We stayed at this hotel for five days in September. We booked a more expensive superior room and requested a king-size bed for adult comfort, which we also specifically emailed about. Our request was fulfilled, and they even provided an extra bed for a third person free of charge! As a complimentary gesture, they allowed us to check out at 2 PM instead of 12 PM. For customer orientation, it's a solid 100/10! The room was good, located in the old building, with a view of other hotels. There was construction, but we didn't hear any noise from it. The room had a kitchen, a large fridge, and a microwave, plus pool towels and bathrobes. The food was excellent, with a very wide selection of dishes that changed daily! The only minor thing was a lack of sweet options; only pancakes were available every day. For fruits, there was watermelon, pineapple, and papaya. As for downsides, I'd note the weak Wi-Fi, which constantly disconnected, especially around the pool/restaurant area where we had breakfast. The biggest drawback, though not the hotel's fault, was the dirty beach and sea! We're not particularly picky and always swim in Pattaya, but here it was just disgusting. Perhaps it was the off-season... Only once, at 8 AM, was it pleasant to swim. The rest of the time, all sorts of things were floating in the sea and on the beach, even when we walked left towards the night market and right towards Dongtan beach. The largest fruit market is a 25-minute walk away, and the night market is 15 minutes. There are currency exchange offices, massage parlors, and cafes nearby. Overall, it's a solid hotel with a pool, and the street is quite quiet.

It's an excellent place. Very convenient if walking anywhere. It's not really central to any one major street which could be a disadvantage if you think you'll be 2 minutes from Soi Buakhao or Soi 7 -- you're not. But it's right in the middle of all the popular places, plus on the Baht Bus route to get to Beach Road. Quiet, modern, clean. Everything you could possibly need.

This is my second stay at Srinn Hotel. The first was about one month ago, and as such I do not have much to add, so please take these notes in conjunction with my previous, and much more in-depth review. For me the major plus point is the wonderful staff. Genuinely happy, friendly, polite, and efficient. This goes for all the staff, from security, cleaning staff, as well as front of house. Secondly, although a budget hotel, it is modern in appearance, fixtures, and fittings, leanding a bright and airy atmosphere to its ambience. It is a hotel with fairly good size rooms, (no other facilities) and is just far enough away from the hub bub of the main streets, yet surrounded by other hotels, restaurants, hardressers, massage, and shops, and only a few minuets from the beach and entertainment areas, then the Srinn Hotel is worth consideration. I was very impressed with this accommodation. The room was clean and a good size, and the bed was incredibly soft – I slept so comfortably. The room had all the amenities needed, and the bedding smelled fresh and clean. The service from all departments was excellent; everyone was attentive, smiling, and welcoming. I really want to commend them: * The security guards were very good at directing and allocating parking spots. * The staff at the front desk assigned rooms exactly as requested and provided excellent details. * The restaurant staff, both male and female, were adorable. They constantly refilled food and were quick to assist with anything we needed. * The housekeeping staff were very polite, greeted us with a smile, and were always willing to clean the room every morning. However, I would suggest improving the water pressure a bit, as it was a little weak. Overall, I've decided this will be my regular place to stay. It's quiet, the service is great, and there are smiles from staff in every department. I'll definitely be back to stay again! ♥️♥️

I didn't have high expectations for a hotel priced at around 200 baht, as I was planning a trip to Koh Larn and just needed a place to stay for a couple of nights. However, I was incredibly satisfied! It offered excellent value for money! The room decor was a bit older and darker (I could only book a twin room on the 3rd floor at the time; other room types might be brighter). But, it was cleaned neatly and tidily every day, and a special shout-out to the male attendant on the 3rd floor, room 8. He was always enthusiastic, proactive in offering help, and very meticulous with the cleaning. The lady at the front desk for breakfast was also very friendly, and there was a good variety of breakfast options. For this price, it was truly unexpected. The pools were large and plentiful, the beach was right outside, there's a 7-Eleven nearby, and Jomtien Night Market is just a few minutes' walk away. The atmosphere along the beach road outside was also great!

I stay here every single time I am in Pattaya. The deluxe rooms and suites have ultra-comfortable king beds, relaxing bathtubs, and spacious balconies overlooking the pool. Daily housekeeping is top-notch. Plus, the location is unbeatable, and low-season rates are excellen t. curtains block out the light perfectly. While the rooms have a stove, no pots or frying pans are provided, so you will need to bring your own if you plan to cook. There is also no washer or laundry service on-site and smart TV. Breakfast runs until 10:00 AM, which feels a bit early and there are rarely any fish. 🐜Tiny ants are present in all rooms ✔️Do not leave any trash, dirty dishes, or food on the table, especially overnight. While there are no cockroaches in the units, I guarantee they will show up if you leave any waste out. although the unit had a king bed and a single bed for three people, it only had one bedside table. We had to move the room's only chair between the beds just to have a place to put things.

The room was very clean, which is expected from a new hotel. The front desk staff didn't speak Chinese, and my English wasn't good enough to understand hers, nor was her English good enough to understand mine. It's mainly because my English is terrible. However, we could communicate most things. One evening, I wanted an extra room card, but she insisted I wait until the next day without explaining why. Breakfast was à la carte, only fried eggs, juice, and bread were available.

The hotel's location is excellent, with a Big C nearby for convenient shopping. The room facilities are new and well-maintained. What stood out most was the staff's service attitude; both the front desk and lobby staff were friendly and polite. A special thanks to Lobby Manager Nisa, who was not only courteous but also helped retrieve an item my friend left in the room. Thank you!

The service staff were great, especially the breakfast staff, always friendly and helpful. Just one negative I accidentally knocked a glass in the middle of the night and it broke which I cleaned up. I advised the cleaner so she would be careful not to cut herself getting rid of the plastic rubbish bag. They then returned with a male employee to charge me for the glass 150 baht. I declined to pay due to spending approx 19 nights at the hotel in the last 12 months spending over $2000. Also had a mate with me first time 10 nights spending over $1000 on accommodation. They tried to charge me again when I booked out and i explained I was not going to pay due to the income I had paid them over the last 12 months. Not sure what the outcome was I had to catch my ride to the airport. As you can understand it is not the money but the principle. If this hadn’t occurred Service would be marked as a 5.

First off, Pattaya is beautiful! This is my second time staying at this hotel; I stayed here on my last visit to Pattaya too. When I booked, I accidentally got a twin room, and when I asked the front desk if I could switch to a double bed, they readily agreed. The front desk service was very attentive and helpful. The only minor issue was a power outage in the entire building during my stay. Overall, it was a satisfying experience.
