Located on part of the Birmingham University campus in Edgbaston so good location for academic conferences / visiting the university, also short distance to dental hospital, cricket ground, tennis centre etc. Plenty of free parking including blue badge and EV charging. Check-in was quick and efficient. Angela, who checked us in, was friendly and helpful. There is a large bar which serves smaller meals throughout the day and also a restaurant in the evening. The bar food was average price for hotel food (£12+ for sandwich with some soup)  and average quality. Room was clean and tidy, with modern decor. It was very spacious and well equipped with seating and table, ironing board, plenty of pillows, pod coffee machine and plenty of coffee pods, tea bags etc. Black out blinds worked well and there was minimal noise from other rooms / corridor. Would definitely stay again if in the Edgebaston / Birmingham area. 

We had a fantastic stay overnight. fabulous staff willing to help very caring and understanding very helpful all the time we was there. breakfast was amazing. I’m very wonderfully presented those everything you wanted and all nicely displayed and absolutely wonderfully clean and the staff was great so Wood come back thank you. Thank you for everything bye-bye.

Nice relaxing place, beautiful garden. Only issue I had no water available at night. Vending machine cash only. Rest of hotel card only. Reception staff were not helpful. Could not offer a glass of water. Disappointed.

Arrived early - 40 minutes - asked if possible to check in. Told to wait ten minutes and then told ok. Went to room and not ready. Housekeeping not aware but did say they'd do our room quickly. No problem. Just wanted to use loo and would come back later. Returned much later. Room ready and clean. Bedroom bin had not been emptied. Very noisy from traffic through the night. Pillows uncomfortable. Breakfast pretty poor. Hot offering sparse and cold. Continental limited. Staff were very pleasant which was lovely and probably made up for the shortcomings. Would choose somewhere quieter, ideally.

Prop: O hotel está Na Grande localização.Muitas opções de comida no Templo de Touchwood, EM vez do hotel. O Pessoal do Salão e café Da manhã é fantástico. Eles são amigáveis e úteis. As quartos são espaçosos e a cama é confortável. Cons: A recepção deve ser melhor, e Josh NOS acompanhou no check-in, e ele não é amigável e útil quando algumas perguntas foram feitas. Um amigo meu (um par) foi atribuído a um quarto que a AC não estava a trabalhar. E quando pediu para um quarto mudou, ele disse que não estava disponível. Ele mencionou que era um problema em curso e ofereceu-lhes um fã. Como é possível que ainda vendam um quarto deficiente a um convidado quando sabem que é um problema?Mas se eles querem UMA actualização, eles podem, MAS eles têm que pagar 13 libras!!Eu acho que é estranho! Os MEUS amigos foram presos Na mesma sala até o final de SUA estadia com um FAN! Em geral, estou feliz com a estadia, MAS preciso de correr sobre a atribuição de quartos.

The hotel was fine - Staff at breakfast and in the bar were really lovely. However we were charged twice for this booking. I prepaid through the trip app but my brother arrived first at the hotel and he was charged again. Only by accident did we realise this and said it at the reservations desk. They could not help saying that I would probably get a refund for one of the payments but this has not happened. Have now sent an email to the oops manager so hopefully it won’t be long before we get one of the payments back.

I had a very pleasant stay at B&B Hotel Birmingham. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to access the city centre, public transport, shops, and restaurants. It’s a great choice for both business and leisure travellers. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a good bed and all the basic amenities needed for a short or long stay. The bathroom was tidy and well maintained, and housekeeping did a good job throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The hotel also offers good value for money compared to other hotels in the area. Overall, B&B Hotel Birmingham provides a comfortable, affordable, and hassle-free stay. I would definitely recommend it and would consider staying here again in the future.

Foi-me dito que se tratava de uma correcção política.Ouvi um golpe de voz, porque é o que é, a cadeira de rodas é acessível, porque eu mal entendi a descrição, para que uma pessoa com deficiência real não pudesse ter reservado isso. A sala pensava que não tinha as instalações certas nela!!
