Very nice hotel, my room is right facing the pool, the light and view are good
It seems that you can't open the window, it will be a bit stuffy
It is not very good to not include breakfast, but in fact, the hotel has a buffet breakfast. Trip.com can not buy breakfast on the spot. You can buy it yourself. It is more than 100 RMB per person. If you are on a business trip, it is recommended to buy it when you check in. You can let the front desk issue an invoice together.

Cuando llegue al hotel solicité mi reserva , me enviaron a la habitación más alejada , al entrar a la habitación estaba muy oscura , con demasiada humedad , el clima con moho y lo peor sin ventana a ningún lado , por lo que pregunté por qué esa habitación y me dijeron que si quería cambiar tendrá que pagar 200 pesos, posteriormente tuve que mostrarle las fotos que aparecen en su publicación y después de media hora , de mala gana , me ofrecieron la habitación que coincidía con la imagen de la publicación

The hotel has a very good location, the reception staff very friendly and attentive. The lady that supports us in cleaning a excellent attitude and service. In general the hotel is very good in cost and location. Your restaurant your food is very good, but the service of the shoppers is super bad, you ask something at the time (common temperature) and give you the natural juice as if it was coffee, your shoppers with a floral that seems to make you a pleasant pleasure to attend, That is low season but good, the service rating is specific to the restaurant, go out to the boulevard there are many more restaurants with better service and very good season.

Good value for money, just a few steps from the back door is the beach. The staff at the front desk and the aunt who disturbed me are very friendly. There is a convenience store at the door. I stayed here for several days and I am very satisfied👍🏻

GGuest UserSOMEONE OPEND THE DOOR OF MY APAR**ENT IN THE MITDDLE OF THE NIGTH, DONT KNOW HOW THAT PERSON HAD A KEY, HE SAID HE WAS GOIN TO CHECK IN THE ADMINISTRATION, BUT MY WIFE GOT QUITE SCARED BECAUSE OF THE SITUATION. THE DOOR HAD NOTHING TO LOCK IT FROM INSIDE.
