Camp de Mar é um lugar tranquilo e o hotel é facilmente acessível (pegamos o ônibus A11) a partir do Aeroporto de Maiorca. O prédio não é novo, mas foi bem reformado e, acima de tudo, muito limpo. O sistema tudo incluído, usado por muitos hotéis, certamente prejudica a qualidade das refeições. Mas havia uma grande variedade de frutas, pães, cereais, sucos, smoothies e muitas outras coisas para o café da manhã. Sou um pouco mais reservado em relação ao almoço e ao jantar, mas quando vejo o que algumas pessoas colocam em seus pratos (frutas, carne e sobremesas, tudo junto), sei que é melhor se contentar com a variedade de comida oferecida. A área de espreguiçadeiras à beira-mar é linda ( :—)) (as espreguiçadeiras são pagas), mas é maravilhosa. O quarto não é muito grande, mas o nosso tinha vista frontal para o mar e era um sonho. Os lençóis eram muito confortáveis ​​e o colchão era um sonho (sem dor nas costas ao acordar). A academia não estava à altura do padrão de um Hyatt.

The hotel is located just a short stroll down the hill to the beach and port. The reception is beautiful and the service at check in was exceptional. The room on the top floor had sensational views out to the beach beyond and through the trees. At was peaceful to sit out there both in the evening and the morning. The rooms are a little dated as other reviewers say but they are very clean and have everything we needed for our stay. The bathroom is tiny in the basic double and the shower was not the best. The rooms could do with refurbishing in line with the rest of the hotel which is modern and decorated beautifully. We opted for half board and were disappointed with the vegan options available on the buffet dinner. The chefs were very helpful in assisting us with our requirements. All we could have was rice, chips and salad. Not the greatest variety of options for vegans. The waiting staff were not great which did affect our dining experience a little. Overall the hotel is beautiful, the staff (except the waiting staff) are exceptional and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

No geral, bom, mas faltam os principais detalhes, por exemplo, eles dão uma chaleira, chá, café, mas faltam cremes/leite. Eles têm dispensadores de sabão fixos, mas eles não funcionam corretamente, não há porta para o chuveiro por design, mas isso significa que o banheiro inteiro fica molhado e embaçado.

The hotel is very great if you want to live near party places, almost everything walking distance. They give you 2 water bottles which is great. Breakfast is amazing and have full variety.

The hotel was excellent. The location is perfect - close to the bus stop(which goes to the city centre) and the beach. They kept different chocolates every time they were done with room service that was really sweet. Worth the stay! One tip: Please carry cash for bus travel as bus travel is cash only. They don’t accept cards for inter city travel.
