Location was ideal for travelling through. The room was clean and comfortable. What a nice treat to have a full breakfast before heading out the next morning. Everything was available, ready and delicious.

Clean hotel close to ferry terminal. Breakfast basic but okay. Away from downtown. Free car parking. Good size rooms. Excellent bed. Excellent WiFi.

Os recepcionistas, o bellboy e o pessoal eram todos muito amigáveis e úteis.Eu gostei muito Da estadia.A localização é centralizada - apenas alguns passos da aldeia Whistler e gondola.A cimeira esportiva estava lá - fácil de alugar e valet de esqui/snowboards. O spa era incrível.Cameron é bom no que ele faz.Os tubos quentes e piscina quente foram a ênfase para OS MEUS filhos.Gostámos dele após um Longo dia de esqui/boarding.Parque é seguro - fácil e conveniente para carregar e descarregar.Gostava de voltar!

front desk was really friendly and nice considering we checked in at minute. rooms were clean and cozy with microwave but no hot water kettle. overall a nice place for a place to stay in kelowna

We stayed here for 5 nights. They are in a great, if not the best, location in Vancouver. Next to Waterfront station where they have skytrain, seabus, buses and train. Also literally at Canada Place where they have free shuttle to Grouse Mountain and Capilano bridge. You can see the cruise, seaplane and helicopter from your room too. Minutes of walk to Gastown to see the stream clock. Best thing is, when you buy a fridge magnet of Vancouver, the hotel is part of the iconic building. Staffs are really friendly too, our room is always clean. If I have a complain, I'm just not very used to housekeeper's trolleys being 24/7 on appearance at the corridor of a 5-star hotel. Other than that, it's a near perfect stay. Loving the view from our room too.

There was something about this hotel that made it feel luxurious. It was so clean up so many little upgrades like hand soap in a pump, not a bar. Loved the cozy feeling with the fire place. Loved the soaker tub. And loved the puppy welcome package when we arrived. I have been travelling in BC for a week and this was by far my favourite hotel so far. You won’t regret it if you book.

Great stay here. We got a restaurant voucher for passing on room cleaning when we were only staying one night anyway.  We got coffee for the second morning, so I didn’t feel like I was missing anything.  The room was clean and bright.  The restaurant had a great breakfast.  There is also a good gym.  I was very comfortable.
