Nice relaxing place, beautiful garden. Only issue I had no water available at night. Vending machine cash only. Rest of hotel card only. Reception staff were not helpful. Could not offer a glass of water. Disappointed.

O Hyatt Rengency Hotel Birmingham é um hotel muito bonito e confortável com excelentes instalações, com comidas alcalinas e comida de oração disponíveis a pedido, que eu realmente apreciei. Há também um problema de estacionamento, que funciona primeiro, que serve primeiro, por isso se você estacionar o seu carro no dia 1 e dizer que você está parando por três dias, você deve pagar o estacionamento por três dias, o que é £27 por 24h. O hotel está a pé Da estação de trem.O pessoal do spa estava Muito útil, embora a recepção exterior poderia ser Mais clara Quando chegava a pé, especialmente no escuro.A piscina poderia ser renovada. No lado positivo, a sala estava limpa e quente e eu ficaria de novo.

A experiência geral foi boa, eu tenho estado algumas vezes, mas a sala que estava não era o melhor Wi-Fi era fraca, então tivemos que conectar-nos aos nossos dados de telefone e as cortinas de chuveiro eram sujas precisavam definitivamente de substituição.

I live local, but due o having housework done and me being disabled, I was advised it would be beneficial for me to be out of the house for a few days. I picked Double Tree Hilton as they were offering the best price. I'm so glad I did. The staff could not do enough for you, especially Wendy, she is such an amazing lady, my 10 year old son said to me how amazing and helpful Wendy was and that says it all.

Lovely overnight stay. Hotel was really busy with a large party but the staff looked after us really well. Not a reflection on the hotel but they booked a taxi to pick us up and the taxi firm were totally useless. Having waited twenty minutes past the scheduled time, we called an Uber which was there in five minutes. Overall, this is a great hotel which we have stayed at previously and will do so again.

Really lovely stay at the Malmaison for a few days. The location is excellent for a Birmingham trip, great cafes, restaurants and local sites all in walking distance. Birmingham New Street station is a very short walk. We used the car park for one day when we hired a car, if you prebook it with the hotel discount it’s £20 for 24 hours. I can highly recommend Digbeth for some quirky places to eat, the jewellery quarter is lovely for a walk around too.

A hotel with a very long history and very traditional style, it has its own very professional golf course and has hosted many Ryder Cup competitions. Most of the guests are vacationers or business meeting guests. There is free parking and rich breakfast.

It was a nice big room, the bed with four-poster. The receptionists were doing their job properly. We only stayed one night, did not use all the facilities, such as bar, swimming or gym which there were available, only the restaurant. The bed is too soft, my husband was sank into it. He did not have a good night sleep.
