We had a nice stay in two neighbouring apartments on the ground floor near the pool. The staff was very friendly and helpful. To the city centre it was only a 6 minute walk. Breakfast was sufficient and the cocktail in the evening tasted good. We would book it again. It was calm and the view was amazing:)

Our stay here was absolutely remarkable, and we highly recommend this place to everyone. The staff are some of the kindest, most generous, and genuinely involved people we have ever encountered — their warmth truly made our stay unforgettable. The surroundings are peaceful, and it’s magical to watch animals right from the pool. The food is extraordinary — both breakfast and dinner were among the most delicious meals we had in Sri Lanka. The rooms are spacious and offer beautiful views over the fields, where we could see peacocks, buffaloes, and other wildlife. Another highlight is that the hotel provides bicycles for free, making it easy and fun to explore the nearby area. The pool is large and perfect for relaxing, rounding out a truly special experience. We will definitely be coming back and can’t recommend this place enough.

All the staff were very kind and had a great stay. We had a buffet breakfast and dinner, but none of them were delicious and enjoyed Sri Lankan food. The hospitality of the hotel was transmitted by the manager at breakfast. I would like to use it again.

O hotel está Na colina, com UMA BOM paisagem montanhosa, e o banheiro é super grande. Durante Mais de vinte DIAS de Vida EM Sri Lanka, Sinto a única quarto não húmida. Se há ar condicionado, é perfeito.  A maioria Das pessoas está NAS proximidades de Ella Town a Mais de vinte minutos de carro.  Ella é principalmente . Todos OS hotéis e pessoas são basicamente atravessados por caminhos curtos. Muito adequados para  pessoas que Querem viver com o mundo por alguns dias, especialmente para elogiar SUA equipe de serviço, Alguns meninos locais entusiastas e amigáveis que Querem realmente fazer o BOM para cadA convidado que permanecer. Although the location is a little inaccessible, that’s how the beautiful view of train coming out from tunnel can be seen. And the inaccessible location is overly compensated by the service, there is TukTuk to fetch you from Ella Town or Ella station when you arrive. During your stay, they fetched us back from Ella town after dinner around 9pm to the accommodation for the convenience. Also upon check out, they sent us back to Ella station. So, you can to enjoy the view in absolute nature without compromising the convenience. Absolutely love the place. Just walking distance to 9 Arch.

Perfect Stay in the Heart of Ella! We recently stayed at Bridge Front Inn and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Everything about this place is excellent. The staff here are incredibly attentive and friendly; they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. We were greeted with a complimentary freshly made passion fruit juice, which was a delicious way to start our stay. The location is simply ideal — right next to the iconic Nine Arch Bridge, making it super convenient for exploring Ella's main attractions on foot. Although we didn't use their shuttle service because we weren't aware of it when booking, the owner kindly agreed to drive us to a restaurant one evening, showing true hospitality. The food was another highlight, absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced. The breakfast buffet deserves a special mention as there is an enormous selection of dishes to choose from. Our room was spotlessly clean with fresh bed linen and brilliantly white towels. Highly recommended!

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad bij dit hotel. De ligging is top, het ontbijt is goed en de medewerkers zijn erg vriendelijk. Enige nadeel is dat het erg gehorig is in het hotel, waardoor je de buren kan horen douchen en je hierdoor vroeg in de ochtend al wakker wordt.
