The Hotel great service and great staff , the staff and front office to understand and monitor what type of guest either business, pleasure etc...Also priorizing the customers need wants and not to turn away customers whom are there for good cause in helping our country . The hotel clean and nice and needs monitoring of poolside use for the guest in house only and family kids not the public . Staff and supervisor agu in front customers in pool side restaurant it's bad .Solve your problems quietly not for customers to hear or know .

Really great place, great environment. You can cook your own food, the kitchen is fully equipped. The breakfast is just too bad. The gym and swimming pool are quite good, it is the best choice

This place was as amazing as the photos. I had an overnight layover in Port Moresby and having heard it’s the most iconic hotel in the city, I had to check it out. It didn’t disappoint, with amazing views of the airport, friendly help with transfers, and a lovely restaurant right over an old DC-3 in the middle of the grounds. An avgeek traveler’s paradise!

O Lugar é limpo e convenientemente localizado perto do MEU escritório, o que é um Grande acréscimo.No entanto, as opções de pequeno-almoço podem certamente servir de melhoria.Para OS hóspedes que permanecem Mais de UMA semana, podem ficar bastante cansados de ter o Mesmo menu todos OS dias. Além disso, o pessoal poderia ser Mais bem-vinda, muitas vezes qualquer pedido que fiz parecia ter sido apresentado com um custo adicional ou resultou num ”não”.

If I were to revisit Port Moresby this would be the hotel I would choose. Being connected to the mall is a big plus as it makes life so much easier to go to the supermarket without any stress.

Os funcionários são 4/5.A localização está OK. Primeiro, eles fazem Esperem-me Muito tempo no lobby.Segundo, eles me deram espaço que não estava limpo, MAS de novo tenho que trazer a bolsa de volta. Aquela sala suja de O anterior convidado do Lobby, finalmente depois de muitas horas, me deram espaço. O bom O pequeno-almoço é bom.Eles também têm UMA gota livre. Ao aeroporto. Total sua 3.5/5 Na minha experiência pessoal. Hotel É bom, MAS precisa de Mais pessoal ou formação para o pessoal.

Good but experience started ti deteriorate over time. Not really sure why but I felt they lacked proper training in customer service and professionalism. ( seems to be a bit unorganized at times.) Mostly pleasant though but something I can’t put my finger on why exactly. Outside area many people hanging around who I am not sure if they are guests or visitors. Takes a while to go down every-time to smoke and a very public type of establishment. (Lounge open to general public)…good for meetings and to work from. Breakfast was a highlight especially when bacon is on (every other day). Probably would not stay again. Only at suites possibly.

The hotel is mainly cleaners who are too lazy. At the beginning, they cleaned up the room and did not give better bath towels. Later, it was impossible to clean the house for two or three days. On several occasions, the two bottles of free water prepared in the room were not given. In short, the service is not good. If the hotel is a Samsung hotel or below, it is still OK. If it is a four-star hotel, it is not a good hotel. In the photo below, there is a towel for two bath towels and a towel when you first check in. Isn't it two towels? In addition, the hotel's meals are expensive, and there are not many styles

Very good & highly efficient. Friendly with good service and would recommend for no-nonsense travellers/ customers. The only thing would be to improve the check-out process with regards to efficiency.

Very nice staff, friendly and supportive. The room is big and clean, AC is working well. Strongly recommend.
