Super endroit et service exceptionnel à la réception Amal était très sympathique et accueil très chaleureux. Chambre tout à fait agréable et tranquille et salle de bain impeccable. Déjeuner top

I love staying at crowne plaza hotel. The frontdesk are very helpful, nice, and accommodating. They never fail us to enjoy our every stay at Fredericton.
The swimming pool and jacuzzi are good! The Employees very kind. butthere are no amenities(no toothpaste, toothbrush, soap) Maybe it is for the environment.

Very Good
Very nice facility, and the rooms are well thought out. I liked the pocket door which isolated the bathroom from the rest of the room. This makes it easy for early risers to have their morning shower and get ready without disturbing the more sensible people still sleeping. The only complaint was that the hotel tub was more of a luke-warm tub. Other than that very minor issue, this is one hotel I would not hesitate to stay in again.
GGuest UserOur family of 2 adults and 3 children (ages 5, 7 and 9) were seeking a 1 night stay in the area during our roadtrip and the one request was a waterslide! Seemed like this hotel was one of the only in the area to offer this at an indoor pool. This is one of the good waterslides too! Not the kind that doesn't have enough water to push you down. These kids like to go fast and the landing ends in a long flat part of the slide and not directly into a pool. Lots of tables and chairs around where I can work off my laptop and watch them scream for hours. Toilet and water fountains ensure the fun continues without a beat. Towels also provided just for the pool goers. The entire hotel team shall be commended. All friendly, helpful and happy! Every aspect is spotlessly clean in all areas. Breakfast items were half served by staff and half self serve. Laundry room on the 2nd floor at the end of the longest hallway was affordable ($1.50 for washer, $1 for dryer) and very much needed by us. Our room with 2 Queen beds were so very comfortable. There was a desk with good chair excellent for either my husband or I to work on our laptops and another side desk with 2 square pullout blocks for the kids to do their daily homework assignments. Lots of well places power outlets for all devices. Truly fit our needs so well while visiting family in the area. I have already extended our stay from 1 night to another 3 nights and looking to extend again tomorrow for 1 more night. Think we may even stay again our our way back to Freddy next week!
CClarissaWe were given a handicapped room. The only problem was the washroom. There was mould (black) along the wall and on the chair legs. We did not use the chair. Breakfast was ok. Staff very friendly and polite. A quiet room.
SSinghDevinderIt was only a one night stay, it was good service. Very nice staff, location, and property. Front desk manager Penny helped a lot to understand city.
GGuest UserThe location and hotel were great. What was very disappointing was I booked a room with 2 Queen beds. When we checked in yesterday afternoon they said they upgraded my room to king size bed because of how busy they were. I said that was nice, but I was with my 81 year old father and needed 2 beds like I booked. They said oh sorry, but there's a couch in your room. I had 30 minutes to get ready for a family funeral, so I didn't have time to insist something be done. Needless to say I wasn't going to make my father sleep on the couch, so I did. Advised the front desk about this this morning and they said oh sorry.
RRoaming DogHotel is right off the highway and the area has several hotels nearby. It is one of the newer hotels in the area. The room had a fridge, coffee maker and a microwave so you can make yourself a little snack. Pillows were comfy as was the bed. I had a late check-in and was driving all day so was hoping to sleep in a little later than usual. But at 9:30am the cleaners started with their vacuuming in the hallway and it was loud. Really don’t understand why you need to start so early. Other than the noise everything else was perfect. Hopefully this is a one off and not done on a regular basis.
GGuest UserGreat stay once again in this beautiful hotel. Room was nice and clean with renovated bathroom. Hotel has great amenities and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Check in was quick and all staff were very friendly and helpful. We had dinner at the Right whale pub that is part of the hotel. They served typical pub food, my hamburger was tasty, fries were fresh, and beer was cold. 😁 In the morning complementary coffee and tea were served in the beautiful relaxing lobby. We will definitely be back.
