This hotel catches you a little off guard. When the car pulled up I thought I was in the wrong place. It gives very strong Air bnb/bed and breakfast vibes because that’s what it is. The ppl that run the place are very kind. The owner I assume, was very kind and very friendly. He went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Even gave me cold medicine as I was struggling adjusting to Chinese fall weather and had a bad cold. The young man that worked evenings helped me order food and was a life saver because I had no way else to eat. The breakfast was minimal but tasty. Dumplings, boiled eggs and I think congee. I don’t like congee so I didn’t eat any. And I was always greeted with a smile from the lady cooking. The coffee isn’t great. Instant packets, very blah and nothing to drink really except water. There isn’t much nearby to do, it’s not walkable and so I would not stay if you’re looking for night life or convenience. But it’s a nice relaxing, quiet place to stay with a very comfy bed, nice tub, close enough to the airport and good shower pressure. I would definitely stay again.

Taking advantage of the holiday, I brought my child to Lujiazui to see the 'three-piece set' (referring to the three iconic skyscrapers). The front desk kindly upgraded our room, so we could see two of them from our window at night. We were also able to use Pudong consumption vouchers, which was a bonus. The location is absolutely fantastic, making it convenient to go anywhere. Although the hotel facilities are quite old, they met all our basic needs, offering incredible value for money. The foundation of this old five-star hotel is solid! They were very quick to respond to requests for extra blankets, towels, and even an engineering check. Downstairs is Chunwei Banyu Mansion, which serves delicious food. Next door are Nine-Six Plaza and Century Link, and a short walk away is Yaohan Department Store. To get to the Oriental Pearl TV Tower, you can catch a bus right downstairs, and the metro station is just a few more steps. It's truly the top choice for families traveling with children! The 'Hi-Play Zone' in the lobby is absolutely brilliant, with a pool table and various games. My child could easily spend a whole afternoon there and not get bored.

The service was very thoughtful and meticulous. The complimentary shuttle to and from Disney in the morning and evening was super convenient. There's a kitchen, so we could pre-order food and have a hot meal ready when we got back. The facilities and breakfast were well-matched to the price. The soundproofing isn't great, but you can talk to the front desk to ask guests to keep their voices down, and we also made an effort to be quiet ourselves to avoid disturbing others. We took the 7:30 AM shuttle to Disney, and there were a lot of people that day, over 60,000. We had to queue in the plaza to get in. I bought an online guide for 50 yuan, which was great! The guide used real-time queue times to direct us to attractions and sent us the location, which saved a ton of time. We managed to do 14 attractions, including popular rides, shows, the parade, and the fireworks, all in one day!

The hotel is showing its age, but the mattress really stands out. I slept wonderfully in the room, and the recreation area with the pool was a plus. While many hotels use King Koil mattresses, the one at Jinmao might be a higher-end model because it was significantly more comfortable. I didn't feel dry or hear much noise at night, though the soundproofing is a bit average. The pool and hot springs definitely felt grand, luxurious, and stylish. However, the bathroom vanity is truly outdated, and the teacups felt cheap. There was hair on one of the bathrobes, which they replaced for us. Overall, my experience was rather ordinary.

We came here for Chinese New Year with family and friends. We booked two rooms back in January, and then added two more later. I was surprised that even during Chinese New Year, there weren't too many people using the hot springs and saunas. Getting here from Chuansha by car was very convenient. We had two family rooms and two king rooms, which were in different areas. The 'twin' rooms are actually the family rooms, suitable for 2 adults and 1 child. The first rule upon check-in is to take off your shoes, which makes the whole place feel very clean since everyone is basically barefoot, haha! I've been to hot springs in the city before, but this time was specifically for a Chinese New Year gathering and because it had been a while since I'd done a sauna. My parents were quite happy. Cooking at their place for Chinese New Year can be tiring, so it was much better for everyone to come out and enjoy good food and fun together. Afternoon tea: Not bad at all! Every room gets a complimentary serving. The shuttle service is very convenient for those who need it!

Great location, very convenient for Disneyland, and they even offer free bus transfers. The owners are super friendly. It's rare to find such a good guesthouse in China; definitely worth more than five stars. Compared to other places nearby, which tend to be older and located on the upper floors of shop-houses, this is a private house. The owners help with luggage up and down the stairs. The place is also very clean and includes breakfast, plus coffee in the afternoon. It's the best option around here.

The stay was excellent. Although there aren’t any shops or eateries within close walking distance, the experience more than made up for it thanks to the amazing staff. They were warm, genuinely friendly, and went out of their way to help with anything we needed. Their attentiveness made our trip feel effortless and truly enjoyable. I’d gladly come back again. Highly recommended.

The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic and proactively arranged a quiet room with a great view, just as I requested. The Club River View room was absolutely amazing, directly facing the Huangpu River and the Oriental Pearl TV Tower – the night view was so romantic! The housekeeping auntie decorated the room for our anniversary and even sent a cake, which was so thoughtful and heartwarming. The breakfast selection was rich, with both Chinese and Western options. The freshly made noodles and desserts were excellent! The overall service was meticulous and attentive. I'll definitely choose this place again next time! Club Lounge experience: Highly recommended! The juices were freshly squeezed, and breakfast was semi-buffet with delicious à la carte options.

The Chuxin Mosuo Hotel is conveniently located near Disneyland and offers a free shuttle service to and from the park at set times, which is a huge plus because it saves you from having to take taxis back and forth. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were incredibly friendly and attentive. The breakfast was also delicious with a great variety of tasty options. The room was very clean, and the bedding was super comfortable – I slept really well after a long day at Disney. What's even more thoughtful is that after a tiring day at Disney, you can get a free foot bath bucket from the front desk to help relieve your fatigue. I'll definitely come back to this hotel if I get the chance and will recommend it to my friends! 👍

The location is absolutely fantastic, super close to Disneyland, making trips back and forth incredibly convenient. The twin room was spacious with two comfortable beds, clean, tidy, and odor-free. The environment was quiet, and the amenities were comprehensive. The owner's service attitude was exceptional, making for a very pleasant stay. For the area, the value for money is outstanding. It's truly perfect for bringing friends or family to Disneyland. Highly recommended, full marks!
