"I recently stayed at the Venice Waterworld Hotel in Shijiazhuang and, unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The hotel feels quite outdated and in need of renovation. The rooms were dark and old, with furnishings that seemed worn and tired. One of the biggest issues was the air conditioning—it was old and lacked a proper thermostat, making it difficult to regulate the temperature. Additionally, smoking is permitted throughout the hotel, which was a major downside for me as a non-smoker. The smell of tobacco was pervasive in the hallways and common areas, making the stay less comfortable. Breakfast lacked food for its guests. They were not being topped up according to the people who were in the restaurant. While the location may be convenient for some, the overall condition and policies of the hotel make it a poor choice for travelers who prefer clean, modern, and smoke-free accommodations. If I return to Shijiazhuang, I will definitely look for a different hotel. Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2/5) – Below Average, Needs Improvement"

Não gosto de perder tempo escrevendo resenhas (mas já fui escritor) e estou com a garganta inflamada. Mas eu recomendaria o hotel para qualquer hóspede que queira se sentir cuidado."

"Um maravilhoso hotel familiar com um quarto agradável, camas grandes e confortáveis, lençóis brancos e travesseiros macios e confortáveis. A limpeza e a troca de toalhas são diárias, e há duas máquinas de lavar e uma secadora em cada andar. O terreno é espaçoso, com amplo estacionamento e varais no quintal. Há duas piscinas: uma infantil com escorregador e duas para águas mais fundas. Nas proximidades, há um mercado noturno, vários cafés, uma pequena loja e farmácias. O mar fica a 10 minutos a pé. "Wonderful stay – highly recommended! We stayed at this hotel as a group, and our experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The hotel staff were incredibly supportive, flexible, and always willing to help. They truly went the extra mile to accommodate our requests and assist us with every question that came up during our stay. We booked a standard apartment suite in the South Wing and a deluxe mountain-view room in the main building, and both were very clean, comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety, and having it included for several people was very convenient. The ski package was perfectly organized — ski passes, fast-track access, early cable car boarding, transfers from Taizicheng High-Speed Railway Station, and additional activities like yoga and Pilates made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. As foreigners, we really appreciated how easy and welcoming everything felt. Thanks to the hotel team, skiing in China left us with a very positive and memorable impression. The location is excellent for skiing, and the mountain views are beautiful. Overall, the atmosphere was warm, professional, and friendly — we truly felt taken care of. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a ski trip or a comfortable stay in the area."

"This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in China. It is world class. The staff are some welcoming and helpful. Although I don’t speak any Chinese they made every effort to communicate with me. We used translate Apps. Everyone was super nice. The room was very large, new and I loved the Tea Station. I have never seen one like this. The location is superb. Right in the middle of the historic village but it is very quiet at night. The breakfast was simple but satisfying. I recommend staying here and would love to come back."

"The room was very clean and had two bedrooms and one living room. We brought two elderly people with us. The space was large and the elderly people lived very comfortably. The housekeeper was attentive and thoughtful. He sent us the address one day in advance and helped us turn on the air conditioner in advance. We didn't know how to use the TV, so the maintenance came to adjust it immediately. The elderly threw away their toothbrushes and they came to replenish them immediately. The location is good. There is a second canteen downstairs. It is also relatively close to the beach, more than 10 minutes away. We rented an electric car to take the elderly out to play, which is very convenient. I just didn't have time to take a video."
