Uma estadia agradável e tranquila para nós, que vínhamos de um longo dia de viagem. As instalações eram boas, a equipe era acolhedora, o quarto estava limpo e a cama confortável. As opções de café da manhã eram ok e típicas: cereais, frutas, buffet de saladas, ovos, carnes, pão. O café e o cappuccino eram bons.

Kahvalti iyiydi.Ancak ilk giriste odada cok sigara kokusu vardı. Otelde temizlik orta, odada klima bozuk ve dolaplar biraz eskiydi. Resepsiyonistler cok guleryuzlu ve yardımcıydılar.

Fin dal nostro arrivo, l'assitenza è stata al top, come pure i servizi offerti. La struttura si presenta molto bene ed i servizi offerti sono molto più che soddisfacenti. La camera, come tutto l'hotel, è molto pulita, ordinata e gradevole. Siamo stati piacevolmente colpiti e sicuramente ci torneremo.

Localização muito boa; 5 minutos a pé da estação e 20 minutos a pé do Duomo. Fácil acesso ao metrô também. A senhora da recepção que nos recebeu quando chegamos foi muito simpática (meio rabo de cavalo e loiro). O telefone da sala não funciona; tive que descer para pedir uma chaleira. O quarto é muito pequeno, assim como a cama. É ótimo que eles nos permitam guardar a bagagem antes do check in e depois do check out. A vista do quarto com vista para a estação não é ruim. Não é barulhento.

A proximidade do aeroporto é o principal atrativo para mim. Eles também oferecem um serviço de transporte gratuito sob demanda. O tamanho do quarto também é adequado, mais espaço do que a maioria dos hotéis europeus a preços comparáveis. Fiquei uma noite e tive um vôo de manhã cedo, então não consegui ver como era o café da manhã. O chuveiro foi uma boa surpresa: além de um spray manual, um sistema de alta pressão montado na parede tinha três jatos de chuveiro corporal nos níveis superior, torácico e pélvico, respectivamente. Altamente recomendado.

Location is very good wiyh easy access to metro, tram and bus networks. Room is spacious and clean with clean sheets and comfortable bed. Toilets are clean with toiletries and towel provided. All you need in an apartment are provided in the kitchen with free tea and coffee available. Staff is friendly and helpful. Hostel provides a homely setting. Highly recommended.

I had an amazing experience staying at iH Hotels Milano Ambasciatori! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the Duomo di Milano, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, and many of the city’s top shopping streets. My room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the essentials provided. I especially loved the view from the upper floor—you can even see the stunning Milan Cathedral from some rooms! The hotel’s rooftop bar was a personal highlight—enjoying a drink with a beautiful view of the city skyline was unforgettable. The breakfast buffet was also fantastic, with a wide selection of fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes to choose from. It was a great way to start the day. Overall, this hotel struck the perfect balance between location, comfort, and service. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Milan—whether for sightseeing, shopping, or business.
