Location is great, easy to find and plenty of parking space. The rooms were newly renovated. I didn't mark the service a perfect score, as we have some booking confusion. I purchased set dinner and a bottle of champagne that was not acknowledged until we reminded the restaurant and was quicky sorted and we had a very good dinner, but upon check-out there was billing issues, it's also sorted by the supervisor, but could have been avoided. The pool was closed, and the gym is too small. Overall it’s a great place to be, relaxing atmosphere and friendly people

Compact apartment but served its purpose. We were missing some crockery but reception assisted with this and also gave us some blankets up on request. The 2 single beds are on casters but no brakes. The main room had a great views of the city. Jack & Jill bathroom worked fine. We were not advised of the roadworks outside the property prior to booking. The night works ( 1800-0230) were noisy despite being on the 21st floor. The parking was good once we worked out where to go as the main entry was closed upon our arrival as the road was closed. What makes it difficult if driving, is to find somewhere to park prior to checking in to the apartments to collect the keys and garage keys as the other roads are busy. That’s not the apartments fault but frustrating for the customers and staff. Once the roadworks are completed I’m sure it’ll be a lot easier.

O edifício principal é bonito e confortável com seus fogo aberto Na noite de inverno, embora seja UMA pena que o bar fechasse às 9h e o edifício principal às 10h, então EU tive que ir e sentar-me no MEU quarto, que estava EM um bloco exterior e Muito frio. Especialmente porque havia um Grande lacuna no Fundo Da porta principal.As quartos estão confortáveis com decoração bonita.Usei o spa Na manhã seguinte, que era pequeno, MAS relaxante.Seria ótimo poder receber um desconto Como convidado no hotel.

We arrived late but we managed to pick up the keys. Thank you so much. The toilet in the room is very cold during the June period. The heater in the room doesn't cover that space. The water could also be a little warmer during winter. We had turned the tap to the max and found the water lukewarm.

The location of Pegasus is excellent. Key shopping precincts, Victoria Market and the lovely spacious Flagstaff park are within 10 mins walk, and major arts and sports venues are just a little bit further. The room was excellent value. Very spacious, quite modern, and very clean. And it was kept that way with the very diligent maid service. If you want to cook, all the cooking utensils are provided. And there are lots of choices nearby to buy your ingredients. Alternatively, there's an incredible array of cafes, restaurants and bars all very handy. Or if you just wanted to chill in your room, Pegasus provides all the streaming services you can think of. And finally, the service.... very helpful and friendly whether it be the front desk or the cleaning staff. A damn good experience.

Had a nice stay here，with nice yard and well organized rooms! Friendly reception staff and also the bar, the place is clean and stylish, recommended for those buddy heading to the great ocean road!

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Chadstone Melbourne MGallery Collection. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, professional, and attentive, making us feel welcome and well cared for. The room was beautifully styled, clean, and very comfortable perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and of high quality. The absolute highlight of our stay was the swimming pool. It was stunning, with incredible views and a calm, luxurious atmosphere. It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy some quiet time. The hotel’s location was also ideal, right next to Chadstone Shopping Centre, which made everything so convenient. Overall, a truly 5-star experience. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Melbourne!

Highly recommended. 2BR Apartment is spacious and fits our group of 4 persons. Very clean, comfortable, convenient. All amenities are provided. Nice weather. Good sercvice and friendly staff.

Room was really spacious and kitchen came with basic seasoning namely salt and pepper. There were tons of cockatoos on the porch in the morning so it can be a bit noisy but most people would usually be up by then so it should be fine.
