Всё очень понравилось, отзывчивый, доброжелательный персонал,чисто,уютно, красивый вид из окна. В ресторане отеля хорошие завтраки ,обеды и ужины. Следующий раз только в этот отель,спасибо!

Отель требует ремонта. Косметический дешевый ремонт 90-х себя изжил: затертый ковролин, серые обои, старая сантехника. На счет уборки не подскажу, мы не сорили. Но мусор выносили каждый день, полотенца меняли, если на пол бросить. Номер меняли, т.к. выдали с видом на мусорку и вытяжку от ресторана, которая вечно гудела. В этом пошли на встречу и даже не удивились просьбе и претензии. Значит, знают о проблемах, но все равно селят, вдруг прокатит. Двуспальные кровати в стандарте очень маленькие. Подушки тонкие и маленькие. Считай, что нет. Простынь узкая, всё время сбивается и спишь на голом матрасе. Одеяло одно и маленькое. То есть, один укрылся, второй мерзнет. Также на сайтах агрегаторов предоставлена неверная информация о чае и кофе в стандартах. Нет ни чая, ни кофе! Ни даже чайника. Только кулер на этаже. Из мебели только стол, один стул. Прикроватных тумбочек нет, только полочка. Вещи разложить некуда. Розеток достаточно. У нас в номере была отвалившаяся прикроватная лампа, на заявку среагировали быстро. В целом, на ресепшене девочки стараются, но старый отель спасет только реконструкция и ремонт.

Стильный отель, все новое. Кровать и одеяло - отдельный поклон:) завтраки отличные! Из неочевидного - платная парковка для гостей - об этом никто не предупреждает и ты этого не ждешь, потому что во всех отелях мира парковка для гостей бесплатная)
Ну и светящийся ночью на всю комнату план эвакуацим😅 хорошо что легко снимается, иначе не уснуть

Отель в хорошем месте, стильный. Чисто везде, уютная зона кухни. Номер хороший, матрас, подушки и болье классные. Отлично получилось выспаться. Буду в Ростове,однозначно вернусь именно сюда

Also on the aggregators' sites, incorrect information about tea and coffee is provided in the standards. No tea, no coffee! No even teapot. Only a cooler on the floor. GGuest UserIn January 2026, he stayed at the Rostov hotel for one day. In general, he was pleased with the accommodation. The room was clean, comfortable and sufficiently spacious for one person. Furniture and equipment modern, worked without complaints. The location of the hotel is convenient, close to the facilities that I was interested in and the transportation. The only small minus was sometimes heard from the street noise, but it didn't greatly hinder the rest. I recommend this hotel for short stay in Rostov!
