My overall experience staying at the Grand Hyatt Jin Mao Tower was excellent. The hotel boasts a prime location with expansive views, offering a tranquil yet grand atmosphere. From the moment you step into the lobby, you can feel the quality and elegance of a high-end hotel. The room was spacious and tidy, with well-maintained facilities and comfortable bedding that ensured a very high quality of sleep. The staff were professional and attentive, from the front desk to housekeeping, all were very welcoming and responded promptly to any requests. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, with good quality food and a comfortable restaurant setting. It's perfectly suited for both business trips and leisure vacations. The overall value for money is high, and I would definitely choose to stay here again. Highly recommended.

The room was comfortable; although the facilities were a bit old, it didn't detract from the overall experience. The lobby had a strong Christmas vibe. My return flight was late, and the check-in staff kindly helped me arrange a late check-out, which I really appreciated. The location is excellent; the Pudong Art Museum had a new exhibition, and it was within walking distance, saving me the hassle of traffic. Public transport was also very convenient, and there were plenty of options for dining out or ordering delivery. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Shanghai. The Grand Kempinski Hotel Shanghai, a five-star luxury hotel under the European Kempinski Hotels group, is ideally situated in the heart of Shanghai's Pudong Lujiazui financial district, close to the Oriental Pearl TV Tower and Shanghai Ocean Aquarium. The hotel boasts excellent service from its front desk, rooms, and restaurants. The guest rooms are well-equipped, thoughtfully laid out, clean, and tidy. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, and the hotel also features a selection of Chinese and Western restaurants. The river-view rooms offer a fantastic perspective of the cruise terminal on the North Bund. With numerous dining options in the vicinity and convenient transportation, it's an ideal hotel for both leisure and business travelers.

The location is fantastic. The hotel is ideally situated at the junction of Putuo and Jing'an districts, just a 5-minute walk from Changshou Road subway station (Lines 7 and 13). It's also very close to attractions like Jing'an Temple and Suzhou Creek, as well as major shopping areas, making it incredibly convenient for getting around.

The hotel is beautiful, spacious, and offers excellent value for money. Although it is located a bit far from the city center, it is very easy to reach by metro or Didi. The breakfast was delicious and incredibly varied, served on the top floor with a rotating platform that allowed for stunning panoramic views of the entire city—truly impressive. The reception staff were extremely friendly, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

Booked with a coupon for Pudong, which gave me a ¥100 discount. Great value for money, including a one-night stay, hot spring tickets for one adult and two children, and two breakfasts. It was for a family birthday, and they even gifted us an extra hot spring ticket and a breakfast that we originally had to pay for. The service attitude was excellent. With the cold weather, a hot spring soak was perfect! Thumbs up! 😄

One of the best place to stay! Owners were very nice and accommodating. The place is not so like the photos posted but room is cozy to stay. We also experienced harvesting chillies and sweet potatoes which the owner gladly cooked for lunch. It was sweet and yummy! We also had a great time roaming around since they had a motorbike you could borrow. Over all, it's a nice experience if you want a quite and peaceful days off! 谢谢

I had a lovely experience in this establishement! The staff were very very friendly and super helpful and went out of their way to assist us throughout our stay - despite not knowing English! We discussed w a translating app throughout our stay. The food was delicious (in the morning) and they were kind enough to let us takeaway some food on the day of our Disney trip. Great pick up and drop off service also to and from Disney. The room is tidy and spacious for 5 adults and they cleaned daily for us as we were staying for a longer trip. I recommend this hotel for families!

This old-school five-star hotel under the InterContinental Hotels Group really lived up to its reputation. The location is super convenient, right on Nanjing Road, the 'Paris of the East,' making it easy to check in even after enjoying Shanghai's nightlife. I especially loved the mousse cake at breakfast 🍰, absolutely delicious. The front desk staff were incredibly professional and welcoming, truly exceptional!

The location is great and the hotel is great value for money. However the gym amenities were somewhat limited. The Jing’an temple is right behind the hotel, and so is the Metro station, which connects to three seperate lines. So for the price, the hotel is really unbeatable.
