Schönes Hotel. Top Lage. Breites King Sixe Bett.
Frühstücksbuffet ausgezeichnet. Riesige Auswahl. Eierspeisen und Tapioca frisch zubereitet. Sehr aufmerksames Personal.
Wir hatten ein einfaches Zimmer gebucht, aber es war mega klein und nach hinten raus, ohne Balkon. Für 100 R$ Aufpreis pro Nacht haben wir dann ein Zimmer vorne raus, mit Balkon, erhalten. Leider aber ist der Strassenlärm nachts sehr störend. Die Fenster sind einfach verglast und somit nicht schalldicht.

I liked the food and pre-service, the team as a gentle and demanding whole, and I only have a reservation ( suggestion) for the facilities, and for the air conditioning control, I would like a furniture beyond the fixed on the wall. And from a map of the hotel highlighting the main locations, such as: restaurant, how to reach rooftop, academia ... But the hotel is of great quality.

Estadia boa.
Porém, melhorar no quesito ar condicionado e cobertor. Limpeza é de qualidade, mas tardia. Só limpam no período vespertino e qnd chegamos p descansar do passeio não realizada (ainda). Ótimo atendimento e café da manhã.

The hotel is very well located, besides the space being very cozy. Because I was a walker, the kitchen staff let me take a coffee before the race and after making the full meal, I found it very legal from them. I'll come back more times.

Unfortunately, the room was not wearable from the rough
It smells to wet fungi. Therefore we had to shorten from 2 days to 1 day. The money as promised at the reception is of course not there until today. So, here I'd like Airbnb and finger away from this hotel.

We are a habit of this hotel , or we were a habit of it .
1st day a broken cabinet in the guard .
2th day No lights of the room - two days to concert

3rd day incoming breakfast fruits - hard and tasteless mama , very bad abacaxi
4th day the same thing
5th day without news
6th day was over the hotel water 14h promised to return in half an hour
18 hours still without water. I asked for a daily return to change hotel. The manager who could authorize became uncommunicable
I went out to dinner . About 21 hours still without water . The manager came and said he could not return the daily . He offered me to switch for a suite .
I exchanged . Suite only with cold water
7th day shower of the suite opened normally and when the hot water began disappears
Finally a complete disaster .

The hotel is super comfortable (with a large room, clean, lightened, spacious bathroom, wonderful towels). It is well located, a good pool with a careful garden.
The only negative point was the levy of an extra fee, created by the establishment, which the second recipient would be for the satisfaction of the officials, in addition to 10% for the service, which we pay without problem. The receptionist Laysla's care is incredible, very sympathetic and performing. I stayed in a room that the air conditioning was not cooling well, the official Arthur (very sympathetic and willing to help) tried to solve the problem, as he could not quickly change us to the room . Mr Carlos (also very educated and well-profited) helped us make the exchange and before took us to the room to see if the air was satisfied. Excellent general service!!! Excellent facilities, everything very clean. I loved!!!

Bed clothes are already spent, some of them are shaved.
The hotel's reception is only wet dog, and you need to improve this issue much.
Although the hotel has the option to take breakfast, paying an extra fee, we chose not to take breakfast at the hotel in the light of the smell of the reception.
I have been hosted in the Ibis Budget of Aracaju in Atalaja for a few years, and unfortunately the hotel has fallen very well.
I wouldn't recommend staying in this hotel today.

GGuest UserGreat cost-effectiveness. Great location, on the edge of Aracaju, spacious rooms and excellent service. Not the latest rooms, but a super comfortable hotel, and the location is cost-effective. I recommend to everyone

GGuest UserHotel Velho e sem manutenção, quartos de tamanho bom, porém com aparência de sujos e mal conservados, café da manhã ok, porém sem muita variedade, principalmente se vc fica mais de 3 dias. Os funcionários são bem educados e prestativos. Ótima localização, perto de tudo! Não me hospedaria novamente.

JJUNIOR0707Recepcionista bem atencioso, com bom atendimento. Bom café e boa diversidade. O ponto negativo, no meu caso, foi a descarga que não estava funcionando bem e mofo nos azulejos do Box do banheiro.
