Excellent stay. Great customer service, housekeeping staffs are so friendly and infact all staffs are. But the only downfall is carpark. It should be maintained with lights and at least concreted as a proper carpark. Very easy to get robbed in dark and all sand and mud get into the hotel lobby as it sticks on the shoes. I believe the establishment can have a fair view on that. Overall 10/10. Definitely my go to place ..breakfast is lovely a few more selections can be overwhelming and yeah the chefs do need to learn to smile when asked for help . It doesn't cost to smile .

Where do you start. Greeted us with sincerity and had bn upgraded. The Bures were beautiful, everything you need. But could have used a bigger fridge .Gardens were immaculate. Staff were amazing, kind, genuinely friendly. Went out of their way to know our names. At dinner we were welcomed with their welcome song. We stayed twice. We had already booked our timeshare for our second week and were very sad to leave. All the staff came together to sing Fijis good bye song ‘Isa Lei’ which brought tears to our eyes. Only spent three nights at our timeshare and rang Crusoes to say we were coming back. They welcomed us back with open arms. Snorkeling was great. Activities were pre organized for the next day. We loved every moment and we will def be coming back next year. We made lifelong friends

Location and beach was great and water very clear. Food was just ok, was hoping for some local dishes but none on the menu. There are no restaurants nearby and will most likely eat at the hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

If you're up for a short break in Nadi, Capricorn is a great place for you. Convenient location, thus close to the airport and Nadi town. Affordable rooms and amenities are okay. However, heads up! - WiFi not free as they said in the booking. You have to pay at the reception for a daily plan/ I recommend you get a Sim Card at the airport. - T.V is not working in the Family rooms. - Laundry is not available but there is a laundromat nearby.

A estadia foi ótima, maravilhosa. Lugar limpo. Ótimo atendimento, funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos. O único problema que tivemos foi que as ligações para a recepção não foram atendidas. Não sei porquê, mas o telefone tocava, tocava e tocava, e ninguém atendia. Como estávamos um pouco longe da recepção, isso poderia ser um problema em caso de emergência. Felizmente, não houve nenhuma, mas acho que eles precisam verificar isso. Tirando isso, tivemos uma ótima estadia. Eu também recomendo a massagem... Foi a melhor decisão que poderíamos ter tomado. As massagistas foram ótimas.

Nice little place near the beach. It was picture perfect. Room was big and spacious with old style charm. Staff were friendly and the manager was helpful. Walking distance to a few good eateries. Dinner at this place was also good.

O hotel fica bem longe da cidade e leva uma hora para chegar lá. Custa cerca de 100-120 dólares fijianos para chamar um táxi. Se você pedir para o hotel chamar um para você, o preço será dobrado. Desta vez, o hotel cometeu um erro no tipo de quarto que me acomodou e não se desculpou, então a Ctrip teve que intervir para mediar. Shangri-La é uma marca muito grande, mas parece que a satisfação do cliente é um pouco baixa.

Enjoyable stay with standout staff… just a few areas to improve Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Crowne Plaza. The resort atmosphere was fun and relaxing, and the team truly made us feel welcome. A few things could be improved: room service options were limited, so if you wanted something better you had to leave your room and go to the restaurants rather than having it delivered. Also, housekeeping wasn’t as thorough as it should be. There was hair in the bathroom, and the grout plus corners/crevices needed more attention. We also dealt with a constant flickering light in our room. That said, the staff were kind, friendly, and responsive, and they didn’t hesitate to fix issues once we brought them to their attention, which I really appreciated. Special shoutout to Temo at La Bottega Italian Restaurant, Esa and Kelly who made our nights at the Urban Sugar Beach Club an absolute blast, and Esava and Jo from concierge made sure we were well taken care of! The resort also had amazing activities planned during the Christmas holiday for all ages! Despite the few issues, I’d still recommend staying here, especially for the great service and lively resort vibe.

Great beach, clear water , good service, room size is generous. Nice atmosphere. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. They offer hospitality room for us to use as we need a shower after checking out. Very good service. We feel refreshed after a long day and then get on the plane.

Where disappointed, room was not like the pictures . Was advertised as a deluxe room bur was very old and small. When walking to our room we walked over mats that were covering a hole . The back door of our room only had a chain to lock and we hadn't realized there was no internet. We realized immediately that we would not be comfortable and decided to leave immediately. We asked If we could at least have 1 night of our 2 nights already payed reimbursed but we're declined.
