The hotel is perfect! The service was amazing! All staff is very polite and helpful, we really enjoyed our stay very much! The view from our room was amazing! And the views from every point in the hotel actually is so attractive and impressive!!! The food was delicious as well, the hotel has 8 restaurant, one of them is for extra charge. We will come back for sure!

Hotel is quite modern and very clean. There are some shops and restaurants on site which provide good options for stop it is also opposite the Hurghada Plaza Shopping Mall where we thought the food court would supply some decent food items. However there were basically a couple of takeouts with very very limited range. It was disappointing. There is a Carrefour supermarket in the shopping mall. The hotel rooms are excellent and most face the beach with full glass windows and great views. However, one disappointing aspect was the air conditioning which unfortunately sounds like a jet engine taking off when it switches on automatically to cool the room. It was so loud that it woke us up several occasions during the evenings for our stay. The beach area is fantastic as the hotel is on a small bay. They were plenty of sun lounges available. The most disappointing aspect was the breakfast buffet which was bedlam every morning. Coffee was supplied with two machines which continually kept running out of coffee and at the staff were unable to keep up. The small machines were clearly insufficient for the number of people staying at the hotel. Additionally, most people did not know how to use them which resulted in huge amounts of wastage spilling over into the trays which obviously causes them to run out even more quickly. But this situation needs to be remedied as it is completely unsatisfactory. Why don't they just put some large coffee urns there which would avoid this nonsense. One that needs to be aware that despite the war in Ukraine, Egypt seems to be one of the few countries still accepting Russian flights and tourists. Thus, you will need to fight for your space in the lines as they constantly push in, which unfortunately has been my experience when I've encountered them in many other countries in the world also.

The Regina is a basic all inclusive hotel right in the centre of Hurghada. Easy walking distance to the Marina and bars, restaurants etc are right outside the front door. Majority of staff are friendly, tips get you better service (as in most places in Egypt). Samir who cleaned our bungalow was absolutely fantastic, every day he left something else in our room that helped us enjoy our stay. From a kettle (not typical to get in Egypt all inclusive) to hotel embroidered slippers and a wonderful smile every single day, I hope the management cherish him as he is simply brilliant. The bungalow was spacious enough but the shower was tiny, beds comfy, plenty of clean towels too. The food is basic and not to the standard I’ve had in other hotels in Hurghada but there was always something to have. The beer is poured in to small glasses from a bottle and all the spirits are local equivalents. If like me you need coffee early morning (before 7) then you’ll have to pay for it. They have a machine in a little cafe area and at the pool/beach bars but machine coffee is not available whilst breakfast is being served. Instead it’s provided in a huge urn and not very palatable. If you arrive before 3pm you’re not entitled to have lunch or dinner after 12 o’clock check out on your last day…they cut your band off when you check out. If you check in after 3pm then you can get a voucher from reception which allows you to have lunch. I’ve never had this at any other hotel in Egypt (this was my 18th visit) and adds to the basic feel of the hotel. If you’re looking for a cheap hotel to enjoy the ever present sunshine then the Regina could be for you.

Close to the city and convenient for travel, the hotels in the Red Sea include adult-only, family-friendly and unclassified hotels. The advantage of being an adults-only hotel is that there is no noise from children at all. Gui Lao has been sunbathing on the beach, and the three meals a day are good and not the same.

This is a very angry bad review! I have been traveling abroad for more than a month and have never encountered such service. First of all, the geographical location is indeed advantageous, very close to the airport, but there is no way to take a shower in the room, the water is hot and cold, and it is impossible to take a shower. Second, the front desk staff is chaotic. While we were waiting, another foreign friend couldn't find anyone at the front desk and could only shout. The voice of the front desk came from a distance and said to wait for 1 minute every time. As a result, the foreign friend carried a large luggage bag and waited for more than ten minutes before the front desk appeared, and the attitude was particularly bad. Third, everyone at the front desk had different opinions. We booked a diving activity, and it was agreed that 50 US dollars could not be paid by card and could only be paid in cash, so we took a taxi to get Egyptian pounds. After returning, we were told that we had to use US dollars, so we took a taxi to get US dollars again and didn't give change. We said we would give change after returning from the sea, and then called the room phone at night to change it to 60 US dollars, and told us to gather at 7:30 the next day. We went downstairs on time to check out and said 8:00, but we finally set off at 8:30. Isn't it good for me to sleep an extra hour? The partners we met on the trip actually only spent half of our price, which is not a big deal. The most infuriating thing is that when we returned to the hotel after going out to sea, the front desk said that there was no change, so he could only give him the exact US dollars and give me this money. How do I know if he changed me into counterfeit money? When I strongly told him that there was no change, he told me that Egyptian pounds would be fine. In short, if you want to play, don't buy anything in this hotel. The price is very expensive. I've been coming here for three years now, staying for a month twice a year. The hotel is on the first line, the beach is very well protected from the wind, which is especially important in winter in Hurghada. The food is no frills, but you won't leave hungry. In winter there are very few guests, but I find this to be a huge advantage. First of all, it's very quiet here. If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle, this hotel is for you. The staff is friendly. There is hot water in the rooms, there are no problems with it. Secondly, the rooms are cozy for this price. If the purpose of your trip is diving or excursions, and you do not require luxury rooms, come here. Thirdly, usually, like the wind at sea, hotels immediately raise a red flag, and that’s it. The sea is closed to you. Here - welcome to the sea, there will be no questions for you. Nearby is Hurghada city center, with a supermarket. You can always buy what you need.

We booked an all-inclusive package for a family trip. The buffet is rich and delicious. It depends on the individual. We feel that we can adapt to it. The hotel is a bit old, and the sea view room is not big. Most of the tourists are from Russia. There are several guys at the front desk who are very enthusiastic. Because of the sea, we applied for a late check-out until 14:00, and there was no charge. If it takes longer, you may have to pay. No one helped with the luggage at check-in, and it was also very slow to pick up the luggage at check-out. It took about half an hour to wait. The hotel is not in the traditional urban area, so you have to take a taxi to go out.

Excellent experience in this resort that I would recommend to anyone: although we were a young couple and the resort is also for families we never felt this thing and we were able to relax without any stress! Beautiful and super clean room, various restaurants and bars where you can eat well (the all inclusive formula is really perfect!), Professionalism and kindness of all the staff (really thank you from the first to the last!!), and also of the entertainment service ( never intrusive, all nice and engaging!!! ). Swimming pools with hydromassage, beach with super clean sea, what more could you ask for? A very pleasant discovery in Hurghada! Thanks again and we hope to see you soon!!!

I enjoyed my relaxing stay at this resort. It began with a very nice surprise when I found out that as a Titanium Bonvoy member I was upgraded to an oceanfront suite / bungalow. (My stay was during quiet weekdays in a less busy season, so that probably helped also.) The suite was very spacious and had an amazing view of the ocean and sunrise. The breakfast was the best variety and quality I've had a hotel in Africa or the Middle East. Same with the dinner buffet. The pool areas are well kept, despite never seeing any guests using them. The bank machine by the front desk didn't work with my card, however it gave a great rate when I exchanged my British Pounds for Egyption Pounds. Most of the staff were friendly and great, especially the elite guest relations team who emailed me before my arrival and the managers who introduced themselves to me when they saw me on my first day. Housekeeping did a great job too (clean room, water bottles and coffee supplies always restocked, cute towel art), except for an isolated incident that was quickly addressed and rectified. The gym was the only noticeable negative, and was the worst gym I've seen at a Marriott resort property. Very little equipment, and very dated and worn out or broken. However, this wasn't much of a problem, because the coastal pathway is an oustanding place to go for a morning run. If you run to the west end of the pathway and back to the Sheraton, it's a 10k run. I also enjoyed going out to the end of the jetty in the mornings and snorkeling in the reefs that were full of colorful marine life. This hotel is very worthy of a 5 star review. Thank you to all the hard working staff who work hard to ensure enjoyable stays. I will be back.

The Solymar beach resort is not the most expensive resort in the Hurghada/Safaga area, but it’s also not the cheapest. Because of this, we were expecting it to be quite middle-of-the-range in terms of quality. At every turn, we were pleasantly surprised and delighted. The staff were friendly and courteous - whether at the reception, in the restaurant, or walking past someone watering the grass, you are guaranteed a friendly greeting. Everyone is quick to know their customers - after just a day in our usual spot on the beach, Ahmed knew our usual order. The hyper-energetic Magic Entertainment team members were also quick to build rapport and make us feel included in the resort vibes. We plunged immediately into extreme relaxation with a “honeymoon massage” at the spa, which included time in the dry and steam saunas, a special hammam exfoliation ritual on a heated marble slab, a full-body Dead Sea mud wrap, and an oil massage. The masseuses were talkative and playful - possibly not to everyone’s taste, but this seems to be the Egyptian way and certainly got me smiling and giggling along. There is not a moment of the day when you might be at risk of going hungry. From the early breakfast in the main restaurant, to the late breakfast at the beach, to the drinks and snacks on offer throughout the day at the pool bar and restaurant, there is always a wide array of quality F&B choices. There is some variation from day -to-day options, and it’s always worth checking out the “fresh-from-the-grill” area to see what the day’s speciality may be. Part of the stay includes one complementary meal at one of the two a la carte restaurants (Italian/Egyptian) where the food is a level or two up from what’s served in the buffets. Go hungry - the Egyptian meal included a starter of hot and cold mezze, a soup, a main course and a dessert (with alternative plant-based and kiddies’ menus). The resort has done a lot to ensure that it is eco friendly. Apart from the usual request to hang up towels to save water on unnecessary cleaning, they also purify their own water, which is left in your room in chilled glass bottles (it tastes a little weird, but it’s good for the planet). Overall, highly recommend the Solymar resort.

Abd Elgwad and his assistances for execelent care during our stay at Palm Royal Hotel in Egypt from November 7th to 14th. Dr. Ahmed proved to be not only an excellent professional but also an empathic college l who truly cares about the well-being and comfort of the hotel guests. In particular, I am extremely grateful for his assistance in treating a stubbed pinky toe injury during kitesurfing and for his effective care during a severe case of food poisonin- Pharaoh got me :( Thanks to his prompt response and expert treatment, we were able to recover quickly and continue enjoying our vacation. After 2h I had foot x-ray, the feet was not broken and I could go kitesurfing for the next day. Fast diagnosis and treatment! Once again, thank you, Dr. Ahmed M. Abd Elgwad, for everything. Хороший отель по многим параметрам.море рядом, свой песчаный пляж, очень чистый но местами каменистый, специалная обувь иметь неплохо, но можно купить и в магазинах которые находяться рядом с отелем. можна наблюдать как прикольно луна влияет на море так как приливы и отливы частое явление и очень ярко выражены. Еда вкусная и разнообразная. Напитки тоже хорошие. Анимация порадовала, класная музыка, таньцы, волейбол каждый день. Басейны все рабочие и большие, места в басейнах и на лежаках на всех хватает, возле пляжа тоже. Все бары открытые и работают. Номера чистые, убирают каждый день и оставляют приятный сюрприз. Что хотелосьбы отметить - в этом отеле вам ноч перед поезкой дамой зделают провады с коктейлями и фуршетом. Отпуском в этом отеле больше чем очень давольны. A good hotel in many respects. The sea is nearby, it has its own sandy beach, very clean but rocky in places, it’s good to have special shoes, but you can also buy them in stores located next to the hotel. You can see how cool the moon influences the sea since the ebb and flow of tides is a frequent occurrence and very pronounced. The food is delicious and varied. The drinks are good too. The animation was amazing, great music, dancing, volleyball every day. The pools are all working and large, there is enough space in the pools and on sun loungers for everyone, near the beach too. All bars are open and operating. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day and leave a pleasant surprise. What I would like to note is that in this hotel the night before your trip management will give you a special treat with cocktails and a buffet table. We are more than very satisfied with our vacation in this hotel.

I recently stayed at the Movenpick Waterpark Resort & Spa Soma Bay, and I was absolutely thrilled! The friendly staff, well-maintained grounds, and fantastic water park for kids made my experience unforgettable. The beach with its soft sand and gentle entry into the sea was simply perfect! The only area for improvement would be the variety of food. Overall, it’s a great place for a family vacation! There is a very good wind surfing spot in 1,5 km.

We visited the Resort in October for one week , we enjoyed everything, the location, the beach and sea extremely clean, the hotel , the pools , food , staff were all very friendly and supportive. We had a problem with our bath and as soon as reported to Mina , the Gentleman from the Reception in less that 30 minutes, the problem has been sorted. We all were very happy with this holiday and definitely will return in Egypt next year, love it

The room conditions are very average, the food is mainly based on Egyptian food culture, the highlight of the hotel is that the corals on the beach are very beautiful, you don't need to go out to sea for snorkeling, you can walk to snorkel and see turtles and dugongs, the price of Ctrip is a bit expensive, it is not recommended to place an order with Ctrip

If you really want to sleep please choose another Hotel. The bed was hard like a stone. The pillows some synthetic material and not fluffy unfortunately. I was an Insomniac during most days of my stay. Improvement was not really possible by housekeeping, the bed remained hard. During my unexpected Insomnia I expected to read at night. However this was also not enjoyable, the lamps are in a terrible state. The lamp broke apart in two pieces when I lifted the lamp off its stand. Lighting from the ceiling is missing completely. The bedside lamps are totally insufficient for reading. When I switched on the TV I was able to understand that I don't speak enough languages. Czech, Polish, Arabic etc but no German and only one English speaking channel which was BBC worldwide was available. I was spoiled by other Hotels on previous trips with towels from Egyptian cotton. Now this was only a slight disappointment, no Egyptian cotton towels, similar to the synthetic pillows. I can do with a standard towel, if the water is running. There was a problem with water pressure in the shower. Approximately 5 times I stood under the shower and was surprised that there was no water from the tab. So now I turned into an Insomniac, but at least I was eating excellently. The food was top standard and I loved meeting the chefs. Especially I liked the head chef. A very charming Gentleman. The Hotel facilities are also enjoyable and the beach is nice. However please be careful at the pool, there are tiles missing and there is maintenance necessary. All in all, I noted they need a German Hotel Director. This Hotel could easily be 5 stars, making little improvements by refurbishing the rooms with comfortable bedding, linen and of course furniture and some small tasteful decoration and installing sufficient tasteful lighting. The furniture has seen better days. Normally this does not bother me to much, but as an Insomniac I wanted to burn all uncomfortable furniture. The substance of the Hotel is excellent. What a pity that it is not taken care off better. Also with regards to the windows, they could all be cleaned. The windows in A111 was not cleaned for years. The return of invest would be tremendous if the hotel would be refurbished. I will not come back as I cannot sleep in Elphistone. Everything else was great.

This new hotel which opened in 2022/23 has now only 55 rooms . The plan is to increase the number of rooms to 125. Together with the next door Oasis hotel, which belongs to the same owner, it could be developed as a perfect Red Sea resort. I worked more than 50 years in the tourism & hospitality industry and rarely have I encountered a hotel that has such potential and could have a great future! a. The basic design and layout of the project is perfect .Located at the edge of a valley of a dry river that ends in the sea. Hence the name Wadi. It consist out of three layers/floors that are naturally integrated in the hilly landscape. b. The layout of the rooms and bathrooms with shower is well done and spacious. c. The airco and a fan are working perfectly. A small fridge is available. The large bed is very comfortable and two cushions are standard. d. Most rooms have a terrace or balcony with a great view at the Red Sea. With sliding doors and a screen against mosquitos. e. The infinity pool is large enough and for only 55 rooms there are enough beds and parasols. f. The Red Sea beach is only 5 minutes walk away and the pier for snorkeling 10 minutes. g. The reef in front of the hotel is beautiful and still intact. No pollution , hundreds of fishes, turtles and sometimes small dolphins. A great place for snorkelling and people who would like to learn scuba diving. The reception provides you free with snorkelling gear. For the professionals there are many great diving locations nearby. e. The restaurant is on the second floor and has a great view over the sea and desert. d. Adjacent is a library with hundreds of great books, paintings and old pictures. A great place to sit and have a drink or play a game. The restaurant is perfectly managed by Nabib and he is an excellent host. Nabib is at this moment the key to the success and good rating of the hotel!! Breakfast, lunch and dinner are always delicious. Fresh and tasty. A set lunch cost € 10 and dinner € 15. Compared with the “ all inclusive resorts” with large tour groups , this hotel is a breath of fresh air! Perfect for individual couples or families with children 12 +. So far the good news. As the hotel just opened it has a number of start up problems. a. We always try to book a hotel direct and not via *********** or Expedia.com. The reason is that it cost the hotel around 15-20 % commission and as a result you get “ the worse room available”. However in this case we had to send 5 different mails before we got finally the conformation of our reservation. Every time a different person answered our mail . The staff turnover at sales & marketing & reservation is very high and the communication to guests is therefore not up to standard for a 4 star hotel! b. 酒店餐廳服務非常好，人員很熱情，飯菜也是我在埃及的這些酒店中覺得最好吃。但前台服務感覺太死板，不夠靈活。當時我抵達酒店已經是下午五點，我定的房間是基礎房，因為是2大2小，所以説這個房型不能入住，要我取消訂單，重新下單家庭房。我問能否直接補差價，升級房型，告知不可以！衹好找攜程客服，取消訂單，重新下單，這樣一折騰，直到6:30我們才入住。要知道，當天我是逛完帝王谷和哈布城後，直接從盧克索包車過來的，已經在車上坐了5個小時了…重新定了家庭房，另外繳了一百多美金的税費，第二天又打電話叫我補交25美金。通過翻譯軟件交流，説這筆25美金是因為我的房費不是直接付款給他們的，所以他們從平台收取房費時，還會產生25美金手續費用，這樣需要我承擔..好吧，我又補交，不明白為什麼昨天不一次性收取？攜程服務是真的好，必須贊一個，我打電話過去迅速響應，幫我處理，還給我補了差價！
