This hotel was a fall back for me I’m glad I chose to go here after a disappointing hotel I arrived to originally and I should have booked here first. Hotel is located centrally and close to local bars and shopping areas. The members of staff I met were all lovely and very helpful! The room was spotless. The only issues I had was there was no shampoo just shower gel and the heating in the room didn’t get to full temp but at this time of year the heating was not a huge deal! I stayed in room 201 so it was situated close to the lift but was far enough away to not be disturbed by the sound of it. Will be staying here again

Temporary hotel selection is more convenient on the roadside. The facilities are average, and it is no problem to live temporarily.

Half hour from Cardiff. Easy car access with friendly staff and a good breakfast and air conditioning in a comfortable room. There’s food available at the hotel, but a super pub in Marshfield the Masons Arms which is 5 mins from the coastal walk.

After watching the hot air balloon from Bristol, I found this resort on the way to Cardiff. The room and breakfast are great! The price of the hotel can live in such a five-star hotel really worth it! The only dissatisfaction is that it takes 15 pounds a night to park overnight.

Das Hotel ist neu, sehr sauber und verfügt über äußerst freundliches Personal. Es liegt etwas außerhalb der Stadt, was für meinen Aufenthalt anlässlich des Cardiff Halbmarathons ideal war. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet, ebenso das Abendessen. Mein Zimmer war in einwandfreiem Zustand. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert – ich komme gerne wieder.

Friendly and helpful staffs. Wifi in the room is not working for me, stronger signal at the lobby.

The interior of the building, which is more than 300 years old, has been recently renovated. It is a building connected to the Celtic Manor Resort, and the facilities are also shared. I just often hear the sound of the toilet flushing, but if you don't mind, there's really no problem. The breakfast is good, and there are 7 restaurants to choose from in the manor. The products and prices are worth recommending!

Hotel is located very close to motorway junction. Easier for travellers for a nights stay. The hotel also have enough car parking space. Unfortunately the room I stayed had a very bad odour. The shower and toilet were also cramped but I dint mind as I was staying only for a night. Not ideal if you are staying for couple of days and planning to spend most of the day in the room.

Ten minutes walk from the train station to the apartment, the apartment is located in an office building, just go to need the front desk to help open the door. The reception was aunt, very friendly and warm. After checking in and entering the room, the room is two bedrooms and one living room, you can cook, the cooking utensils are very complete, but because I lived for a day, I didn't experience it. The experience is very good and feels at home.
