Great location! Very nice Fallsview from the river site room. Very comfortable beds and nice, thick towels. The only complaint I have about the parking, which quite far away from the hotel and very expensive (about $54 with the taxes). I would suggest to unload the luggage and drive the underground public parking, which is the same distance as Marriott'S parking but, costs $20 cheaper.

The room was clean but quite outdated, with a musty odor, reminiscent of damp towels. The bed and pillows were comfortable, which was a plus. However, there were no toothbrushes, toothpaste, or slippers provided. The coffee machine in the room had water pooled in the tray, likely from the previous guest's usage and it appeared never have been cleaned. Additionally , there was no hot water kettle or bottled water provided in the room which was disappointing.  The lobby, corridors, and other public areas had a strong smell of bleach, which was overwhelming. The buffet breakfast was a highlight. For CAD$20, it offered a wide selection, and the quality was excellent, making it a great value. Service was a bit of a mixed bag. Restaurant staff, especially Erica, was fantastic—attentive, polite, and thoughtful. She checked in with every guest to ensure they were satisfied with their meal. Unfortunately, some of the male staff seemed to be less eager to serve non-Caucasian guests, which was disappointing and made the experience feel less welcoming. I also want to give a special mention to Chitra at reception. I arrived early, and she went out of her way to accommodate me, even managing to arrange an early check-in. She also informed me about the late check-out benefit available to IHG members, which the other male receptionist had not explained when he simply rejected my request. Overall, the hotel is somewhat pricey, but the breakfast and service (especially from Erica and Chitra) made up for some of the other shortcomings.

Stayed on the first night and the last night during Canada trip. There are many other hotels around the airport but this holiday inn is one of the nearest (and maybe the oldest?) hotels around the area. Shuttle services runs every 30minutes, but a bit tricky to find the right spot. From terminal 1 the bus stops around pillar “S” downstairs, and from terminal 3 you come out from the door stating  “hotel shuttle “ .

This hotel was perfect for me. They allowed me to check in late. Kevin who greeted me at reception was a delight and made me feel very welcome. I only stayed one night (actually less than 12 hours due to my check in time) but the room was brilliant. The bed was so so comfy and the bathroom was huge. I really liked the shower had a sliding door meaning you could get in without getting soaked as the water warmed up. It was also a great location for onward public transport to Toronto.

Muito bonito...Belo olhar. Eu ficaria lá novamente.Um pouco desapontado com o tamanho Da piscina e ter de reservar UMA janela de duas horas para ficar do lado Da piscina, MAS além de que era a distância perfeita de BMO e Budweiser Stadium. O pessoal também era cortês e amigável.

Loved my stay Heater & MayQueen are and were amazing customer service, communication and more two amazing women who helped add to the stay I had planned for my mothers birthday. We loved our stay the view of the Falls were amazingly beautiful. At check in I was given discounts to help enhance our trip or give us extra things to do. The view from the restaurant on site was ok and having a wider range of options to choose from would have been nice but food was good. Overall great stay!

Poderia ter usado UMA segunda casa de toalhas, pinos um pouco duros.Não Pode encontrar comutadores de luz Na sala. Quando chegámos lá, a sala estava 16oC. Mas logo se aqueceu

A parte do nome “aeroporto” refere-se ao facto de poderem receber um transbordador do aeroporto do hotel.É um pouco frustrante que esteja tão longe do aeroporto real.  A sala estava limpa e bem equipada, com frigorífico e microondas, TV e rádio. As camas estavam limpas e confortáveis. Eu não uso o restaurante, mas a área do lobby estava limpa e bem iluminada. O wifi estava rápido.

O banheiro era um pouco apertado, mas o prédio foi construído em 1929, então dá para entender. O banheiro poderia precisar de uma pequena atualização, já que o papel de parede é antigo e pouco atraente, e a prateleira de três camadas estava faltando uma das peças da prateleira de vidro (e com um banheiro tão pequeno, você precisa de todo o espaço que puder conseguir! ). Além disso, o quarto tinha um tamanho decente e os travesseiros e colchões eram extremamente confortáveis. Preferimos toalhas ásperas, e as que tínhamos em nosso quarto eram as toalhas mais ásperas que já recebemos em um hotel, o que é uma vantagem. Além disso, todos os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e o prédio / propriedade foi mantido limpo e arrumado, mesmo estando tão ocupado quanto quando ficamos (durante a alta temporada). Se você deseja estar perto de toda a agitação de Clifton Hill e não se importa com um passeio saudável até as Cataratas, o Crowne Plaza é um ótimo lugar para ficar. Apenas certifique-se de não passar pela entrada do estacionamento na Falls Avenue, pois parece uma calçada, e não uma entrada de automóveis (passa imediatamente a pequena placa ”Crowne Plaza”)!
