"It is one of the biggest ryokans we have visited with a lot of amenities. Guests are mostly Japanese..giving a family/retirement village vibes. Our room came with breakfast and dinner plan - food was delicious and very fresh! One thing to note when booking on Trip is that there are many room types available, but the pictures shown are not accurate!! When I booked my room, the pictures showed an in-room onsen tub-lookalike..and the room descriptions seem to support it too, along with the price. However, when I arrived, the room I was given was not like the pics at all..with no private tub/onsen in the room. We really wanted a private onsen to end our trip on a high, but we were left disappointed. Could not help but feel slightly cheated. We wanted to pay for an upgrade,to get one with in-room onsen but were told all were fully booked.:( so be careful when booking your desired room type."

"2025年櫻花季日本京都加上北陸地區的酒店前5個都是中評差評，要麼臟要麼吵，終於有一個全5星好評的酒店了．一定要自己官網或請攜程至少提前一天預約加賀温泉到酒店的交通車．我是提前兩天攜程預約的，為客服點贊。加賀温泉站南門按指示走可以看到酒店的車，時間表見最後一張照片，司機禮節周到，途中會有簡單介紹佛像、雪山、名產萬頭娘娘等二十五分鐘到達酒店，賓至如歸，工作人員跪式服務，現在流程很快就辦好，我訂的轉角西式房，很好住陽光明媚，大小正好。酒店大方慷慨，咖啡茶水吧24小時供應，品質優良，太用心了九穀燒茶杯任選，拿鐵咖啡非常好喝，下午茶鐵板燒餐廳現做鬆餅，下午4點歡樂時光五種甜口調製酒提供，由工作人員調配好，好喝，晚上8點提供布丁，8:45山中節藝伎表演，早晨會提供一碟小食也很好吃．晚餐有一排清酒，沒注意是否是清酒自助還是免費，我覺得這個價格這個品質是中上水平了，早餐也是誠意滿滿還有免費清酒提供，餐廳的工作人員都非常熱情周到。我的房間沒有私湯入住時會讓你選擇一個私湯使用50分鐘，大浴場也非常好，空閑下來還可以泡泡足湯，這個性價比我真的挑不出任何毛病。我第二天入住旁邊貴价酒店花紫，除了兩瓶水、一袋咖啡一包棒茶就什麼都沒有了。有歡迎茶其他活動食物一概沒有。吉祥亭真的認真做酒店。唯一酒店有時會有一股淡淡的下水道的味道，另外大量香港旅遊團入住，講話聲音很大。"

"This was our return stay at the hotel, but this time we booked a suite — and it was an excellent choice. The suite is very spacious, even with an extra bed added, making it ideal for families or a group of friends traveling together. The bathroom setup is thoughtful, with the toilet and shower area separated, which really adds convenience when sharing the room.
The large floor-to-ceiling windows offer a lovely view and give the room a bright, open feel. The included massage chair was a wonderful touch — perfect for relaxing after a full day of sightseeing. As always, the hotel’s location is unbeatable, right by Kanazawa Station and surrounded by plenty of dining and shopping options. Overall, a comfortable and well-equipped stay that we’d happily repeat."

"Hakuchoro is a classic in Kanzawa, the decor is very tastefully done and the overall atmosphere has character. It’s onsen is natural spring water and though the bath are relatively modest, it never gets crowded. They provide free bus shuttles to and from the Kanazawa station and is a very helpful feature. Rooms are large and well appointed and everything in the fridge - water, tea, orange juice and beers are free and topped up everyday. The stained glass in the lobby area and in the rooms are nice touched included the very nice pottery ware used for breakfast! Breakfast buffet spread is both western and Japanese and they even now have sparkling wine and sake for breakfast!
Definitely has character!"

AAnonymous UserI stayed for one nights. The front desk staff and the restaurant staff were all very friendly and made for a very comfortable stay. They also gave me detailed information about recommended restaurants in the area. The large public bath was also very spacious, and from the open-air bath I could see the mountain stream through the trees. The sound of the water and the clear air were truly soothing. I expect the cold weather will continue in Yamanaka Onsen for the foreseeable future, so please take care of yourselves, and I hope all the staff members take good care of themselves.

GGuest UserThe hotel is within walking distance to Omicho Market, which is very convenient. The seafood at Omicho Market is incredibly fresh. In the past, I mostly saw Asian faces, but this time I noticed many Westerners enjoying seafood and beer outside. The hotel's breakfast is also excellent, with a wide variety of options.

LLoveEmiyConveniently located directly opposite the Crowne Plaza hotel from the JR station. The hotel itself has a very Western artistic flair. The bathroom takes up about half of the room, and you can catch a great view of the sunset from the window. The staff were very welcoming and the breakfast was incredibly rich, featuring many local Japanese specialties.

Eella01010This hotel offers excellent value for money; it's very upscale and clean. The room with an extra bed comfortably accommodates three people, and the bathroom has a separate shower and toilet, so no one has to fight for the bathroom. If you're driving, there's a dedicated parking lot next door for 1,000 yen per night. A skywalk connects the parking lot to the hotel's 3rd floor, making access very convenient. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Kanazawa.

GGuest UserOverall, my stay at the hotel was very comfortable and relaxing. It was a pleasant experience.
Transportation: I took the train from Komatsu Station to Kaga Onsen Station. I had arranged a shuttle service with the hotel via email in advance. You just need to wait at the shuttle bus stop. There are many different shuttle buses for various onsen hotels.
The ride to the hotel takes about 20 minutes.
Hotel Environment and Room: The hotel's decor feels very nice, full of Japanese style. There's a foot bath in the lobby on the first floor that you can enjoy anytime. Also, the lobby offers free coffee, tea, and snacks (pudding in the evening) at different times. Before having coffee, you can choose a coffee cup you like.
The room had a tatami mat and offered views of the clear mountain stream nearby. The weather wasn't good during my stay, so I just stayed in the room and didn't explore the surroundings.
Food: Dinner was very abundant and filling, with very fresh seafood. Breakfast mainly consisted of porridge or rice with some small side dishes.
Onsen: The baths switch genders in the early morning. One side has an indoor + outdoor bath, and the other has an indoor + semi-outdoor bath. Both are worth experiencing and are very therapeutic! Afterward, there are free small ice pops in four flavors. Additionally, hotel guests can book a private bath once for free, with three options, but they are a bit small.
Oh, and the hotel offers so many yukata choices! It's fantastic, wearing them for photos was incredibly satisfying!

HHayesJsExtremely satisfied with this hotel, it's my second time staying here. The bathroom is incredibly spacious, featuring a Lixil unit bath that's perfectly flush with the room, making it very comfortable. It feels like a 1616 size, much larger than typical hotel bathrooms. The rooftop terrace near the check-in area is also exceptional, offering fantastic views of the railway leading into Kanazawa Station. The only downsides are limited parking and it's slightly pricier compared to surrounding options.

GGuest UserI highly recommend this hotel room type if you have a big family. The room is spacious with comfortable beds and a small dining area. The location is great, it is just above the train station and there are shopping malls and many restaurants around. If you have your own car, parking is easy and cheap. Free drinks are available at the lobby which offers soft drinks, coffee, wine, beer and sake, kids and adults are pleased with it. I will definitely come back next time if I visit Kanazawa.

The hotel provided fresh water, coffee, and tea daily, and the service was very attentive. The pajamas in the room were yukata-style, which was a nice local touch. The location is right next to JR Kanazawa Station, just a few minutes' walk away, with large department stores and shopping streets nearby. It's incredibly convenient for shopping, transportation, and a wide variety of dining options.
