Facilities: Very new, clean and sanitary, good service. The breakfast is delicious with many choices. There is free water, but it is tap water. I had diarrhea and stomach discomfort after drinking it.

The room was nice, but it was a bit noisy at night when there was a song and dance performance. But it is convenient in every aspect, there is a shopping mall downstairs. Lots to eat. Shops, department stores, and supermarkets not far away. There is no drinking bottled water in the room.

Is very nice. The food is good. A little bit noisy. But in Colombia all places are noisy. Next time in Cali. I will book again.

Very close to the airport, and there is a free bus transfer, but you need to contact the hotel in advance to make an appointment. The room was clean, the front desk staff was friendly, and the stay was good.

The breakfast is very rich, much better than the breakfast in the Bogota Hotel! There is a swimming pool and spa in the hotel, which makes it feel like a vacation. The waiters are also very friendly. There is a relatively safe white hotel taxi at the door, which is about the same price as uber, very good!

I think it is a very recommended option to stay in Cali: good cleaning, good treatment, privileged location, convenience, and generally very good quality-price balance. The location is OK, the price is not expensive. Basically stay at the hotel. Breakfast is quite rich, there is a buffet at noon. The soundproofing of the room is a bit poor and the sound of the room next to it can be heard.

Service was pristine! Perfect location, in Peñón area and close to everything.
