treated with top-class hospitality. The staff welcomed us with smiles, opened doors, helped with our luggage, and personally delivered everything right to our room doors — truly impressive service from start to finish. The rooms are quiet, clean, and super comfortable. Great beds, modern bathrooms, and even a bathtub to relax after a long day — everything was just perfect. Breakfast was another highlight! A wide selection of Indian food and Japanese options too — such a pleasant surprise and absolutely delicious. There’s also a gym in the hotel, perfect for burning off all the good food 😂💪. Location-wise, it doesn’t get better than this. MG Road is within walking distance, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and malls nearby. Eating, shopping, and moving around were all super convenient. Overall, The Chancery Hotel is trustworthy, great value for money, and highly recommended. A huge shout-out to all the staff — from the entrance, front desk, restaurant, to housekeeping — every single one of you was friendly, professional, and always smiling 👍👏. Management, you truly have a wonderful team… they deserve a raise! 😄 Thank you for making our first experience in India such a memorable one 🇮🇳❤️
