Clean hotel, complete services, very warm rooms, spa is also very clear. In half board accomodation choices where relatively limited but very tasty. parking is charged extra although there is no alternative.

巴拉頓湖區 新開的度假型酒店，有歡迎的香檳及品酒區域；有恆温泳池，室內室外都有，也都有了室內和室外舒適的休息區空間；spa有各種温度的桑拿房，在這裡會很有樂趣。
早餐比較豐富，晚餐也是自助形式，單點的話 出菜比較慢 價格和自助的居然差不多。
可以步行到湖區，碧綠的湖面，各種水上活動，很適合全家度假。

Отличное место для отдыха. Чтсто и уютно. Все есть необходимое. Кухня хорошо оборудована, вечером готовили ужин самостоятельно. Есть кофемашинка, чайник, тостер. С завтраком тоже проблем не возникло. Отдельное спасибо за капсулы с кофе, приятно, что не пришлось бежать за кофе в магазин.

房間還可以 離湖邊有點遠，步行要20分鐘，天黑了一個人走回去有點害怕
我住了一晚後對那個房間很滿意
所以原房續了一晚 在攜程上續成功了
但是旅館管家告訴我那個房間已經有人訂了
我必須換房 考慮到衹是換到隔壁
我雖然不情願 還是妥協了
結果新的房間陽台小了一半也就算了
花灑是壞的
窗户窗簾也不遮光 一大早被光線驚醒
退房時 管家要求我付款1480福金城市税 衹接受現金，我給了她5000福林 我出門後發現它衹找回給我3020福林，少了500福林，難道是故意以這種方式收小費？ 不能接受！

Excellent location in Tihany with beautiful period rooms. The breakfast was great with many selections. Friendly staff. Parking is limited so a small car is better.
Good restaurants nearby and a reasonable drive to the local spa areas.

Номера после реновации вполне хорошие, есть все необходимое. Убираются хорошо, все чисто. Месторасположение отличное, выход из отеля прямо на променад-набережную. Собственный пляж это тоже плюс, но лежаки и зонты платно, бесплатно на солнце на газоне. Места под деревьями в тенечке в 8 утра заняты. В бассейн не ходили - уж очень пахло хлоркой. Главный минус отеля это столовая. Огромное количество людей, место нужно караулить, столы занимать. Чтобы сесть плюс-минус спокойно нужно идти на завтрак до 8, на ужин приходить строго к 18. Еда однообразная, все скромно, но голодными не останетесь. Качество того, что предлагают на завтрак и ужин нормальное,с голода не умрете,но и пропустить не жалко-вокруг множество кафе, в том числе очень достойных

O Hotel de lago é Muito próximo do lago. O panorama é Muito bonito. O hotel TEM um estacionamento exclusivo. Precisa Pagar alguns Euros de estacionamento. Os momentos são Muito Grandes e separados do banheiro. Há UMA Grande Cozinha no Salão de estar, copos e pratos são Muito homogeneizados. O pequeno-almoço é levado para o quarto com basquete, e é Muito Rico. O Apartamento é Muito moderno, boa escolha, Muito barato e recomendado.

Very Good
My husband was here business and I accompanied him. The hotel was in an excellent location and I rented a bike on 2 occasions to see the sites: Tihany Abbey and Church, pleasure boat trip on Lake Balaton and a tour of the city. The food was good and I was able to select a healthy variety at breakfast and dinner. The desserts were excellent! I had a great massage and used the swimming pool regularly. In summary, I enjoyed a very pleasant break whilst my husband was working very hard in the heat! We would definitely recommend in low season but in July and August may be more suitable if you have children!

The Hotel is new and very impressive. Free wine tasting at 15.00 every day in English is a nice treat! The selection of swimming pools is impressive; indoors and outdoors with differing temperatures. Definitely important to pick a lake/pool view rather than city/car park! A gentle 5 mins stroll to the waterfront and various bars/cafes and the ‘strand’ (pay for waterfront area). All in all, good for young families and couples

The hotel is great and located in a very scenic spot on Lake Balaton. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well furnished. Housekeeping is done daily, although we did have a few issues with it. If you’re traveling by car, keep in mind that parking is paid. We weren’t informed about this at the front desk, so it came as an unpleasant surprise. In my opinion, a hotel of this level should offer complimentary parking.

The apartment hotel faces Lake Balaton and the scenery is stunning! The room is also very nice, new and clean. There is a sauna in the bathroom and it would be better if there is a washing machine. Breakfast is provided in a basket for each household and is rationed per person. It is rich in content and the toasted bread is very fragrant. Parking costs 10 euros per night.

A good European all-inclusive hotel with clean pools, well-maintained, spacious grounds, plenty of space, and plenty of entertainment for small children (half the hotel's guests). Safety and privacy. The food isn't very varied, but it's fine for a three-star hotel. Ice cream is available on the beach all day.

Advantages: The hotel has a great location, a 5-10 minute walk from the train station, and there's a paid parking lot if you drive. The views are nice, with direct mountain and Lake Balaton views from the windows. The price is relatively reasonable for Hungary. The front desk staff are friendly, especially the younger ones who are very helpful and enthusiastic. My room type included breakfast and dinner; the food selection wasn't extensive, but the food was delicious and the ingredients were fresh. The indoor pool water was 32-35 degrees Celsius in winter, so it wasn't cold. I didn't experience any elevator issues, as many people mentioned; the elevators arrived quickly for me. Disadvantages: The room was a bit small, and the table in front of the TV was also small, making it cramped with just a few items. There wasn't much other storage space, making it much worse than the Hunguest Hotel in Szeged and Eger. Secondly, I suspect the hotel might have unfairly treated my Ctrip booking. I arrived very early, almost just after 3 pm, but was assigned a room at the very end of the corridor. The heating was insufficient; the central air conditioning only reached a maximum of 24 degrees Celsius, which was a bit cold in winter. Overall, it's 7.5/10. Prices are cheaper if you go during the off-season.
