O hotel é muito novo e os quartos são confortáveis. Não é muito central, mas você pode chegar ao centro em 10 minutos de ônibus. Tem a praia muito perto. Eu recomendo.

Tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa de 4 noites no hotel Neptuno.
O quarto era confortável e limpo, com chá e café de cortesia, e tinha um frigobar com água, Fanta Limão e Coca-Cola também de cortesia.
O café da manhã tinha uma boa seleção de frutas frescas, frios, pratos quentes, bolos, etc. Gostamos muito das omeletes e panquecas, que eram feitas na hora.
Fomos ao spa uma noite, o que foi muito relaxante depois de um dia agitado de passeios turísticos.
Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e prestativos.

Lo mejor fue el desayuno buffet. Tenía una piscina muy linda, lamentablemente no la pudimos utilizar porque llovió. Buena relación precio calidad. Si estás con auto estás a 15/20 minutos del centro de Valencia. Volvería😁

Acho que o hotel está bem localizado porque há um centro comercial não longe para os serviços eu acho que é bom, mas os acessórios há uma cabina em 2 que não tinha pintura e escova de dentes e a televisão acho que ela deve ter YouTube e estar em outras línguas que não o espanhol, caso contrário eu acho que é bastante limpo e bem acho que eu coloco 4.5 estrelas

Ci vuole una macchina o un taxi per arrivare in questo hotel.
Personale in tutta la struttura molto preparato e gentile.
Abbiamo pernottato solo una notte. Stanza al pian terreno un po’ scura ma spaziosa e confortevole. La cena alla carta era buonissima e il prezzo del tutto conveniente. Ottima prima colazione

Location was great and the room was clean. However the heating in the hotel is too high. Even if the heater was not turned on, the room was too warm. It got better when they switched to ac instead. More flexibility should be given for temperature control.

- friendly staff
- parking costs 19 € per night, but you can park in the streets for free
- breakfast was ok, nearly all plates and glasses were dirty and the price of 16 € is a bit expensive for that
- restaurant and rooftop bar was closed

GGuest UserWe had our bag stolen on the last night. The police were very unhelpful. We were left with no phones or money or bank cards. The hotel staff helped us contact relatives at home so we could have our flight details home sent to us. Also relatives paid the hotel directly and they arranged lunch, taxi to the airport and assistance with the police forms. Could not have been more grateful. Our 10 night stay had been wonderful up to this point, and the staff made sure that we were ok and did not worry. Would definitely recommend this hotel for location and cleanliness and staff attitude.

GGuest UserStayed end of August with my mum and my sister for a few nights. First impressions the hotel is impressive, one of the nicest looking in the area. Location is good, close enough to the beach and ***** without being on top of it.
The grounds and the pools are very nice - however pools are not heated! So even in Aug it was hard to get in!
The buffet restaurant is what you’d expect. Breakfast was good, especially the fresh bacon! Evening meals were a bit repetitive and food was lukewarm. Buffet staff were a mixed bunch. Some happy and friendly… others really don’t want to be there.
Bar staff at pool bar were always friendly. Be warned if you’re not on all inclusive the drinks at the bar are expensive. Around €24 for two vodka and cokes.
If you manage to get a cheap deal… give it a go!

GGuest UserGreat location and reasonably priced for a four star hotel by the beach. Guests have free access to the gym and €15 (half price) access to the spa, although it’s unfortunate that you cannot get a separate pass to use only the pool- that would’ve been good. The restaurant seems overpriced, with breakfast at €22 per person so I did not try it. Very clean bedroom and bathroom and comfy bed, although the mini fridge was not cold at all (even after I changed settings) and the aircon was slow. Not soundproof at all– luckily I had earplugs but my partner didn’t and you could hear people entering and leaving their rooms from the elevator, as well as hearing everything outside the window.

GGuest UserVery pleased with this hotel. Location is just magical, close to the old city, and at the same time the first line of the beach. Rooms are big, there is everything necessary. Bed kingsize in fact as if 2 single beds (not a single canvas). Water pressure super, chic shower. Breakfasts are incredible, I don't know who writes negative reviews, it's outrageous. A huge choice of food, including Spanish specialties like hamon, tortilla, churros, pan kon tomato. Feed sparkling (very delicious!). In general, we liked it so much that we were extended for a day. With free parking there are difficulties, once lucky stood right at the hotel, other times found a place in 10 min walking (a huge parking).

CCall me ZhalaThe hotel was very clean, and the service was excellent. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay pleasant. The pools were also very clean and were maintained regularly, which was a big plus.
However, the hotel could benefit from offering more entertainment options. It tended to feel a bit dull, especially after dinner, with not much to do on-site.
On the bright side, the location is great — it’s close to beach bars, which makes the evenings more fun. On the opposite side of the hotel, there’s also a golf area and padel court, which is a nice option for daytime activities.

GGuest UserEnjoyed overnight stay. Got a good price and wasn’t sure what to expect. Butnabsoutkey needn’t have worried. We thought location was great- if getting the bus from airport there is a stop right opposite. Check in easy. Good sized twin room on third floor. We were in a corner room and Non noise from other rooms. Some noise from outside as next to a busy road. Room clean. Bathroom in good order and shower quite powerful. Didn’t have food so unable to comment on that. Happily stored our bags for the day after checkout. Staff polite and helpful. Would stay again if visiting Alicante

SSusy CollWe had a great weekend at this hotel and of course Benidorm. Although we already knew him, he never ceases to amaze us. The hotel is very good, although we would have liked to have stayed on a higher floor with a better view. Let's see if we make it next time because I want to come back. The breakfast buffet looked very rich and varied. In short, everything is as expected and more.
