Fiquei no Cairo por uma noite, então precisava de um hotel perto do aeroporto. O hotel oferece um serviço de transporte gratuito de ida e volta para o aeroporto, o que é muito conveniente. Os quartos são bons e o hotel tem todas as comodidades que você poderia desejar (vários restaurantes, piscina e academia). Perfeito para uma pernoite entre voos.

We spent one night at the Rivana Residence hotel. The location was confusing at first as it doesn't have big hotel signs. Once we got in we were welcomed by reception. We had a nice apartment which looks like we were one of the new users of the room or even the whole building. Everything was very clean, the room had a kettle and a microwave as well as some cutlery. The room also included a sofa and a big desk. Overall the stay was very nice and if I want somewhere near 5th district this would be definitely one of the first choices to book. Only one improvement I can think of is that there were no teabags or instant coffee packets. This is usually included in most hotels and would've been great to have a cup of tea in the morning

The hotel is accessible via a covered bridge from Terminal 3, and a free shuttle bus runs between Terminals 2 and 3. The hotel also provides complimentary airport drop-off; since we departed from Terminal 2, this service was convenient. However, we had to wait around 30 minutes to check in at midnight.

The location is the best by the river Nile. Room with balcony and river view is best to see the Nile and the great pyramids by distance. I enjoyed the views. The service is good. The room is okay. The furnitures in the balcony are in poor state. Bathroom needs refurnishing .

Instalações: As instalações de apoio do hotel são muito boas e adequadas para estadias de longa duração. Serviço: Tanto o serviço quanto a segurança são bons. A área ao redor é bastante deserta, mas há uma fileira de supermercados e restaurantes a cerca de cinco minutos de caminhada. In general I recommend this place. It's well located, it's new, the rooms are really nice! The rooms are well equipped, big, confortable and clean. I have to mention that the staff in general is nice, Zyad from reception and Mahmoud from the kitchen that serves the breakfast, for example, they are very gentle and kind. I'm thankful for their attention. The only point to improve is the cleanliness of the pool. I've been 5 days and they didn't clean the pool any day (maybe because it's not summer anymore and they think is not necessary?), so I didn't had the chance to try it unfortunately. That's a point to improve.

Good clean and new hotel. Reception staff need to pay more attention to the customer instead of talking shop with each other.

Ótima localização, bem no coração do Cairo. Fomos levados para um andar alto e tivemos uma vista tão linda do Rio Nilo e da cidade que nem precisamos subir na Torre do Cairo. O concierge nos ajudou com coisas fora do hotel, como pedir para entrarmos em contato com o hotel onde ficaríamos hospedados no dia seguinte, que é realmente um hotel cinco estrelas. O restaurante que usamos também era delicioso.

I stayed at this hotel five times. Family for the location the fact that it has a swimming pool. Food here for breakfast was not too good because it upset my stomach. I like the staff the rooms are good but some of the views are just terrible. Views of Rocky vacant lots. If you can get a view of the Egyptian museum or the pool. The views can some time kind of depress me. this hotel has a swimming pool and a gym and after a day and Cairo you need to kind of decompress in a pool. I would stay here again this is my go-to hotel in Cairo. I paid $125 a night including taxes with breakfast. Not crazy about breakfast so be careful what you eat.
