A good base if you have transit or early morning flight to catch out of Terminal 3 of Jakarta Airport. Please be aware that there are 2 Anara Hotels, 1 is slightly the older one located attached & near to International Departure called simply Anara & this one, a newer one (opened in 2025) called Grand Anara (near domestic departure). Grand Anara iş slightly cheaper & has a pool. Despite its location closer to Domestic flight area but as it is in the same terminal with international departure. We stayed there to catch an early morning flight to Japan. Room is quite spacious, very comfy bed & good shower as well. We did not try their Restaurant as there are plenty of restaurants at the Terminal 3 building just a short walk away. Will definitely stay there again for transit or early flight.

Just okay! The room, service, breakfast worth the money. Not bad for short trip.

O café da manhã era satisfatório, oferecendo uma boa variedade para começar o dia. Gostei especialmente da piscina e da sauna, que deram um toque relaxante à minha estadia. O serviço de transporte também foi muito útil, proporcionando um trajeto fácil até o aeroporto. No geral, foi um lugar confortável e bem equipado que facilitou muito a minha viagem.

Free shuttle even at midnight! Very good communication and quick to arrive. All staff were extremely friendly and polite. The hotel room was lovely, very clean (and I am very picky!) with freshly-washed linens. Large bathroom with great hot shower. Very quiet place despite being so close to the airport. Nothing negative to say; it was a 100% positive stay and I would highly recommend. Shuttle back to the airport was right on time and despite having a lot of people, it went quickly and we were at the airport in only five minutes. 

The hotel is nicely located. Has a nice pool as well. Staff is helpfull and friendly. We stayed for a total of 3 nights here. 1 night at the arrival of our vacation and 2 at the departure. The breakfast is really good. For the two nights at the departure, we were offered an upgrade (from garden view to lake view). The room we booked was a kingsize bed but we got a twin room instead. So it wasn't really helpfull for us. Also the airconditioning in the room was a bit off. Only could do mega cold but since we we're away a lot, It didn't really bother us. All in all it's a nice stay, but the upgrade didn't make sense.

*A fantastic new hotel with excellent hospitality! I recently stayed at Model J Hotel, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is new, clean, and well-designed, and a Big Smart TV including Netflix with a team that provides exceptional service. I was warmly welcomed by Edwina the receptionist, who was very helpful and ensured a fast check-in process. They even offered a complimentary drink (I could choose between infused water or coffee—a nice touch!). The lobby smelled amazing, thanks to a refreshing lemongrass fragrance. I stayed in a Deluxe King Room, which was spacious, modern, and cozy—perfect for both work and relaxation. As part of their benefits, I received a complimentary breakfast. Though it was light, it was just enough to start my busy day. One of the best features is the direct connection to Carstensz Mall, one of the best malls in the BSD area. With plenty of restaurants and retail options, everything I needed was conveniently within reach. Overall, a fantastic stay—I’ll definitely be back next month! O atendimento do hotel foi excelente, com uma equipe sempre atenciosa, educada e disposta a ajudar em todos os momentos. A localização é um grande ponto positivo, muito conveniente por estar próxima ao aeroporto, o que facilita bastante o deslocamento. Além disso, há várias lojas de conveniência ao redor do prédio, tornando a estadia ainda mais prática e confortável. Recomendo com certeza!

I stayed here with my family for a New Year's Eve trip to explore the PIK 2 area. We had a fantastic experience. The hotel staff was incredibly generous; since the room type I originally booked wasn't available, they upgraded us to a higher-level room and included free breakfast, which was a wonderful surprise. The vibe is very traditional Chinese, so it feels very welcoming for Chinese travelers or anyone who appreciates the culture. The room itself felt brand new, spacious, and very clean. It’s also quite modern—we loved the voice control feature for the lights and curtains! Small details made the difference: we got welcome drinks and even free mochi ice cream in the lobby. There is also free flow mineral water in the hallway and the drinks in the in-room minibar were free. For breakfast, don't expect a massive international buffet like in huge hotels, but the selection is decent. It focuses on authentic Chinese dishes, which gave us a nice chance to try something different. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay in PIK2!

I stayed at episode for 3 nights and had a really great time. The room was thoughtfully designed with so many nice details, and everything felt clean and fresh. The breakfast was awesome—lots of variety and super tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. I loved the overall design of the hotel, from the corridors to the rooms, bathrooms, and even the elevator. It all came together for a really pleasant experience. One thing that could be better, though, is the lighting in the room. I was hoping for a cozy, late-night vibe, but the lights were too bright, and there wasn’t a way to dim them. Adding a soft, dimmer light option would make the rooms even more comfortable. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place!
