The facility was clean and modern, but the shower didn't drain fully leaving a slippery puddle away from the drain hole. Housekeeping wasn't consistent. On separate occasions the mirror was left wet, the bins unemptied, the towel unchanged and the bed not made up properly. The programmable safe didn't open once locked, and the key card had to be reprogrammed to give access to the room.
Once, while resting in my room in the early afternoon, someone tried to enter my room but the latch stopped them. I quickly checked outside, thinking it might have been housekeeping, but no one was there except someone - a burly obese island man in singlet, shorts and jandals - walking quickly around the corner. I believe it was another guest who'd somehow gained access to electronic access cards, and who was raiding other guest's rooms. It was after that incident that my key card failed to work, and I had to visit reception to get it reprogrammed.
The staff were generally courteous and kind, but really only going through the motions to fulfil their role. No one stood out as loving the work they do.
The egg station couldn't make poached egg. That had to come from the kitchen, and they had to boil the water first and it was an inordinately long wait. In a previous visit to Samoa, at a hotel in Savai'i, the egg station had a pan with simmering water for poached eggs, and they delivered poached eggs as quickly as any other style of egg.
I visited other hotels for events around Apia on this visit. I'm now open to staying at other hotels after this visit.
I lived in a garden bure, a very unusual experience) beautiful, delicious breakfast, warm pool, good Wi-Fi, a voucher for 1GB every day) you need to walk about half an hour to the city center
I stayed here for three nights and it was all right. It seems you cannot expect the same standards in Samoa or most of the South Pacific so if you compared this to Sheratons in other parts of the world it's definitely lacking. The room is generally fine but there are small things like the curtains that need renovation. The balcony overlooking the water was great and the staff is very nice. The location is good and central but be careful with dogs. This isn't the hotel's fault but if you try to walk around there are dogs not locked up by their owners and some of them are vicious. I got bite walking to Vaiala Beach. The Samoa govt needs to do something abt dog owners letting their dogs wander outside their properties. When I told the hotel guys I got bite they acted like this happens all the time.
The staff was so friendly and humble. Even though there were small concerns, with their polite manner, they immediately fixed them making our stay pleasant and cozy.

Great amenities, friendly staff, although our stay was short, we had everything we needed and were very accommodating🙏💯 would absolutely recommend👌🏻 thank you Moatoga🙏
The hotel room had no windows and was therefore very dark. To make up for the Samoan heat, there was a decent air conditioner, but it was a shame there was no remote control. The bathroom was missing toilet paper and soap. The check-in and check-out service was poor, as they made you wait a long time because the receptionists (nothing against them, in fact, nice and helpful) had to go to the shop next door to get the boss's signature and ask for change. The electronic key expires daily, and they have to reactivate it each time. However, the location isn't bad, nor is the restaurant; after all, it's the cheapest place to stay in town. So, all in all, it's acceptable.
My stay at Sinalei Reef Resort & Spa was absolutely amazing. The place is so beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by lush tropical plants that make you feel completely connected to nature. Everywhere I looked, there was greenery, colorful flowers, and the calming sound of the ocean , it was the perfect place to relax and unwind.
The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and respectful. They always greeted us with warm smiles and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. You can really feel how much they care about their guests.
Every Wednesday night they host a Fiafia Night.
The resort also offers some great tours, including an Apia Town tour, a Savaii island tour, and a South East Coast tour. We went on the South East Coast tour and got to see the To Sua Ocean Trench.
Overall, Sinalei Resort & Spa is the perfect getaway for us looking for beauty, tranquility, and authentic Samoan hospitality. I can’t wait to go back!
The hotel is very good and cost-effective. In addition to the location in the center of the city, you can walk to the fish market, the seaside, the post office, the cathedral and the cultural activity center, etc. The hotel is clean, the kitchen in the hall is not lost to the domestic, and the price is super close to the people. The weight is so large that I dare not point more 🤣, the hotel can rent a car, Completely meet all your needs, the boss is kind, helpful, and patient to answer our questions, this hotel is definitely worth recommending 👍.

GGuest UserIt’s a average place, restaurants was okay, looks like it’s still trying to find its place, except more from this place as its been open for just about 12mouths now, hard to get food apart from the restaurant there, that’s very big but empty 🧐 needs a lot more hospitality experience in staffing, its cheap but can do a lot better
VVASILYEVNice hotel on a beautiful secluded ocean coast. Pretty spacious bungalow, clean enough. There is free wifi. Average breakfast: basic - free (pastries, cereals, fruits, coffee, tea) and paid eggs in different forms with sausage, bacon, etc. The hotel restaurant serves dinner. The beach is only suitable for snorkeling at high tide, as finely, a lot of coral and stones. And there are always waves of different intensities.

GGuest UserService was great but the hotel requires huge makeover. Bathrooms & rooms are outdated.
It’s good for night stay but won’t recommend for longer stay. Breakfast’s ok but each to its own😀
Positive note, reservation was smooth.
