It was midnight when we arrived in Xining. As the starting point of the Qinghai-Gansu Grand Loop, we had a good rest. The new hotel has a little smell, but it is fine once the fresh air system is turned on. The breakfast is not suitable for southerners, it is simple and not suitable for this star rating.

The room facilities are very good, there is a projection and you can watch free movies, the movies are the latest movies, the service of the front desk lady is also very 👍🏻, the health is very clean, very clean, the environment is not to say, there are many snacks nearby, the traffic is very convenient, and it is not far from the train station! I will choose a space for love in the future. The front desk lady introduced them that there are 5 stores in Xining or chain stores! This chain hotel in Xining's commercial center is a good choice for young travelers, especially due to its convenient transportation and abundant food options. However, for an older resident like me, it felt a bit noisy. The room was relatively quiet, the breakfast was average, and the quilt was a bit thick, which was awkward for summer: warm when covered, cold when not. Perhaps it's because it's been quite cold these days.

My overall evaluation is: Excellent, recommended! The environment is comfortable, the temperature is suitable, the house with heating is not afraid of catching a cold, the constant temperature is very comfortable, and the shower water is large. Convenient, Wanda and Tangdao 637 are within walking distance. I asked the front desk, and there is a large Yijiaqin supermarket next to it, which is convenient for purchasing supplies. If you want to go out at night, there is also an entertainment venue called Wujie next to it, but the fee seems to be a bit high; there are two highway exits in the north and south, which is convenient to go anywhere. I recommend their yak steak, which is delicious. It is said that it is stewed with only Chaka salt. I strongly recommend it...

Having stayed in so many hotels, this one really stands out! The environment is quiet and peaceful, like a paradise in a bustling city. The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities, and the gym and swimming pool facilities are brand new. The front desk lady checked in quickly, especially Miss Zhang who patiently guided the whole process, and also sent welcome fruits and yogurt. The room is full of details, I love it, the location is excellent, and the surrounding food and attractions are very close. Next time I travel, this is still my first choice!

JJamesHarrisI will start off by saying that the room and bathroom were well appointed, the staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious. However, whilst the room was generally clean, when I dropped something that subsequently rolled under a fitted unit, I was pretty disgusted to see the dust and filth beneath it. It clearly had not been cleaned for…well…ever? I appreciate that these areas will not be as clean as the more visible parts of the room, however for a five star hotel, this is unacceptable. I do not expect to find dirty tissues and a thick layer of dust and dirt anywhere in my hotel room. But by far the absolute worst part of my stay was the inability to control the temperature in the room whatsoever. The room was so swelteringly hot that despite the comfortable bed, and everything to go with it, I was almost unable to sleep at all. I do not expect this in a five star hotel(and have never experienced it other than here and at anther Wanda hotel in Hohhot), I pay for luxury; controlling the room temperature is a basic requirement that I can even do in a 50 yuan a night hostel dorm. When I asked the staff at reception the following morning I was told the AC wouldn’t be available until after April 15th because ‘it’s cold outside’. Firstly, I am not sleeping outside, I am sleeping inside, on the 22nd floor, where it is anything but cold. Not to mention it was April, not January, even in Xining it is not that cold. Secondly, as a paying guest, in a five star hotel, it should be up to me to decide if it is hot or cold, not the hotel. For this reason, as lovely as the room, staff and breakfast may have been, I would not stay here again. I checked out and moved to the lower rated Hilton, where I could control the room temperature and actually managed to sleep…generally what the whole point of a hotel is.

Warmly asked us for anything we need and try to fulfill our requirement at their best
We requested water for drinking and hanger to hang our clothes after washing and dry with dryer and the hotel management helped us with it.
The room is big enough for 5 pax and clean
Breakfast provided for every day too.

HHaluojiasidexueMy bestie recommended this place, and I'm glad she did! From the front desk staff to the cleaning aunties, everyone was incredibly friendly. There was even a staff member by the elevator who was super enthusiastic, warmly greeting and advising every guest getting into the lift.
The surrounding area is lively; as soon as you step out of the hotel, you're right in the middle of a bustling night market with tons of delicious food – roasted lamb, yogurt, all sorts of fruits, you name it. The hotel itself is conveniently located, clean, and safe. It's easy to get anywhere, and it's only 3 kilometers from the train station, so a taxi ride is just 10 yuan.
What truly touched me was that during the Mid-Autumn Festival, the hotel even gave us beautiful silk scarves and a heartfelt handwritten card. They really put thought into it! Five stars, I highly recommend everyone to book this place with their eyes closed! (^_^)v

MM498595****As the evening breeze of Golmud swept across the windowsill, oxygen and central air conditioning in the room isolated the plateau's lizards. Next to the hustle and bustle of the city center, I found such a corner with a sense of security and comfort. The fatigue of the journey was instantly dissipated. Special thanks to the room staff for free laundry and shoe shine. The cleaning was very thorough during the stay. The front desk staff had questions and answers, very professional. The service has begun before check-in, and there is no praise until check-out. How can such a hotel endure without commenting? I will come here if I have the opportunity in the future.

The memory point is that the Tibetan decoration of the room is very beautiful (unfortunately forgot to take photos of the interior of the room). The roof of the three-person room is two eight-petal lotus lamps, which is very warm overall. (Each room name is very elegant ”Lotus x”, like entering the magical world...)
The bathing environment is very good and clean. It takes a long time to wash and there will be no hot water. The bathroom space is large, the privacy is opaque and the decoration style is still obviously beautiful.
The service is particularly good, the waiter will come to teach how to open the door with the room card, and ask the surrounding attractions to respond patiently and diligently.
For the spring of the bed mentioned in the comments, the bed is obviously hard: there is indeed a problem, but there are individual beds. I told the waiter that I can help improve it. I changed the room or took a new quilt to help me make a harder bed.
In short, it was a good stay experience.

There is an oxygen bottle at the front desk. The location is very good. Open the curtains. , the beautiful scenery comes into view, it’s great! I would like to especially commend the lady at the front desk for her beautiful service and thoughtful service. This hotel is worth choosing!
