Our butler, BOBO, provided incredibly thoughtful and attentive service, promptly and cheerfully assisting with directions to the beach and arranging a late check-out. Plus, there are plenty of dining options conveniently located nearby."

"It was a really family friendly resort and perfect for those who are travelling with kids and elderly. They even had a child playroom available for those with kids and events lined up for everyone to attend such as the fire show. The rooms itself were spacious and amazing, even for a standard room and they made sure to provide clean towels and items every single day. The staffs were really nice and friendly as well, they were willing to help and assist when needed. I would highly recommend this resort for families who are travelling in Hainan Province!"
