Das Hotel ist ausgezeichnet. Die Zimmer hinsichtlich Sauberkeit, Größe, Infrastruktur (Küche, Bad, Tresor) ausgezeichnet. Alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Getränkepreise höher. Die Lage ist außerhalb von Magdeburg, aber ideal für Duchreisende, gelegen. Parkplätze z. T. kostenlos und ausreichend. Im Ort gibt es fußläufig einen größeren Türken-Imbiss, der Schmackhaftes ab 17 Uhr anbietet. Frühstücksangebot ist für 4* Standard, alles vorhanden. Wer gut sucht, kann preiswert aber ausgezeichnet übernachten. Das Personal ist sehr gut kundenorientiert. Gute Gründe, wiederzukommen.

Ich habe kürzlich eine Nacht im ACHAT Hotel Magdeburg verbracht und war insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel liegt ruhig, aber dennoch gut erreichbar, mit ausreichenden Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor Ort.
Der Empfang war freundlich und unkompliziert, das Personal hilfsbereit. Mein Zimmer war sauber, ordentlich und ausreichend groß – das Bett war bequem, und ich konnte gut schlafen. Auch das Badezimmer war sauber und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet.
Das Frühstücksbuffet am Morgen war vielfältig – es gab frisches Obst, Brötchen, Müsli, Aufschnitt und auch warme Speisen. Besonders angenehm fand ich die ruhige Atmosphäre im Frühstücksraum.
Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Magdeburg ist das Hotel auf jeden Fall eine gute Wahl. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt, und ich würde gerne wiederkommen.

Hei.
Hotell er super koselig og hyggelige personalet, vi er ofte her så denne gangen så var rom 220 mye støv på nattbord og gulvet og på badet var det også mye støv og skitent gulv.
Heisen også lukta urin noe som er ekkelt når jeg har med 2 barn med.
Rommet er fin og romslig og mye plass.:)

Sehr nettes Hotel zu einem fairen Preis. Komme gerne für Termine in Halle wieder.
Sauberkeit gut. Austattung könnte eine Dusche statt eine Badewanne sein.

Leider war ich nur auf der Durchreise und daher konnte ich das Spa nicht nutzen, dennoch habe ich gut geschlafen und musste sehr früh wieder weg. Somit hatte ich auch keine Möglichkeit einen Frühstück zu auszuprobieren, das Check in war schnell und angenehm. Nachträglich musste man nur eine Kurtaxe bezahlen oder Gäste Tax wie man das auch nennt. Ich kann nichts Negatives übers Hotel sagen. Das Zimmer war sauber geräumig, hat seinen Zweck erfüllt.

Wir waren das zweite mal im BB in Dessau, klasse Lage, direkt in der Stadt. Restaurants und Einkaufscenter fussläufig zu erreichen. Frühstück ausreichend. Preis-Leistung Top. Ein kleiner Mangel, die Rezeption ist von 13-17 Uhr nicht besetzt und man kann online einchecken. Dazu wird lediglich der Name und eine Buchungsnr. benötigt. Dieses funktioniert allerdings nicht, wenn man über ein Portal gebucht hat. Unser Glück, es war jemand vom Personal doch so nett und hat geholfen.

GGaileyBeeThe location of the hotel is good. The room is large and the bed huge, and very comfortable, although I would rather have had 2 single beds as was travelling with my son. The bed only had one pillow and one single duvet despite the booking was for 2 people. We found another pillow and duvet in the wardrobe but I do feel the room should have been set up for 2 people. The free drinks in the fridge was nice, but the fridge was not cold, there was also no way to open the drinks but we asked at reception and they provided a bottle opener. The shower in the bathroom was broken so you had to hold it to shower as it did not stay in the holder. The bathroom was clean but did smell damp. There was chilled water, sweets and pastries to help yourself to at the reception. The check out was midday which is great but it was rather a shock at 11.55am when just finishing packing in the bedroom someone tried to enter the room with no knocking or warning, this really is not acceptable.

GGuest UserWe had a beautiful stay in the Regio Hotel Schatzenhaus in Wernegerode. The location was very beautiful. It was very quiet there, in a sackgasse directly at the shock.
That's why we have sleeped very well!
From there you could just walk super. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, even a water cooker with glasses and tea bags were in the room.
The breakfast was really very good. There was not only Continental, but also antipasta, rhetoric, small fricadels, etc more than we had expected.
The staff at the reception or in the breakfast area are very nice and helpful.
We were there 3 days over the holy evening, we're sure to take a short holiday there in spring. I can only recommend this hotel further.

SSimon001001The perfect location in central Wernigerode for your stay. An easy walk to the castle, the steam Brockenbahn and the main railway station from here, as well as all the local cafes and restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful, although little to no English is spoken here, so brush up on your German before travelling. Breakfast is plentiful and first class, the rooms are comfortable with nice bathrooms and there is a fridge in each room. WiFi is excellent. I'll be staying here again on my next trip to Wernigerode.

KKanako TakayamaThe electricity supply fell three times at night when I mean, I wanted to make water cookers. The lights were out, the frigo was out, the PC was the only device I used. There is no foen or microwave? Also, the pension network system did not work at my check-in and I paid the fee in cash for one night even though the travel website had already cashed it. Raetcelled?

The furnishings are a bit old, but they are perfectly fine, intact and absolutely clean.
We were always given a friendly welcome and advice.
We missed a few more loungers in the sauna area, but that doesn't affect our opinion. We can recommend this hotel and would book it again.

MMatthiasEs war ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einer sehr guten Lage in der Nähe vom Bus- / Zugbahnhof und von hier aus gab es eine super Anbindung in alle Richtungen, die man dank der Hatix Gästekarte komplett kostenlos nutzen konnte. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und auf Wunsch wurde dieses auch täglich gereinigt:). Man konnte Morgens schon ab 7 Uhr zum Frühstück gehen, wo man ein gutes Angebot zum Frühstücken bekommen hat. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub ubd bedanken uns auch beim Regiohotel Team :)

It is next to the central city Christmas market!!! You can feel the Christmas in the air!!! It is 15 minutes from station, easy to find. Delicious breakfast. Everyone was so friendly!

GGuest UserVery comfortable and clean. Good location below the castle with access to a footpath going up to the castle. 10 minute walk to centre. Lovely garden. Helpful staff. Plenty of parking. Only negative was the house next door which is being renovated. Lots of early noise but this will pass.
