What a great find! The room was better than we expected, so clean and a massive bed. We paid more for a river view and were so happy we did as we had a cute balcony and could open the window doors and stand there and look out at the river. The breakfast was amazing and we were asked whatever type of egg we wanted and it was made fresh. We spoke to a great member of staff called Magda and she was so friendly and polite and would do anything for us. We will definitely come back again.

I booked this location for a real “British Experience.” Although I don’t know if it was a real experience, it was a REAL experience. From the moment the car arrived, I was impressed and in love. It is a true country estate, surrounded by green rolling hills and ancient trees. The first view down the driveway was of a stunning estate with beautifully landscaped grounds. We arrived early and they were able to register us immediately. The only downside was the number of stairs to get to the room, but this was minimal. The interior was breathtaking, the outside was awe inspiring. We had originally planned on taking a day to go to London, but quickly decided to stay and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of the estate. The food was wonderful but the breakfast hours were not as noted. On Saturday, we arrived at 10:30 for breakfast and the buffet was nearly empty, however the staff were kind enough to bring us the few things we needed. The staff were wonderful and added to the exceptional experience of our stay. I will definitely revisit this location in the future. It was a lovely experience.

Ideal para quem procura um lugar para ficar perto da área de Gatwick. Muito próximo da estação de ônibus e a cerca de 10 a 15 minutos do aeroporto. O quarto é espaçoso e limpo. I recently stayed at the Sofitel London Gatwick ahead of an early flight. The direct, covered access to the North Terminal made it incredibly convenient, and the room was spotless, soundproofed and comfortable with an excellent bed for a solid night’s sleep. Pizza dinner in the brasserie was genuinely good quality, far better than expected for an airport hotel. Sofitel London Gatwick delivers great comfort without the stress. I’d happily stay again or recommend it to friends needing high-standard convenience near Gatwick

Exceptionally clean room, very spacious. Appreciated being on the first floor for safety (single female). Breakfast was reasonable and delivered to the room on time. The milk was off but when I informed the front seat it was replaced immediately. No shampoo etc but that’s becoming the norm, in my experience, in budget chain hotels. Good value for money. My only complaint: pillows poor quality and lumpy. Otherwise great, and front desk staff were really good. Would stay again, for the right price.

We live fairly local but decided to stay here as my daughter & her friends prom was at the wine estate local to the hotel, we wanted to make our girls prom a little more special. Staff we’re very helpful friendly went above and beyond to make our stay perfect Cold water in fridge fans in the room and the weather has been hot. Food we ordered from the menu in our room was great & friends eat in the bar area which was also very good. I would recommend and would definitely stay here again.

We had a good time there. Clean, service was decent and Sainsbury’s is opposite to the hotel.

I stayed in the Travelodge in Egham as it was close to the airport where I was taking my first ever flying lesson. The hotel was very comfortable in an ideal location. Ayshe on reception was very welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Everything about the hotel was amazing. The staff were so friendly, it was spotlessly clean and the food was top notch. Would definitely go back.
