The room is well equipped with basic amenities and quality of products used in the room for guests are good. Hotel breakfasts are delicious. Overall the hotel experience at Royal at Georges is memorable and we are satisfied with the hotel stay there. The location is around ten minutes away from interlaken ost station. However there is clock tower nearby which chimes a lot during the night.

Great place, lovely spa and little pool to relax with the view on mountains. The reception stuff has been great ! Special thanks to receptionist Benjamin. I had a suite with wide terrace and view on the mountains , amazing views! Also very nice lounge place with panoramic place. We came with a little dog, it’s a dog friendly hotel. Thank you !

Although the weather didn't quite cooperate during my stay, the hotel's fantastic service more than made up for it. The hotel's interior design is simply stunning. Every aspect of the decor exudes elegance and sophistication. The attention to detail is evident, and it creates a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the premises. The architecture and furnishings are tastefully chosen, providing a luxurious and comfortable ambiance for guests. One of the highlights of this hotel is undoubtedly the breathtaking view. Unfortunately, I encountered some bad luck with the weather during my stay, which limited my ability to fully enjoy the surroundings. However, even through the mist and rain, I could sense the beauty that lay beyond the hotel's windows. I can only imagine how magical it would be on a clear day. The service at this hotel is truly exceptional. The staff members are attentive, friendly, and go above and beyond to ensure guests have a memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel's commitment to customer satisfaction is evident in every interaction, making the stay truly enjoyable. breakfast was simply delicious! The array of options available was impressive, catering to various tastes and dietary preferences. this hotel left a lasting impression on me. The well-designed interiors, the mesmerizing view (even through the rain), the exceptional service, and the mouthwatering breakfast made my stay truly remarkable. If you're looking for a hotel that combines elegance, comfort, and impeccable service, this is the place to be.

The hotel is in a very good location. There are various shops outside. There are buses 103 and 21 at the intersection. You can take the bus for free with the transportation card issued by the hotel, and you can also get a souvenir silver spoon. The owner is Chinese. There is Fu Ji Restaurant downstairs. Guests can enjoy a 10% discount. The room is big enough. The bedding doesn't feel very new, but we always bring disposable bedding when we go out, so it's okay. It feels like a homestay, and the view from the small balcony is also good. It feels similar to the four-star hotel opposite us.

Our 1st impression of Hotel Krebs was great! Reception was warm & explained in detail the hotel policies. Our room gives us a feel as though we are living in the lap of luxury! The perfect blend of size & style, we are amazed with their spaciousness & exquisite decor. They provide bedroom slippers provided, toothbrush, shaver & cream, cotton pad, safe, hair dryer, etc. These advanced amenities definitely make our stay nothing short of perfect. We enjoyed our stay very much! The location of the hotel was awesome. It's just a few minutes walk to the Interlaken West Station. There's also many different buses u can take to many different beautiful attractions like Lake Brienz. I have seen many reviews about the cheese fondue from their restaurant. We tried it too & was so in love with it. As we brought our 3.5yrs old child along, we can only have cheese fondue without alcohol. We replaced it with apple juice at an additional cost of 5chf. Indeed food was really good! And the waiters were really kind & friendly. They were very kind & patient with our little girl. She was given colouring materials for entertainment. Thanks to the waiters. We had lots of laughter while enjoying our meals. Oh yes, there's a big fluffy black cat who often patronise the hotel & restaurant. It usually sleeps on the first chair near the left of the entrance. Staff of the hotel & restaurant are really nice, loving little animals & taking care of them very well. Overall, it was a very wonderful experience staying here. We would gladly come back again!

Nice mountain view from the room, but the room is not big. The hotel located 10 mins walk from the Grindlewald station and 2 mins walk from the First Bahn to go Grindlewald First. The breakfast is nice but it’s only open at 7am hence it’s quite rush if you have early activity which you have to leave the hotel early e.g to go to Jung frau.

This is a treasure hotel. It is rare to come across such an unforgettable hotel. The location is in Wengen, not very central like Interlaken, but the train station is not far away and can be easily reached on foot. The service staff is very enthusiastic. Because I asked to expedite the laundry, they also tried their best to help. The most important thing is that the balcony of the room looks out to the distant mountains, and the scenery is beautiful! Sitting on the balcony and watching the sun shining on the mountains and the waterfall, I can't help but feel a lot of emotions. There is such a hotel in the world. The breakfast is very rich. The view of the restaurant is very good and the service is attentive, but the food is as bad as ever, oh, I am not saying that this hotel is bad, I mean that all restaurants in Switzerland are bad (this breakfast is very good, you can go early, choose Facing the location of the waterfall, but the dinner is really hard to describe), unpalatable is one thing, full of ritual, each dish is served slowly, come up to explain to you what raw materials are used in this dish, how to make it, and if you actually taste it All restaurants in Switzerland, including but not limited to this one, are lacking in color and fragrance. My wife waited for the desserts to be served and hurriedly retreated. She panicked and forgot to take the bag. Friendly front desk staff and the hotel location is gorgeous. The frontdesk helped me with an early checkin and also upgraded my room with a bath-tub. The view from the room balcony was Mesmerizing and nothing short of a heavenly view… The breakfast was descent, however a little short of vegetarian options. The chocolates at the reception desk were amazing, better than Lindt. I wish I could know where they sourced them from😁 Harder Kulm (Top of Interlaken) entrance is just in front of the hotel. The market is at walking distance and also the OST station is very closeby. Thanks Carlton Team for making our stay pleasant and memorable… Ciao!

Hotel location is good, parking is convenient, the view is good. But the stay experience is not very good, many basic charity is not, such as a kettle. Staying at eleven, basically all Chinese, because the room is very poor soundproofing, the next door can be heard clearly. Breakfast is good.
