Reasonable goog rooms for the price you pay. Big rool room with clear valley view. The restaurant nx door offer delicious meals. Don't mind to stay here again for nx visit to Sapa.

The location is very convenient. The receptionist Apreriya is friendly and helpful. The room was comfy and clean, but there weren’t slippers and hair dryer. I had a nice rest there before moving to my next destination. That’s pity that the swimming pool is closed due to renovation until 25th August.

The room is quite spacious and offers a great city view. The Smart TV is available, but it only supports YouTube and Netflix, with no other streaming options. The interior appears to need some refreshing, as there are visible signs of wear and tear on the wallpaper. The bathroom also requires more thorough cleaning; the bathtub water was yellowish, which was unpleasant. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options, but the overall taste was average.

Overall OK, good location, easy access & so many cafe nearby. Even the breakfast also so good like so many local foods that can try. Just one thing no iron inside the room & asking to send iron to room they just take note but not send the iron .

Ao Lado do hotel, há 24 horas de loja confortável de Indomaret (equivalente a 7-11) e cerca de 10 minutos a pé está a Plaza Tunjungan, que é um grande centro comercial. O hotel promove o almoço por 30 mil IDR para um Prato de arroz com chá de gelo ilimitado.As instalações são muito básicas se você não procurar qualquer fabulosa. Uma coisa que quero que o hotel melhore é o som de A/C. Na minha primeira noite, foi muito alto que me manteve acordado até às 2:00. Além disso, não tenho nada mais para queixar.

Booked two rooms. Great service, location was right smacked in the middle of the city centre. About 5-10 minutes walk to Tunjungan Plaza. Breakfast spread was not bad, quite a variety to choose from. The downside was that there were no mini fridges in our rooms and no day curtains. Also, one of our rooms had cracks on the walls and the paint was fading. The curtain was also torn at eye level. It looked like they didn’t maintain much. Apart from that, all was good.

Staff was friendly and the location is central. But the bathroom was smaller than on the pictures, tv had problems and the AC always blown cold air even when it was on 30 degrees. Asked for room change twice, they don’t allowed it

The hotel lobby is huge with a bakery and a lounge. The swimming pool is good for children as it has a slide. From the hotel lobby to the rooms is quite a distance as you need to take a lift and walk across to another building and may require you to take another lift if your room is not on the same floor to the connector bridge. Breakfast spread is good but some food gets cold fast. Need to improve on the nasi goreng as it is tasteless.
